Very prompt and responsive when scheduling and estimating. During installation the installer was super nice and professional. He was on time and cleaned up all the mess.

Moses and his team were great! We replaced two windows that had broken seals and were filled with condensation. The team first came and measured to ensure accuracy, then two men completed the install about 1.5 weeks later. They were courteous of our home and masked during their time on our property. The prepped the station and cleaned up afterwards. We could not be more pleased!

We have used Beacon Hill Glass on a couple of occasions. Recently they replaced some double paned windows that had failed as well as replacing some old single paned windows. The crew was excellent. They were respectful, courteous, efficient and clean. We had a minor flaw and they happily came back to address our (cosmetic) concern. Will definitely use them again. Recommend them highly.

They were wonderful to work with. Judy was quick to respond to my emails and got me on the schedule for an estimate. Moses came out and checked all my windows, confirmed what I suspected— two new panes to replace broken seals along with a new lock. He didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need or want, which was a relief. Judy emailed me the estimate, and I found it reasonable though a bit more than I wanted to pay. She was willing to take off $50, and I was sold. Really glad I went with this company. Bobby came out today to do the work. He was super professional and took great care with everything he touched. My windows are beautiful, energy-efficient, and secure thanks to him. Definitely support this local business— they take pride in their trade!

They dont answer their phone. They dont respond to online quote requests. And dont respond to emails asking about when they might respond to my online quote requests.

I had three estimates to replace a broken window with special glass. This was the only company that said they could replace it with the same glass and they didnt have to cut through the ceiling to do it. And their estimate was about the same as the other two companies. They were responsive and very nice to work with. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again.

I hired Beacon Hill Glass to replace an entire window on my 100-year-old house. Owner Moses came out to do the initial consult and got a window on order. I was presented with a cost up front and the new window was fabricated in about 3 weeks. The crew who came out to install it were pleasant and professional at all times, but the opening was not square and a new window (slightly smaller) was needed. They fully reinstalled the old window and sealed it back up before leaving and ordering the smaller window. It was also fabricated in a super quick amount of time and a new install date was set. The same crew came out and got the work done. I appreciated that it was the same crew, as they were already familiar with the work needed. The new window is now installed and looks fantastic! I had a great experience working with Beacon Hill Glass. I needed to replace a fairly large (48x32) single pane window in my house. At the time of the appointment, two technicians showed up. They were both very professional and gave me a quote and how long it would take to replace the window. The price they quoted me was very reasonable so I decided to have them do the work. They replaced the window within about an hour and a half and did an excellent job. I have already referred Beacon Hill glass to a friend of mine who was looking for a glass repair company and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently had my whole house replaced from single pane glass to double pane glass into my existing window wood trim/frame. I called and shopped around for a few glass contractors. Anyway I dont normally write reviews for any business, but I do have to give them some recognition for their outstanding work and professionalism. Prince and Jay replaced panes in 6 of our windows that had cracks. They were on time, and worked hard to complete the job in one day. Both of them were professional, cheerful, courteous and paid attention to detail such as removing their shoes before entering the house. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure I had no questions. I also had great customer service online with Moses in response to a request I had regarding the invoice. All in all a very positive experience. .I definitely can recommend Beacon Hill Glass and we would use them again.
