Normally this location is the best Xfinity/Comcast location Ive experienced still. But today I drove around the entire mall and couldnt find a way in. A huge portion of the mall parking lot and building is blocked off for construction. Could someone from Comcast please post whether this location is closed or open during construction, and if open how one can access the store entrance???UPDATE: Found the way in, you need to approach south end of the mall by Nordstrom Rack, across from the movie theater and Five Guys. Enter mall parking and turn right, then left up the ramp into the area that looks closed. You can drive all the way to the Xfinity store entrance.
Great customer service! The store is a little hard to find with all the construction at Northgate.
Greeted at door. Waited on in order. Didnt have to wait very long. Employees were pleasant. Knowledgeable about cable services
Pretty great, all things considered. I arrived late because I couldnt find them (thats entirely on the people in charge of mall construction) and they were cool on accommodating me. I was planning to sit and wait since I had been so late and they just did the thing and handed me the new router. I was very happy to be headed back homeward.
I only enjoy the looks and express bill pay.
Please do not use Xfinity. Horrible service. Horrible Wi-Fi. Won’t recommend it.
Phone broke...these folks were very professional. Things went smoothly.😁
Its the worst company Ive EVER had to deal with over the phone. Extremely frustrating that I cant reach a human being.. Nor can I ask my questions on line. Again, terrible service
Great service. Accommodating. Even saved me $40/month off my bill by running a quick analysts of my usage. Kudos Northgate Xfinity!
As always, Comcast did not fail! I mean they are consistent with their terrible customer service culture, and excellent at nickel and diming!
What a nightmare to get to this store! The construction makes access nearly impossible. Xfinity has no phones in their stores, so you cant call them to find out No one on the internet knows where the store is. Xfinity parent company doesnt know where it is. The signs on the mall itself are wrong! The poor guy at the store says they have been trying to correct this for 9 months. For today, Sept 5, 2020, the only way to get into the store is by turning north off the street between the mall and the theater, drive until you have to turn, then turn right, then drive around the Red Robin parking, then squeeze between the temporary chain link and the last parked car. The xfinity store is to the right as you face the mall. Plus the new modem isnt working! Should have had them send a tech to my house!
The store is bright and sanitary. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Customized packages are difficult select, Specialized packages are rather expensive.
Hard to find with the construction. Not enough signs to direct first time customers. Brought in my new iPhone for help with data transfer from my Android and they couldnt help. Brought in new tempered glass screen protectors and they couldnt help. I was hoping to buy a new phone case and they literally had absolutely nothing. Im new to the apple iPhone world but, I thought it would be at least equal to the help given in the Motorola/Android world. I literally left with zero satisfaction. The only customer service I received was being checked in to wait in line. Ill find a YouTube video to get the help I need to get my pricey new iPhone set up. Thanks for nothing Xfinity of Northgate.
Tricky to find but as long as you know where Red Robin is then youre good. I was in and out to get my modem/router after switching from Ziply to Xfinity. Great service and courteous staff. Thanks for the help, Matt!
DIRECTIONS TO FIND THIS PLACE: input “Red Robin” on google maps. Follow the orange “detour” signs. There will be a few patches of gravel you drive through on a zig zaggy construction road. When you get to Red Robin, if you are facing the building, keep going to the right for a couple hundred feet.If you input “xfinity northgate” it will lead you around to the wrong side of the building (to add to the confusion there are misleading sandwich board signs on the pavement that say xfinity IS next to the other stores at that side of the building, like Verizon and qdoba). I wandered endlessly trying to find the darn place until I gave up and asked the person at Verizon for help. GO TO RED ROBIN AND GO TO THE RIGHT.The people themselves at xfinity were helpful and immediately checked in my router I was trying to return. There was no line at 6:40pm. Subtracting a star because it was so difficult to locate. I hope this review saves you some time!
Quick, professional, courteous help. They have adjusted well to accommodate social distancing requirements with minimal impact to customer service.
To get here:Search for Red Robin on Google maps, and once you see Red Robin, just take a right all the way to the end.In terms of service, it was one of the best. I normally never write reviews but I felt very satisfied and happy about the service I received that I felt compelled to put one.
It was awesome. Excellent customer service
Matt is very friendly and a solutions maker.
Short wait good service .
I cant believe that Im giving this store 5 stars, but it deserves them. Fast, friendly and safe. Went in to pick up equipment. Was out in 5 minutes. Masks on, distanced well and hand sanitizer available.Update: Comcast in general is still aggrevating, but this store is really a beacon. Once again, I can barely believe how pleasant my experience was.
They were rude to my wife. She was given broken equipment from the store, and when she went back to the store to exchange it like she was instructed to on the phone from customer service, she was told the store couldn’t help her and to wait in her car. Not helpful and rude!!
I can say that now with the covid everything has changed, meaning that you should expect a line of people, the wait time is around 20-30 min thats in general, when I finally was able to go in, the service was good, fast, Lars, did explain everything well, check out for some deals, explain the fees and we where in our way, quick and easy.
