A highly skilled professional questioned me about hearing problems and examined my level of hearing. She determined that I needed hearing aids, described various alternatives, and told me which ones would be covered by my health insurance. We discussed the benefits of using batteries vs. a charger. The equipment was ordered and I picked it up a couple of weeks later. The audiologist tested the fit and explained how the parts and charger worked. I will return after trying the aids for two weeks to discuss any questions or problems. The only challenging part of this process was difficulty in absorbing a lot of information and instruction in a short period of time. I appreciated the audiologist’s knowledge, skill, thoroughness and individualized attention she gave to me and I’m sure to every customer she serves. Thank you.

Excellent customer support at the Lake City office. Good explanation of test results and what they can provide for my hearing loss. Quick turnaround on supplying the new hearing aids. Initial soreness in ears after wearing was quickly addressed by the staff and modified hearing aids are now comfortable to wear all day. Recommend this office for your hearing needs!

Ive had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. I finally decided to give hearing aids a try. I noticed a difference immediately. With the white noise therapy Im able to concentrate while reading, watching TV and my sleep is better so I wake up feeling rested.

A honest, straightforward company.When I mentioned to the audiologist that I came to Seattle for military training and that was what caused my hearing loss, he suggested that I apply for hearing aids through the VA. Which meant that his company wouldnt make money off me.I now have a pair of $6,400 Phonak BTE Boleros and a Roger Pen Bluetooth device to connect to my cell phone and TV and hear my customers that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken.
