I love it when places I need to frequent have little to no foot or vehicle traffic. The lot is kept clean, the building is clean, and everytime coming here has been smooth sailing.

Amazon is mai making returns impossible. Machines broken, you ring a bell but no one comes out.

I like the idea of amazon fresh. How u automatically get access to the store with your face or hand. Get what u want and leave without need to pay instantly. The place is full of cameras that automatically recognize what you picked and send u the bill on email. Isn’t that amazing.

A really nice man came out saw I was in over my head he helped me and I appreciated it.

I do my returns with a q r code and it is so quick! They have complimentary masks for covid, free parking, and very friendly staff!

As with all things Amazon...In my recent experience returning a mobile phone accessory to Amazon, again Im so impressed with the expeditious and over-the-top ease and efficient use of space, materials and labor.As we begin to look back in time and reevaluate how we as a society Used to do even the most simple and uneventful tasks, its amazing why we didnt think of these different and/or more efficient ways to conduct our day-in-day out mundane business and a terrific example here is my experience returning the mobile phone accessory to Amazon. No packaging necessary, No paperwork required, Not even any money or card requirements for payment!Just so streamlined, simple and talk about a reduced carbon footprint ...it doesnt get much better. 🤜🌎🤛

Fast and convenient, my apartment cannot handle package deliveries well so I need to use Hub Lockers. If the package is to large for Hub Amazon Fresh can handle it.

Amazon return was very easy. Different kiosks for barcode and QR code. Just keep checking back with your kiosk screen. Instructions are slow to load in case you need extra time.

I came here a few weeks ago and was less than impressed with the guy working the counter. He hated his life, his job, and every single customer that came in. He hardly said a word to anyone and was so rude. Everyone was looking around at each other in amazement at how unpleasant he was.

It’s very nice to be able to get what I need with no contact during a pandemic and using this technology is very good.

Maybe needs slightly better instructions on returns, but pretty straight forward in the first place. The staff was really nice too for when I’d bring packages that didn’t fit in the drop box and had to ring the bell for them.

I would prefer they come get the packages but since the loaned me a cart, dont call it a hand truck BTW lol. I was able to load them all using my one good arm.

Always friendly employees and fast service, if anything ever tips or spills there are always customer service representatives or employees at the fresh locations who are quick to help and fix the issue. Pick up and drop off accommodations are both quick and easy and very useful, I highly recommend especially with economy and fast paced lives. The only reason I give three stars is due to the ENORMOUS AMOUNT of material used for bags I hope that in the future there are biodegradable and organic that are sustainable for a better world to come. Otherwise Stellar job Amazon :) I recommend both fresh and amazon products that are shipped from the United Stated and from international locations. *CMS

DO NOT RETURN YOUR PACKAGES HERE. I returned two packaged here around two months ago that were never received by amazon. Because of the drop box nature of the returns here you will have no record of your return and when they misplace your item you will have no proof to stand on. Learn from my $250 loss and make your returns elsewhere.

Really convenient spot to hit up if you are in the south end. Just like heading to the library walk inside and put things in the drop slot. Never seems to be really crowded and always seems to be clean. Good parking out front and easy to find from the street.

This location is super convenient for you to drop off Amazon items for return. The place is clean and they provide packaging tape and bags for you to package your items. There are two computer machines there that will allow you to print out the return label in case you do not have a printer at home.

So sad that they b have stopped accepting E-cycle stuff!

Great place to have your package delivered to... the parking tight. Dedicated 4 cars. The rest of the 100 or so parking spots is for Starbucks. But I never have a problem getting a spot.In and out of this place to pick up my package in 3 minutes and back in my car.

Box tape is also available to seal up your package for return. I noticed refunds are posting quicker when I return an item at this location. Will be using this facility for all returns going forward

Love coming to pick up my groceries here when Im short on time or not feeling well. Order online, pick a pickup window, drive up, & they put all your groceries in your car for you.

Clean, large space. A drop box for returning packages (very convenient), containers available to drop off electronic items to be recycled. Great hours.

Its downstairs you have to go in upstairs then go down inside but you can exit downstairs.

Fast and easy, the waiting time is two to three minutes. You just notifie them of your presence with your phone Completely contactless, you just have to open your trunk.

If your packages keep disappearing but, like me, you dont feel like turning your front stoop into yet another node in the vast surveillance apparatus were already living under, one useful thing to do is to send things to a pickup spot. This one is a little out of the way, but its staffed and open late, so it doesnt have the limitations of other locker situations. Very handy during the holidays.

