You gotta wait til 1:30 pm to check in and enter at fidalgo. You wont be assigned a dock to park on and want you to park at an area thats hard to find (asian guy at the desk doesnt tell you how to get around the facility or knows where the building is to park). To make things worse, youre carrying glass products while theres a lot of huge potholes in the facility.

By APPOINTMENT ONLY! No instructions from the street as to which road to turn on. Wasted my whole day here. But that was the brokers fault not theirs. They did get me at my allotted appointment time.

The staff 👎at the checkin window is very lazzy and very disrespectful and very rude with truck drivers I have been waiting here at the window from last 25 minutes 5:45 pm to 6:10 pm 1-04-2021 and when guy came he starts speaking rude .!! what if we do the same thing .!

You turn on left on Fildalgo, go straight then turn right. Must have on yellow vest at all times. Pull pass second flashing stop sign and park to the right by Door 18. Walk back to blue tarp and check in.

Just for your info. No signs on where to pull into for shipper. Was given wrong instructions to pull around to back to park and they will get u . That never happen make sure to check in back at front once u park it will help.

Difficult space to maneuver, long wait time to be loaded, restrooms are provided in a portable building located near the river.
