Highly recommend Billy Litts who helped my remodeling project. Ive worked with many other windows/doors vendors (or other suppliers too as you know remodeling is a huge logistics challenge). Billy is by far the best Ive worked with. Hands down.He cares about solving your problem, not their problem.* He gave honest suggestions even when it means less sales to them (and lower cost to me).* He is highly responsive and diligent - we went back and forth for up to 10+ iterations for my windows design. He responded over nights and weekends which I really appreciate greatly because time matters to me.* He is professional and knows his thing. He gave sound recommendation and spent time to communicate to make sure you feel comfortable.* He is upfront and honest about what he can and cant do. Very intentional to set expectation to avoid surprises. I like the ugly truth to be laid down first before the deal.* He cares about my e2e experience, and highly responsive after the order is placed as well. It is not like I got your money, and you are out of my mind.* I had to made some last minute changes. He jumped on and resolved them without delay. Very patient.Highly recommend. After we placed the order, my architect found a last minute surprise of framing structure that we had to change windows dimensions. I wouldnt work with these people, just wanted to see a bifold door and got the third degree. Turns out there is another La Cantina door rep in Redmond who is happy to have us come in and take a look.

Carl was delightful and easy to work with. We are going with another company because our scope of work is mostly different from this companys main focus. Carl took the time to work with me and help make that decision. He didnt try to hustle me into using his company when it wouldnt have been the right fit. He was prompt in responding and Im definitely going to be keeping his contact for our home renovation project. Carl was recommended to me by a coworker who loved the work they had done on their home.

From requesting a few variations of quotes, to making suggestions on what style/brand would be best for our zero trim requirements, every person we talked to was friendly and helpful. Carl was especially great in handling our small order of one window but treating us like we were about to spends thousands on an entire house. Professional, accommodating, and very informed. WDM installed the windows for my entire house including a large bow window. They sell different brands so we had lots of options. Had an issue with a window - they took care of it. Very professional group and very happy with their customer service. Good showroom down in S. Seattle area. Eric was really awesome to work with.

My experience with Better, Windows & More has been excellent. I shopped around with a few other local providers and ultimately settled on Windows, Doors & More because the customer service was so much better. My order was probably relatively small yet they took a lot of time to answer my questions. Windows are complicated. I am doing most of this work myself on a budget. Another local place I went to kept telling me I had lots of options without articulating what those options are. Mark at Windows Doors and More patiently walked me through multiple review cycles. (Side note: If you are planning new windows tape them out with painters tape and live with the outlines for a few weeks)

Rick Locke and Windows, Doors and More did a great job on our windows. The job was actually to reinstall windows that a previous company had put in for us. The previous company had botched the install job creating a water intrusion issue and Windows, Doors & More were the only company that would fix it. They custom ordered windows and sealed the envelope of the building while repairing the stucco work. Id use Rick again and wish we had paid for the quality job in the first place. Said previous company is no longer in business.

Had the door we were looking for (13 slider) at a very affordable price. The installer was professional and easy to schedule. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish.
