Exceptional products & service. I found Glacier online while searching for custom steel windows for a major home renovation. It was a highlight and one of the best decisions we made during our 8 month renovation process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.Carrie, the sales manager, answered my call and I’m so glad she did. Professional, kind and knowledgeable she answered all my questions; patiently educated me about steel windows and installation process; followed up quickly with a quote (which was out of my price range); and helped me brainstorm window solutions and options for our project with zero sales pressure. I switched gears due to budget, only to return to Glacier for pricing on their Loewen wood window line a few weeks later. Carrie did not skip a beat - super detail-oriented, responsive and kind throughout. And note, we had a relatively small order (4 large windows + door).As for the products, we love our Loewen wood windows. They cost a little more than a high end Marvin, but we feel they are a much better value in the end - higher quality wood (fir vs pine), better hardware options and they come pre-painted which is a huge cost and time-saver!Looking forward to the next time.

Worst customer service ever !Especially sales manager she is very rude and worst !Not recommend here .

Have never had worse customer service or lack of communication, we are months past their original timeline estimate, they have had our doors from the manufacturer for over 2 weeks and have not even attempted to schedule our install. Their delays are now holding up every other aspect of our remodel. Brian Bishop has been nothing but apathetic from the moment we placed our order. This company does not care about their customers at all.
