Oh my gosh, if I could fall in love with Davis Door I would. I met Wesley one night and he told me what to do in regards to the noise I was hearing from the garage door. I had them replace my commercial garage motor above my condo unit and they were amazing! Super great people and we had an electrician on site plus help with Wesley, who was also local! I cannot thank Davis Door enough because I now I live in a peaceful place and Wesley and company enough for making this happen. I would have loved to hang out with the techs for beers because they were so awesome and gave me exactly what was looking for, which probably created 40k in value for my condo.Thanks to Davis Door this would not have happened without their help and was worth every penny!!!!P.S. Davis Door was an absolute miracle for my small condo building. They were the second company I called after our commercial garage door started making a loud noise.Merely by being ethical professionals, Davis Door Service was the utter opposite of the first company I called.Look at this contrast!The first company was terrible. They sent a tech who had to be talked through the diagnosis over the phone and then misdiagnosed our issue, saying we needed to replace the operator (motor) because it was too old. In addition to a call-out fee, they billed us an extra hour of labor for travel time, a charge which was *not* disclosed when I called to ask them about rates. Then they sent the estimate to replace the operator to an obviously misspelled email address, and instead of following up via phone, just kept emailing the wrong address! Eventually they sent the $6000 estimate to the correct address.But thank god the first company screwed up so badly, because that motivated me to start looking elsewhere. Believing we needed to replace our operator, I contacted Davis Door to ask them how much that would cost.Unlike several of the other companies I talked to, Davis Door was willing to send an estimator out, free of charge, to put together a bid to replace the operator. But when he examined the equipment...it turned out the operator was perfectly fine, with many years of service ahead of it! The issue was actually with the brake system, a comparatively minor repair. Their estimate was approximately $550 to replace them, and they politely suggested - but didnt push - for us to have a general maintenance/cleaning/replacement of minor pieces of the various garage door parts. We agreed to both services.The Davis Door Service techs showed up literally the next day, zoomed through the work, got the door to be quiet again, and were knowledgeable and pleasant conversationalists.Now, I dont know anything about garage doors. Even though they seemed sketchy, I believed the first companys diagnosis, and Davis Door Service could have *absolutely* scammed us into buying $6000 worth of motor by pretending they believed it, too.But Davis Door Service did the ethical, upstanding, professional thing by not pushing unnecessary service on us. Were signing up to have them provide annual maintenance on our door, and we will certainly go to them first for any emergencies and when major components need to be replaced.I cant recommend Davis Door Service enough. They should be your first call.

Davis Door was able to repair our damaged door and made it better than before.Weve had several door companies out to fix our door in the past but these guys are the only ones that actually fix it!

Requested repair and estimator came out quickly and quickly composed estimate. It wasnt until two weeks later we were informed that repair could not happen for 4-6 weeks due to staffing issues. I feel mislead ... I wish they had offered that piece of information ahead of time so that I could have had the opportunity to seek another vendor. Very unprofessional.

This company is awful. I had a quote done in July took over a month to get the quote back from them. Then they set up a install date a month out just to reschedule the install 3 times and then they never showed up. I have finally just reached out to another company to come out Monday and do the required install.

I delivered doors and frames to this business. The staff here seem to be very nice and helpful. Its a little tight for a big truck to get in and out of, but thats okay I enjoyed BSN with these guys.

Hanging a door yourself is trickier than you may initially think it is. These fellas have years of experience and theyre gonna be straight up about it. Sure some kid can slap a door into a brand new house, it takes experience to hang a door in an old house.
