Good selection, really nice additional touch of having a SCC labeled thermal tote with ice packs to send off with your selections. Would like to come again to sit down and try more next time.Was a bit miffed that when I initially showed up they were closed with no explanation or anything during business hours but then heard that there was some theft that occurred. Sad to hear that (my business was robbed like 2 days before then on capitol hill that so I can relate).Look forward to coming back!

Its owners Betsy and Dale are some of the kindest people I know. They and their knowledgeable staff will gladly guide you through the delicacies they represent from all around the world. Enjoy!!! For our first full caviar tasting experience, we couldnt have chosen a better place to go. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. And the caviar is all amazing! I highly recommend the Caviar 101 experience as it offers a nice variety and pairs with some excellent bubbles for a nice price.

What wonderful experience. Came for our anniversary to try different caviars and ended up taking some home for later. Helpful and friendly owners and staff. Will definitely be back.

Ive shopped here for years, at least 15 or more and every time I walk through the door it feels as special as the very first. Recently we moved from Seattle to a much more rural area southwest of Olympia. We felt the need to celebrate the coming season so I went online and ordered everything i needed, filled out the information including delivery date and lo and behold this morning UPS was at my door! As always, it came in its own little cold case, in short it was as perfect as always.The only bad thing I have to say is that Ill miss the always warm and friendly people and atmosphere of the store itself. Caviar is a special thing and should be enjoyed in a special way so make sure you order enough of Betsys blinis, they just dont get any better!

A nice place friendly to uncultured louts like me. The place is nice without being stuffy or snooty. I had no prior caviar experience and I was able to get what I needed to have a great Oscar party.

I appreciated the friendly, and not at all snobby, staff here. I am a complete novice in the world of ultra fancy food, but the staff at Seattle Cavier didn’t make me feel like a total plebeian. I ended up purchasing a fresh black truffle and the duck fois gras mousse here. Truffles will run you $60 an oz, not a bad price for fresh.

We had a tasting of 8 different caviar and it was amazing! Not easy finding a place that sells caviar, much less a place where you can get a flight! They also have many other things for sale like champagne, creme fraiche, truffles, and foie gras. Very fun experience!

Seattle Caviar has a fabulous selection of caviar and other scrumptious morsels (quail eggs, foie gras, truffles, and accoutrements). The Thursday evening caviar tasting is a great way to introduce yourself to a few of the many varieties. It’s a great deal allowing you to taste several types along with champagne and an amuse-bouche to boot! It’s surprising how different they can taste! Most importantly though the people at Seattle Caviar are extremely kind and absolutely wonderful. Last Thursday I came in with some friends and as we were tasting the ikura, we got to talking about sushi. The woman running the tasting recommended a sushi bar just down the block. So, without a thought to my car down in their garage we walked over to have dinner there (very tasty by the way). Well when it came time for them to close up shop they noticed my car, and on a hunch the owner and the woman who’d hosted the tasting walked down to find us to see if it belonged to one of us. They then walked me back and opened the garage up for me to leave. They truly went above and beyond to save me from a huge headache. Cheers to you Seattle Caviar! Thank you so much for being so kind and keeping me well supplied with delicious goodies!!!
