Clean, friendly, a warm smile, asks where youve been if he hasnt seen in a minute, and a treat for the dog every time. If you left a poor review, theres obviously something wrong with YOU.

Fantastic convenience store in a prime location. Carries all your standard convenience store items plus a fantastic selection of beer and wine. The store manager, Abraham, takes time to get to know all his regular customers and treats them like family. He will happily attempt to track down and stock any items that he does not carry, such as seasonal beers.

I had a perfectly wonderful experience picking up a package here. I didn’t even know that was a thing. Used to be simply left at my door.Back to the point: convenient and pleasant; second only to door.

This shop doesnt display their prices for beer and charges way too much. I stopped in to buy a six pack of white claws, a 4 pack of ciders, and a six pack of beer and none of them had price tags in the cooler. Come checkout time, the total is nearly 60 dollars! I paid since I was in a hurry and asked for a receipt, which wasnt even itemized so I still have no idea how much anything costs.

Open sign is on. Sign outside on the sidewalk says 8-12am. Yet door has been locked and no one inside, and no one answering the phone (“this voicemail has not been setup yet”) for 45 minutes! Yes, there are other convenient stores, however none of them are a UPS Access Point that currently has my package I just waisted a lunchbreak trying receive. THANKS.

Every time i go in here the person at the register is on the phone. I had to pick up a package and it took 3 trips. Everytime i checked for it, the guy refused to check his packages saying he didnt have it even though the deliver ticket told me it was there. Then weed end up aging because this guy lives talking down to people. And cant be bothered to get off the phone for 35 seconds. On my third trip I got it but he still tried to argue and raise his voice to me. I called UPS and told them that i refuse to pick up anything from this location again... much less shop there. You can throw a rock from his front door and hit 3 other markets. Ill give my business to somebody who gives a f.

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I called inquiring about a package sent there after missing it at my building. The man on the phone said he would not help me unless I came into the store. He was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I have never been talked to that way and I truly wish I didnt have to go into that store at all.

Great neighborhood store, great neighborhood staff. If youre not a jerk, expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and a big smile.

The guy that works here, Abraham is extremely rude. I tried to retrieve my package via Access Point. He claimed its not there when my email and slips shows its delivered there. He didnt bother to check or follow through. He then went crazy and accused me of recording him. Remove his Access Point license.

TERRIBLE UPS access point. They insisted my package wasnt there. The man was rude and unprofessional. Packages are in a disorganised heap in an unsecured hallway.Ive had to file claims with UPS and the sender. Now two weeks later, UPS again says they have my package. Im standing outside after opening hours and the business is closed. Such a frustrating experience and I still dont have my order.

Trying for the third day in a row to get my package and so far they are 2 1/2 hours late opening. I HATE dealing with these idiots.
