Too sweet for me, but they look good

Cupcakes were really good, as were the macarons. The prices felt a little high to me, but Pacific Place isnt know for being inexpensive. The woman working was very nice, but the service seemed a bit slow, especially given the small size of the orders.The location is perfect for a quick, impulse dessert after a day of shopping or sight seeing in the city.

Best cupcakes ever! No really. They will change your life and your waist line. This location isn’t the easiest to get to, but there are two other Trophy Cupcake locations if you’re not up to the challenge of finding this one in the mall. The hunt is worth the treasure though 😋

To make a perfect cupcake, I look for frosting that’s not too sweet and actually tastes like what they promise, and a cake batter that’s fluffy and truly complements the frosting. Though they get the frosting half right, the batter is a bit too dense. Presentation gets an A+.

If there was a trophy for best cupcakes, it would go to Trophy cupcakes! So far, these are among the best cupcakes I have tried in Seattle. The pop-up store in downtown Seattle is in the basement of the Pacific Place mall - not visible when you enter the mall. Youll have to take the elevator down to the parking level and youll find it right near the elevators. There are other stores in Different locations in Seattle as well.The triple chocolate is my all time favorite! Well, I love chocolate so I could be a little biased here. Have tried a few other flavors and they are pretty good too. They seem to mix things up and come up with new flavors quite often, while still offering the standard flavors. The Macaroons are pretty nice too.They usually run out of the good cupcakes pretty quick, so get there earlier in the day. Thats also when they are super fresh.

We loved our engagement cake and so did our guests! I saw people going back for seconds, that is always a sign of yummyness! The pumpkin pie was fabulous.... Literally tastes like pumpkin pie. The salted Carmel was also great.... Amazing place and super cute for the kids and classic charm for the adults. Dont forget the cup of coffee to wash it down and make it even more grand....

I love this place sometimes my only real reason to ever step into Pacific place not only are they so good they are pieces of art

Omg! Must indulge once in a while... This place makes you feel like you died and landed on cloud 9.. Wish I lived closer so I could go at least once a day...

The chocolate cake was so flavorful and I really appreciated the fact that there frosting wasn’t extremely sweet!

Visited because of the Hello Kitty Hungry Hunt in March 2016. They limited the number of cupcakes each day, so there were long queues well before the place was opened. Essentially get there an hour before it opens. The cupcake was quite delicious, rich chocolate flavour and the buttercream wasnt too sweet. $6 for this particular cupcake otherwise, cupcakes were about $3-4/each. Definitely one of the better cupcakes Ive had in awhile.

Used to enjoy this place but their policies really went down the gutter.Bought a Groupon (ya ya I know), and they used to be able to be redeemed any place, any time. Now its only redeemable online at least a day in advance. This fine print ruined a birthday idea of mine. So I decided to use it for Christmas (post-expiration, so I had to pay full price), had an issue with picking up on time and realized my mistake. They composted the cakes and wont refund me.Inflexible policies ruined this business for me. I hope nobody else experiences these inconveniences, especially for the premium price you have to pay.Ill be taking my business to Cupcake Royale from now on.

Picked up five different macarons here after a shopping day. The fillings were good, but the cookies were either vastly overbaked or stale for all five flavors (some worse than others). Very disappointed in the quality given the price of the macarons and wish that we had tried a cupcake instead!

The cupcakes are pretty good though they never taste really fresh to me at this location.

Prordered cupcakes for daughters birthday was unable to get any response from store today when weather caused us to be unable to pick up. Very upset with total lack of customer service. Never use them again
