This has nothing to do with the employees I want to make that clear. Why is it impossible to call the actual location? I just needed to know if this was the right store to pick my new equipment up at and theres literally no way to do that.
This review is for my experience getting Xfinity internet in general, not this specific location. Had an appt for tech to install cable line at my apartment. He showed up and left after a few minutes saying he had to go get a drill…never came back. Called customer service and they dispatched a different tech. This tech never showed up. Returned my equipment to the store and canceled my order. If they can’t even get organized enough to get a tech out when they say to install service, I can’t imagine the service gets any better. I’ll order internet from someone else.10/12 An update on my review. As if the service wasn’t already bad enough, I’ve had to spend a ton of time on the phone to try to get a refund for service that never even got activated, but I was charged for some reason. After several calls and a ton of time spent on the phone, I still do not have the full amount they charged me refunded. If this is the last place on earth offering internet service, I will go without. Terrible!!

I was supposed to get a survey about the guy who helped me but I never got anything. And I forget his name! But he was great and Id give him a 10/10.

Tried to get new service and was hung up on twice, cant imagine costumer service after they have reeled you in. :(
This is a review of Xfinity and Comcast not of the employees at this location.If you can use an internet service other than Xfinity/Comcast, do so.I would pay easily 10% more to not have to deal with Xfinity customer service, hidden fees and changing costs.
People working thete are nice but I hate the deceptive practices that Comcast uses. It was the reason I was there are in the first place.

I am still dealing with incorrect account information and equipment that this store set up summer 2020. Also information told to me in store about how the wireless tv would work and channel availability was completely wrong. Found phone numbers on my account that didnt belong to me. Spent hours and hours on the phone with comcast to straighten it out. Now on the xfinity chat to straighten out an odd extra account that was developed by the ballard store. Avoid this store!

No wait and free parking right outside the door! Its Comcast, you know what youre getting into when you walk in the door. The staff was helpful and pleasant and we shared a laugh about what they can and cannot do. They dont not make the rules but they will do what they can to help.

This store has some really friendly and energetic representatives. Right now, theyre a new store, so it might take a little longer, but they were really nice at the store.
I cant even figure how how to call this place to see if they have something in stock.They forward you to the main customer service # and feed you into the nightmare telephone directory of options - none of which navigate you to talking to real human at the store.
Took care of problems with account and equipment. Solved the issue that could not be handled on the phone.
I don’t have a account and I went in with a member to see if I should get a account and decided not to and they turn around and change my banking card money for I don’t know what. I don’t have a account with them. This is a fraudulent company.
Please stop sending your circular junk mail. If my family was interested in your services you’d have my business already.
You get what you pay for, but with there not being much choice... you don’t get a whole lot.
