Had to stop in at 4 am for gas and found a lot of great snacks, breakfast and coffee to keep me awake for my journey. And I found out my car runs better on your gas no more knocking on the hills, runs like new again. Friendly fast service at a clean store with clean restrooms. Thanks I will return.

It was very friendly service made me feel comfortable making it my best gas station
For all of your daily needs, whether its gas, food or any other need, youll see a wide variety of things that you just cant find at any other service station. And the customer service is over the top. Especially Doreen and Heather and Laura and Ken and Katey and Milaan and Lisa. Sometimes if youre lucky like me, you might get a chance to meet the owner himself, Mr. Steve. So if youre in the area and want the best one stop shopping experience, try the Ballenger Chevron. Right on the corner or Ballenger Way and 15th Ave. N. E.. You will love it
Great customer service friendly employees and cleanest store Ive ever been in
Insurance company used them twice. They will not follow up or check in to ensure info or completion. Stay close to your vehicle throughout and check regularly to ensure the service is done. Or just dont ever use them. They dont care about the experience they provide or whether or not they may be adding to an already stressful experience.
Ballinger towing company are ALL inexperienced drivers and dont know customer service.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND ANOTHER TOWING COMPANY NEAR BY!
I think I got some watered down gas from here. Called to ask if anyone else had mentioned it, person was short, rude and hung up on me. Last time Im going there.
I wish I could give them a negative rating. The most horrible and unprofessional tow service around. Tow service was originated at 3:09. Received a text that tow was 30 minutes away. And hour later I called my insurance company again. They said they were 15-20 minutes out. Got another text message saying they were 19 minutes out. After waiting another 45 minutes called insurance company back again. They said they were 15 minutes out. Got another text message saying they were 6 minutes away. This went on and on for 2.5 hours. Then we got a call from the tow truck driver who said he was 30 minutes away in Bellevue. We were in Bothell. No way was he 30 minutes away from us. Insurance company called a different company who was there within the promised 30 mins. Ballinger called about 45 mins after 30 more minutes and asked if we still needed a tow. I told him not from him and not ever from them ever again. Called my insurance company and lodged a complaint. Will never let my insurance company dispatch to me ever again. And they never answer their phone so dont even bother trying.
So our company car broke down at 9 PM in Laurel Hurst, boss called AAA for me and my co-worker. We wait for two and a half hours. We then get a text that the tow truck will be there at 12:55 AM.I decided this was unacceptable and called the boss. He preps to come get us, but I decide we should call and complain to see if the time can get moved up. I never complain about service but this struck me as odd, that we had to wait for a Snohomish County towing company to come get us in King County. Like they dont have a two-passenger tow truck in the largest city in the tri-state area?Anyway we call and ask the guy why itll take two hours to drive maybe ten miles and the guys says well thats the time we quoted because of um various conditions. My friend said yeah, thats way too long, why is it two hours? Can we get that sooner? And this genius at Ballingers next words are, I kid you not, well...its very obvious to me that you have an attitude problem that you need to check. I burst out laughing and my co-worker says of course I have an attitude! Its 40 degrees and youve just told me to wait two more hours while you take your sweet time! His response? Not an apology. Not redirecting us to his manager. This saint among mortals...he replies well if youre gonna be rude before we even get there, Im not sure I want to send anyone now.I might swing by later this week and ask to see the manager.
This a review of Ballinger towing hosted here. I had issues with my car leaving it unsafe to drive and I called roadside that I have through my phone plan with AT&T. I didnt really have a choice in who came to do my tow but at the time I was in distress and didnt care as long as I got help. I was quoted 90 minutes and had to spend the entire time sitting in the hot sun with no water waiting for the driver to show up. 2 1/2 HOURS later still no tow truck in sight I called the number given to me by roadside only for dispatch to rudely cut me off and stick me on hold for 10 minutes before coming back only to tell me it would be another half hour to 45 minutes before the truck got there. 10 minutes later when the driver arrived he told me they had just called and told him where I was. Almost 3 hours in the baking sun with no water and I ended up with heat stroke. The only good thing was my driver was familiar with my car make and model and told me the problem was an easy fix. I dont recommend this towing company to anyone. Youd be better off taking your chances driving your broken vehicle
Roadside assistance contracted with Ballinger Towing to have my car towed to a repair shop after it had been stolen. Ballinger parked it on the street, in a bus lane, with no plates (due to the theft) rather than the lot of the repair shop. Tossed the key in the box of the repair shop without even a phone number or a note. When I called first thing this morning the police were there and about to tow it apparently. I had said I would follow the tow truck to the repair shop, and they said there was no reason to, so I headed home. This after they had gotten rude with me for not being there in the 30 degree temperatures waiting for them for 2+ hours because they decided not to use the tracking app from AAA and showed up half an hour before the time it showed them arriving. The driver absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke as well.
