If I can, I will give zero star for this company. Avoid their product or services, if you can.We ordered one shower door and one bath door from Holcam through Home Depot. Both of doors should come with anti-jump function. We confirmed about the anti-jump twice before the installation. However, when the technician came for installation last Thursday (5/18), he told me that the anti-jump kit was not shipped after he removed the old shower door. He said that he would install the door next day. On Friday (5/19), he told me that the kit was not shipped and should be able to install next Monday. Then, on Monday (5/22), the same thing happened. The anti-jump kit is still missing. Today is the fifth day that we do not have doors in our shower!!! The company simply do not value their business. The company does not deserve any trust from the loyal customers of Home Depot.
Despite Holcam is now Hartung-Glass, folks are very helpful and friendly like it used to be.
I have a vintage (probably late 1960s) shower in my new-to-me house and the old drip rail was broken and disgusting. It has a weird attachment method that isnt used in modern shower doors. I looked for a replacement for weeks before a plumber suggested Holcam, saying the shower looked like one of theirs. I drove over and was super impressed - the guys here were super helpful, they recognized it and found me a new drip rail! I was in and out in only a couple of minutes, and the drip rail is a perfect fit. Now I can use my shower. Thanks Holcam!
We ordered custom laser-etched doors from Holcam thru Home Depot. There were a few hiccups with the first order (no-fault of Holcam) but Holcam did everything possible to make it right!!The doors we have look awesome with Mt Rainier etched across them, and I appreciate this companys integrity and assistance throughout the process.
NO CUSTOMER OBSESSION. and BROKEN PROCESS BETWEEN Homedepo.We are trying to order 3 glass doors in past 3 weeks Home depo, and (Yvonne Pascal ) from Holcam kicks the ball back and forth. The project delayed. The customer experience is bad.1) Homedepo told us we need to call Holcam so they can measure and then Homedepo can do the online order.2) I called in for measure, again no one mentioned Holcam bundled measurement with installation.3) We waited for 1 week before Holcam can send people to measure.4) After measurement Yvonne Pascal told me, if I have a contractor to installed we can go to Homedepo to order directly. They only take order if they do installation.5) I went to homedepot again, they asked for Holcam measurement. Yvonne Pascal now mentioned all measurement are bundled with installation. I wonder why in the first place Yvonne / Homedepo cant get things straight. It is an obvious broken process between Homedepo and Holcam.6) Yvonne Pascal is very rude to customer, with no customer obsession. She cant explain things, and with bad attitude. and with no willing to help customer reduce their pain.Thanks
