They unloaded us pretty fast and wasn’t to much of a hassle. If your delivering the check in is on the south side of the building where all the semis are and a covered drive. Park there and go between the 2 docks and up the small ladder and talk to someone there.

Been coming here for years I love this place its not like it used to be staff wise the friendliest member is a Samoan gal shes the sweetest I really love her and so do my kids love driving by in my way to work early every morning and I get to smell the yummy treats and breads they bake in side also the area is very bad anymore not a very sade place

Fantastic place. Good people, good good, nice feel. Its a small store where you can get good stuff for cheap. They have cool special deals too. The food is easy to get to and checkout is usually pretty quick. I would highly recommend this establishment. :)

Heard the bad news today that they are not making Cracked Wheat Bread anymore! According to the staff it was discontinued last Thursday. This was the best bread ever. My entire family loves it and weve been eating it for the last 20 years. The baker said they were only making 1,000 loaves a week and by their numbers thats not very high. Im sure if they promoted this bread they could get their numbers up! What is the sense of having a marketing department if they cant promote their own brands? Key:My go-to store for bread and bakery items since their prices and selection are the most attractive things about this outlet store.Experience:Ive gotten two bags of sliced bread and a jar of strawberry jam for under $5. Normally when you get these 3 items in a grocery store, it will cost you about $10.Parking:Free parking on-site and large parking lot just beside the store. Ive seen the Sodo Franz Outlet Store for years and had not visited until recently. I had not been to any of their outlet stores, so I was surprised at the selection and the prices. The store has bread on the fresher side as well as bread that is closer to expiration. They have a lot of different breads, rolls, cookies, and chips. When I visited they even had some special edition breads: peach cobbler and lemon crème - I didnt have the peach cobbler but the lemon crème bread surprisingly tasted really good. The bread was yellow like a pound cake and was slightly sweet and tart. Because it is an outlet store, the prices are low and I was able to get 5 loaves of bread for less than $10. The employees overall were friendly. One employee asked if it was my first time visiting and since it was she was kind enough to give me a rundown of how the store was set up. The cashier was also friendly and had a good sense of humor which I appreciated. Im really glad I visited and will return soon.

I didn’t buy this from this location but this is inexcusable. I have been buying gluten free bread for over a year now, and in the last two months every single loaf I’ve boughten has been moldy before I even open it, and it’s not even past its expiration date..... this is disgusting.Update: I’ve spoke to the company and they have rectified the situation although this could still happen to you, make sure you examine the bread before you buy it. This is only for the gluten free bread.Update: I bought some more gluten free franz bread using the coupons they gave me and it also had mold on it, just bought this bread today. Seriously franz?

You get quality goods, but it is certainly not a gourmet bakery.For those not from the Northwest, they are on par with Sarah Lee, Hostess, bakeries similar to those. Everything is always FRESH, TASTY, AND 80% CHEAPER THAN SAFEWAY and every other grocery chain out there. I always paid between $3.49 to $4.50 for one bag of Franz mini bagels and since coming to Franzs Outlet Store in SODO & the Outlet Store on S Jackson St & 20th Ave S, I would get 3 times as much for an even $5.00! 3 bags of mini bagels, regular sized bagels or sliced bread or even one of each for $5.00! And its softer and more fresh AND lasts longer at home!

Out east we used to fall these day old bread stores things could be marked down a little more but other than that.. its a great place to get bread among other snacks at a decent rate.

Always a great place for bread. Just a reminder if you get anything from the discount rack, put it in the fridge. Since there are little to no preservatives the bread will mold as it is close to its expiration.

Im always happy to find good deals on food, this outlet has lots and lots of breads, its a bit lite on the pastries and donuts, but still has a respectable amount. It also has an assortment of cookies and other odds and ends, its well worth a visit if youre in to bargains!!!

I go in this place all the time and the people that work there are very nice and you get such amazing deals. Everyone should be shopping at this place and avoiding the bakery at their local grocery store you would be amazed at how much money they would save.

Franz bakery is amazing. Family owned, bakery outlets, mostly amazing employees. I save more than half of what I would regularly spend at a grocery store for the same bread/rolls. Plus they give you free stuff if you spend 10/15/20 dollars
