Best products, great help. They have gone the extra mile on a few big projects for me and saved my butt.

Sales is great. Service not spectacular. Purchased their high end foam gun after the product clearly failed (foam coming from valve not the nozzle). I was informed of hiltis 14 return policy ( I was under 30 and over 14) and foam guns not being a warranty item. They do not stand behind all of their products!!! Any other retailer would have made good on a clearly defective products within 23 days of purchase. I get it if it fails after 3 month or a year. Under 30 especially for a pro tools. Make an exception and keep your clients happy.

Why cant you call the store, without talking to a snooty person at the 800 number? I want to talk to someone at the STORE, not back east!