If I could give a zero I would. I have roadside assistance with insurance and Ballinger towing was dispatched to me with an hour ETA arriving at 10:02pm . After an hour no one showed up. I called Ballinger and the person was not customer service friendly he said he was on another tow and would call me back in 20 mins. I understand that drivers are busy but if youre not going to be some where on time its common courtesy to let your customer know before hand. I get an updated text from my roadside assistance saying they will be there at 10:33pm. They still had not arrived by that time. I tried to call them again and they didnt answer. I ended up calling my roadside assistance again and telling them to cancel the tow. I tried to call the driver back still no answer to let him know not to come as I had a friend come help me instead. Finally at 10:40 the driver calls and says they an be there in another 15 minutes. So just an fyi if you use them for roadside it will be at least 2 hours before they will come to your rescue. Keep in mind it was really cold and my car wouldnt start so I was stranded freezing. I will also be contacting my insurance company about this too.
One star is too good for this company. This company has by far the worst customer service on the face of the planet. You will get better service in a communist country than from this towing company.I was driving my car today and I got a flat tire. I attempted to change it to a spare so I can drive to my dealership which was a 5 minute drive from my breakdown. I was stopped by the fact that the last time my car was worked on the mechanic never replaced the key for the wheel lock. Oh well. I call roadside assistance and am told that Ballinger is contracted in the area and they will come pick me up in a softy and quick 45 minutes.2 hours later no one has shown up. I give ballinger a call and they pick up and hang up immediately without saying a word. I call again and the same thing occurs. I call a third time and a woman picks up and asks what I want. I ask her what the eta is for my tow truck and she grunts, rudely states that the driver will call me and hangs up without another word.I call roadside assistance again, who after a few minutes states that it will be only another 20 minutes. So I wait. Another hour later no one has shown up. Ive been here 3 hours already. I call roadside assistance again and they state that ballinger quoted another 20 minutes and that the driver will give me a call.A few minutes later the driver calls me. He states that Im not the only idiot stuck on the road and that I should shut the f**k up. He then states that I will be grateful if he even shows up by morning (it being 3pm is a bit of a wait).I call roadside assistance once again and angrily tell them what just happened. They apologized and told me that they will call another tow company who will arrive on 30 minutes. To my amazement they actually arrived in 20. Ballinger never showed up.So if you are down and short on your luck, do not call these cretins. Mostly because you will likely die of old age before they ever come to your rescue.
Multiple promises to show. Waited over three hours. If he would have said he wasnt coming i wouldnt have wasted 4 hours would have called someone else. What a punk! Not the first time ive dealt with this jerk the owner Chris.
This review is for Ballinger Towing.Everything seemed to be going well. Adam was helpful on the phone. I did think that since I had a flexible pick up time, and was willing to work on the scheduling of this tow for multiple vehicles, that the price was a little high but I was willing to do it to support a neighborhood business.Lots of communication throughout the day had me feeling pretty confident.I had requested service after midnight (but anytime before 6am) on either Thursday or Friday, and we had agreed on midnight Thursday. So, at 9pm when I received the text message saying that they were ready in the next hour, I explained, No, we said AFTER midnight, remember?.Ok, was the last message and contact I ever got.No response to repeated texts and calls throughout the night. When he did finally answer my call this morning (after I blocked my number), and inquired what had happened to our scheduled appointment last night, Adam responded,I was wondering the same thing...Well, Adam, no calls and no texts from you and my cars are still in the same location. I never heard from you last night. I was hoping for an explanation or apology.I was surprised and disappointed when he rudely and abruptly said, This conversation is over. Now, thankfully I wasnt standing, in distress on the side of the road with a flat tire or disabled automobile. But, I was very flexible, offered to work with them so that they could in the local area rather than have to cross to the opposite part of town and this is how I am repaid.A good town truck driver is something that I use with regularity since I am in the transportation industry and routinely buy vehicles. I just looked it up and saw that I towed 8 vehicles last year. I will never use this company nor refer others to them.