I went here to drop off an amazon return. Its easy enough to get there ... At least from the south,(but not great for bus access from downtown) theres parking right out front. Call in an Amazon Fresh order from work and pick it up on the way home. Looks like a smooth process.

(1) Please make this door more accessible. There was no one around to help open the door, and the door is not automated. (2) Please provide secure 24/7 drop-off option for returns. (3) I saw the arrows directing where to go for returns, but I still had no idea what to do or where to do it. Please make this more user-friendly in general.

A good example of Amazons master plan to have virtually no employees. Maybe this pick up location is new for the mom and pop destroyer. There was a huge sign above the building but its hard to tell where to go, the signs near the building were tiny, maybe hand done. This is also a return location. So if you figure out which is their door there is another little sign that tells you to go to the end of the counter and turn right there you can print your return label and drop it in the slot. Phone ahead for fresh produce pickup they have about six lanes out front to accommodate you.

They were closed. It would be really convenient if there was a night drop for packages maybe some sort of barcode scanner to scan the shipping label then you drop it in a drop box. Just an idea. Someone who buys lots of things from Amazon would appreciate a more customer oriented return options @ this location. Very rarely am I given the option of returning at a locker I wish that weighs a little better

Since Amazon has started using contract drivers, and my work put in a new security system but hasnt yet installed an intercom, my packages do not very delivered. So I tried the Amazon lockers. Perfect! Location is right by my work and couldnt be easier, just scan your code and the door to the locker pops open! Ill be using this more often!

Its the best, safest and fastest way to have your packages. Couldnt be more happy with this delivery option.

I came here to drop off an Amazon package for returns. The experience was extremely smooth and worry-free. Youll enter the Amazon Fresh building and there will be clear signs guiding you to the package dropoff. They have a screen and printer where you can log into your Amazon account and print the return return label of your item if needed. They also have packaging tape and packaging for smaller items.

I actually cant speak as to the Amazon fresh store but I pick up a lot of my packages from Amazon at that pickup location and I do almost all my returns there as well. I like it.

This was my first time to use this service. I went to the one on South Lander Street, I was there before 11 a.m. and the designated 15 minute parking spots were open. They have a machine that will print out a label for you so you dont have to do it beforehand which I did not know but I do now. You put your package in the window and you will receive a message saying the package was received in your email. Easy peasy happy camper

I was here to drop off an Amazon Return . First- super convenient with parking and easy to get to. The signage was helpful and plentiful. Thestore entrance was clean and modern but no people in sight... Weird. The returns area was tucked around the corner and was handy having tape, scissors and package envelopes to use. However- it was a mess! Paper and scraps of tape everywhere; I felt like I was in a kindergarten classroom after Arts n Crafts! And the Amazon promo video was about 30 seconds and played over, and over, and over, and over... Clearly an incentive to get you out of there as quickly as they can by severely irritating you! Ha! Im mostly teasing about this and although I find the free and convenient drop off features a great offer from Amazon- it could be polished up a bit to earn 5 stars.

Convenient location and nice to not have to pay for packing supplies. However it would be nice if there was a way to get confirmation that packages were dropped off.

Love that I can return anything for any reason. They have everything you need there. Dont love the hours. Should be open later, at least have summer hours.

As an Amazon Flex contractor, this warehouse location is better than others Ive visited. My first time here, and only my third day as a Flex contractor, Amazon employees helped me work through confusion about how to login with my ID, and how to easily find my packages for delivery. They each paused from what they were doing for a minute, and offered help, making a difference for a newbie like me. This is a location I am happy to work with again.

We usually place an order before we leave for Costco on 4th Ave. Orders are always ready by the time we get there and not having to take the kids out, find parking, and wait in line makes it well worth the time and money. If you havent tried it, youre missing out. My partner says, it will change your life.

What a weird place. There are no employees to be seen. They all hide behind a wall and scurry around if they do come out like they are scared of getting asked a question. It is just empty except for the people stopping off returns or picking up groceries. So bizarre.

I am so less than technologically proficient, that I classify myself as an E techno Saurus Rex. The kiosk was remarkably easy to use the staff down there was friendly and helpful a great experience knowing that if I cant get it done myself theres somebody there to help

That was easy. They came right out, checked in by last name and brought my groceries out and loaded them into the trunk. Only complaint is they used more bags than they needed, but they were good about keeping the eggs away from anything that might crush them on the drive home.