First time in any Xfinity store was tonight, around 5:30pm, with goal of swapping out outdated (modem) gateway hardware as well a universal remote control. Huge improvement from the old service center off of Aurora. Immediately greeted by very professional and welcoming customer service manager, and within 15 minutes was in/out, new box and remote. Barely had any time to browse around at the slick displays and products. Would happily return if needed, but ideally no need to my internet and TV service works as expected. If I have future questions though about my bill or anything else, I could see myself visiting the store vs calling and speaking to a service rep over the phone. Excellent face to face customer service still holds high value to me.
I had a fabulous experience switching to xfinity!! Thank you Lars for excellent customer service.
We were kicked out in the rain to stand in the pouring rajn. It was a miserable experience to avoid $15 unnecessary charges. Custkenr service is super important.. But they dont seem to have it
DIRECTIONS TO STORE AS OF 8/23/20: Had a super hard time finding it so hoping other people will see it! Go to the north entrance that has nordstrom rack and red robin. Then take a right go thru the parking lot and follow all the detour signs and then youre there! I also had a lovely experience. I always fear navigating comcast but the associate was helpful and didnt try to push products on us. Overall the only bad thing was northgate malls extremely unhelpful signage leading us to it.
Pathetic user experience
Without a doubt this is the worst and very most expensive product on the market and in the way of television services the people that work for Comcast are utterly fantastic Comcast itself sucks
Long lines. They limit number of people allowed in store at a time because of Covid. Safer that way but not pleasant waiting to get in and out of the sun.
Staff were friendly and answered my questions. Didnt have to wait long which is a plus. Lets have more to choose from on cable boxes to include some 4k selections.
The assistant store manager here is awesome and very helpful! Whenever I have a challenge, she is able to help me out quickly.
Great customer service! DRIVE PAST THE RACK UP TO THE ENTRANCE OF RED ROBIN AND PAST IT FOR ACCESS TO XFINITY DURING CONSTRUCTION.
Bery clean. Friendly. Very busy, but had plenty of social distancing benches to wait for your name to be called.
The lady was so nice, she helped me with my account today.
Walked in, explained what I needed, got it in less than 60 seconds. Walked out.
Its interesting to note that all these negative reviews come from people commenting about their general hatred of Comcast based on their dislike of paying for their services and uninformed views of what the business should be. No one actually commenting on the store. That said, it was my first time in the store. In and out in less than 10 minutes, fast and friendly, my wife even commented how fast I returned home. Can I give more than 5 stars?
How the heck do you find this place during construction. Looked for over an hour. It doesnt help there is only an 1 800 # to dial. Smh
The most unethical company in Seattle. Youll never get what you pay for, youll get hidden overages and fees.
Only giving four stars because Comcast as a whole is awful, but this store was awesome! I’m never going to deal with Comcast customer service over the phone again. The rep, Danny, was super helpful and wasn’t pushy about selling things (but still offered them as he’s supposed to, I would imagine) and helped me lower my bill.
Very bad bad bad connection. The speed is really unstable and slow. They want to increase their prices, I will change to another internet company.
Poor quality been told 600 mb now getting 200 mbSpecial 61 dollar included tax now over 70 just got today and received bill before log in.Sham on them🤧😷
This location is not here
Worst customer service ever, I also have the latino package and they been getting rid of lots of channels lately not worth the price . And on top of that I made a payment at the kiosk inside for faster payment and the machine didnt post my payment and they been charging me 10 dollars extra a month and the customer service lady was so rude she acted like she was doing me a favor and wont credit my account. Im looking into getting Direct Tv or the Dishnetwork now. Worst company ever for cable business.
Got what I needed
Xfinity charges more for mobile service when you move to where they dont provide internet service!
Comcast is possibly the worst company in all aspects on Gods green earth. Since they have a virtual monopoly in Seattle they don’t give a s%*+ about customer service or customers.
Terrible and shady business practice. You need to sign up to view rates even in the store (which are terrible) for internet service. Paid a $50 deposit to inquire and didnt end up going with Xfinity. I am still waiting months later for my reimbursement. Dont waste your time, go with any other provider if you have the option to. Have Centurylink now and previously had Wave G which are 1000x better than Xfinity.
Not easy parking
I signed up for Comcast over the phone last night and stopped by here to pick up equipment to self install my service. My promised 10-15 minute wait just hit 40 minutes. If I had known I would have gone done another errand while I waited.I then get my appointment and it literally took 60 seconds to complete. I asked Kyle - the queuing guy signing up people for appointments - while I was waiting if he could just grab the equipment when I arrived and he told me hes not authorized. Would have saved a lot of frustration of he couldve helped. Half the time he was just standing there chatting with other frustrated people. This experience sucks.
My WiFi won’t connect trash!
This contact number takes you to a phone bank and not a local agent. The online change plan function doesn’t work. So I’ve been sitting on the phone for over an hour with an agent who I’m not even sure is still on the line anymore.
Quickly got what I needed and was on my way
Awful almost had to wait in rain
Too much fear of covid 19
We are sick and tired of a SERVICE ALERT INTERUPTING our viewing at least six or seven times an evening. The only way I can get rid of it is to turn off the program and restart it again, only for it to return again. It covers one third of the screen!!!! WE DO NOT WANT YOUR FREE UPGRADE AND WILL CHANGE OUR SERVICE UNLESS IT STOPS!!!!
No longer exists
RIP OFF!!!
Wow.
