I’ve been to this location a couple of times and usually it’s good food. However, recently I have been very disappointed in the customer service and overall quality of food. I picked up my bowl today and this is the banana they thought was acceptable to serve. Not to mention, the last two times my modifications have not been met- ex. Payed extra for blueberries & did not receive them.

Vitality bowls is the best açaí in Seattle! Fantastic base açaí that is smooth and not icy at all. High quality toppings (try almond butter) and good value for money (the regular size is very big). Would highly recommend!

Visited multiple times for breakfast, lunch and snacks. My fav Acai bowl is the tropical bowl (medium). They also have new salads and grain bowls - love the Chimichurri potato bowl and Goddess Salad

Please add a vegan salad option, or at least the ability to provide special instructions via online order apps. Seems ridiculous for a “healthy” restaurant to have meat in every salad option with no way to change it. Will correct my review if this is fixed.

This is by far one of the worst run vitality bowls that Ive been too. They have no one watching the front counter so waiting in line takes forever. They also mess my order up constantly even though I repeat what I say and confirm verbally with them multiple times and then I check my receipt and its still messed up. lve waited 30 minutes for my order and I understand long wait times and that it takes time to prepare fresh food, but within those 30 minutes they have brought my incorrect order out multiple times. This place either needs more staff or to train their staff better.

I just left this location and had to leave a review!!The customer service I just experienced picking up my order was really bad . The order was ordered ahead of time, and I still had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived with only one other customer in the location. During this time the manager was wandering aimlessly around the store, doing what basically seemed like pretending to be busy. While the two girls in the back of the store would go from working in the back and come out to the register and be passive aggressive to customers that just wanted their orders.Both the customer ahead of me and myself had a very long wait time. We were treated like it was our fault a very distasteful experience especially since I was just picking up an order. I have picked up orders from this location previously and there always seems to be a wait time but after this experience I felt like I needed to leave a review.

Great quality food and service! I love the wide range of smoothies and bowls, each filled with healthy and delicious ingredients. Perfect place to visit on a sunny day.

The food was really great! I got the dragon bowl for lunch, and I got to eat it next to South Lake. The bowl was cold and refreshing, without giving me a brain freeze.I got to talk to the receptionist, and he was very nice and explained everything out really well!

Ordered online through their app as we thought it would be quicker and was told it would be done in 15 minutes. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for 2 smoothie bowls and watched 3 groups walk in and order after us, then get their food before ours. Bowls were mediocre, granola wasn’t as good as other places. I know it’s a newer business but their bowls are not worth a 35 minute wait. Don’t order online!

Vitality bowl was so bland it tasted like water, idk if i was just unlucky but waiting time and cost was not worth it. i recommend the costco ones so much better.

Order the chicken pesto bowl and there was no chicken in my $13 bowl, and i just saw it when i got home. Asked to substitute goat cheese for feta, the charged extra for it without telling me.

Smoothies and acai bowls are okay, nothing special. I do however, think the portion sizes are worth the price. With that being said, I think the owner is incredibly rude and maybe forgets he runs a customer service oriented business. Being rude to customers or delivery drivers is unacceptable. Not to mention complaining about costs to remake smoothies that were poorly packaged in the first place, shame on you. Will no longer support this business.

Very good, highly recommend. I had the dragon bowl and veggie panini, both were very tasty. It was clean and the atmosphere was good.

When making my order I found a smoothie that looked really good to me, except for the fact it had banana. It makes everything taste like bananas. Kindly asked the dude behind the counter if I could go without. He seemed fine and asked if I wanted a replacement. I never thought about replacing, just removing. When I found they had raspberry I decided to substitute. He made it seem like such an inconvenience and started giving me reasons not to and to just try with banana. Not wanting to sit there and debate. I just wanted him to give me my smoothie. They gave me one with banana and said if I dont like it I can have a replacement. Shocker.... I didnt like it. Went in to have it replaced. He told me that he charges $0.75 for a substitution and people dont usually like that. Told him he could have just asked me and I wouldnt have had a problem with it. He wasted our time and perfectly good ingredients.

This is my absolute favorite smoothie place. And not only for the delicious smoothies and sandwiches either! The owner, Deepak, is one of the nicest people youll meet. He truly cares about this business and the people that come in, making it a warm and welcoming visit each time.They have many different options and add-ons that, if youre like my husband and I, you may hesitate before going on a customizing craze, but he actually encourages you to customize to your hearts content.That kind of positive attitude is more contagious than Covid-19 (too soon?), so weve only ever had pleasant experiences with the people that work there. 10/10 will go again, and again and again...

Bowls were excellent, and a great price for the large portion. Service was excellent as well, so glad I came here and will be back!

I try not to rate places so low, but when this place gets a little busy it takes at least 45 mins for an açai bowl. Way too long. Im still waiting now, so I cant say how it tastes, but Im gonna doubt that it is worth the wait.

All I can say is wow! I am so impressed. I order a vitality bowl on doordash. It was still the PERFECT consistency when it arrived, no chunks of unblended fruit like other places. They also attached coupons! The large is HUGE and such a good bang for your buck!! They also offer nutrition information about all of their food which is awesome and super helpful!! Love this place

One of the best smoothie bowls I have ever had.

Had lunch there. After riding with a friend. She ordered online. Got there. And was ready. The roasted turkey sandwich was great! My only concern was the restaurant was small inside. With this covid spacing rules. You end up standing outside.

Top bowls & smoothies. Some of the best I have had in Seattle. A bit more expensive than competing businesses, but food is fresh and tasts great.

I really like the food here. Paninis are very good and very reasonably priced. If you are health conscious and enjoy the concept of super foods then this place is a must.
