SHADY COMPANY! I contacted them about custom printing & they sent me the necessary custom printing services required so I placed my order. After I paid they messaged me & said I owed them more money than was originally disclosed, so I just asked for a refund instead. They refused to refund me even though they didnt provide me with any custom printing or my tags!When I placed my order I sent them the artwork that I wanted printed- they made no alterations or custom designs on my original artwork. They literally just took a blurry screenshot of my exact artwork & sent it back to me and said that was the reason they couldnt refund my order was because they provided me the service of sending a screenshot of the art I had submitted. They did NO test prints of my order, literally no materials were wasted on their end. I literally got NOTHING for the money I spent & I have proof of all of this. I tried to compromise & asked for just a partial refund and they refused even though they never gave me the custom printing service I paid for. Theyre rude, greedy & completely irrational people. If you want confidence in the money you spend on products or services, dont shop here. They are dishonest.

This artsy shop is a locally owned business run by a super nice family. Great paper products! I love the seed paper! Their ribbon is amazing! Kevin is kind and responsive!

This company is outstanding! I absolutely love their products, especially their paper! I recently ordered a large order of purple larkspur paper and expressed my urgency to receive it for a custom order. Kevin made sure the shipment went out in a timely manner and I received the paper on time.Their products are so unique, unlike anything else youve seen in paper products before. The organic nature of their paper gives a special touch to any project. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!!

The owner of this shop is very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. They go above and beyond to be sure you get exactly what you need. Got my wedding invitations and thank you notes here. Will be back for other occasions in the future.