Not worth 1 star. I called this place and confirmed my car was picked up, on 3 different occasions. It was parked on the side of the road after a collision. I had to leave my car because they couldnt pick it up for hours.. friday night I called after the accident and I was given a guarantee my car was towed to a lot for the weekend, before getting taken to Bellingham on Monday. Monday comes around and the car never shows up at the body shop, so I call Ballinger Towing Monday night and they said it was scheduled to be towed to Bellingham Tuesday. Doesnt show up. I call Tuesday night and its In Route to Bellingham and would be dropped off over night. Body shop calls me Wednesday morning saying theyre talking to insurance, and the tow company, and still cant locate car. I call Ballinger, and now they say they never picked it up, because it wasnt there. I call Lynwood PD to see if they towed it. They didnt, so the PD sent somebody to see if the car ever left the road, saving me a 4 hour drive. It was parked right where I said it was. How the hell does this happen? How could you tell somebody you have their car 3 times when you never picked it up. I had to spend all day in traffic commuting to get my car towed FOR REAL. Thanks so much for 5 extra days without a vehicle.
The owner of this gas station also hosts the Ballinger tow company. This is an awefull company! The lady answering the phone is very rude and has no care for her self or the customers who call. They work with AAA but will do whatever it takes to cut aaa out of the picture thus forcing you to pay it out of pocket! When you bring the issue to their attention they refuse to listen, laugh at you. Her customer service skill are none! She will call the customer names and hang up!The driver I had to deal with which resulted in a 2 hour stand off, police being called and a major head ache as well as my familys night ruined seemed to be a alcoholic. He pretended to be my fiance and called AAA and cancelled my call to them trying to force me paying for the tow! When we tried to explain to him there was a communication issue he plugged his ears and acted like a child with a cigerett in his mouth! He said His name is Larry and drives truck #4, he wears a baseball hat with a long silver ponytail. This companies driver and 2 people working in the office made the worst customer service experience I have ever had! The driver tried to apologize for the MISUNDERSTANDING!BEWARE! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MISUNDERSTANDING! It was truely something out of a horror movie! This company forgot AAA records all phone calls and after review the manager and shoreline police department demanded this company to release our vehicle in our drive immediately.👎👎
Our car was also towed from the seen of an accident by Ballinger towing. He was to follow us to our house with our car for AAA.When we entered the freeway he didnt follow and turned off. When he finally showed up some 30 mins after we did... My wife and I noticed our vehicle had been searched through and some things were missing. When confronted, the man froze solid. He shuddered but didnt say a word. Instead he climbed into his truck and said he was taking our car to the impound lot if we didnt give him $275.00. When I told him he wasnt going anywhere with our car, he began talking in his blue tooth ear piece and then told me dispatch had called the police and they were on the way. When the driver realized I was then immediatley calling 911 he called his dispatch and told them I had actually just called. He became very nervous after they instructed him to turn off his truck and wait. After a long standoff between the Shoreline police and Ballinger towing, the officers realized the mentallity we were wrapped up with after reviewing the recorded call with the district manager of AAA and our car was released. The driver had the nerve and tried to apologize stating it was a MISUNDERSTANDING... really. If you use AAA you can choose they not send Ballinger towing. My review is also 2 thumbs down! Way down. This was not Joke. This really was a nightmare of an experience.
Friendly staff and welcoming environment!
Workers smoking right in front of the door and is like there is nothing keeping the fumes of the gas contained when pumping
Roadside assistance set up towing with these guys and they constantly told the roadside company some low number, but made me wait and wait and wait.
Nice gas clerks.
Made me wait for 2 hours before they would see me. Total garbage
NO MASK ESTABLISHMENT
