Another Taiwanese dessert store similar to meet fresh. It was generally good with lots of varities. Slightly priceier compared to meet fresh with less ingredients. Not really a fan. I hope the crushed ice could use more condensed milk instead of syrups.

Taiwanese Milk tea chain. Drinks can be made hot/cold. Fairly standard and up to expectation. Like the other reviewers mentioned, you can not change the level of sugar/ice. This corner store has a smell of old building. But the inner decoration did not reflect that. This store can use some redesign to fit better into the old international district. Overall good place to spend a whole afternoon.

Great place for some quick sweets . Lots of selections for any sugar cravings . Very easy to find on King Street . Matcha Jelly isn’t jelly but it is shave ice. It is still delicious although, and comes with boba and some orange thing that was chewy. 5 stars. The grass jelly was amazing, it’s like a sweet pudding/jelly#GoProAgent #SanJoseValues #NextHome

Terrific Taiwanese desserts and drinks in a casual cafe ambiance that comes with a generous check! Of course, desserts are not cheap. I know that. One too many options and ordering format may take a little while to figure how to order. And if one messes it up, one lives with a surprise dessert!Convenient corner location on the Main Street in international district.

Delicious bubble tea! I would recommend the Iced Fresh Milk Black Tea or the Tarot Fresh Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba. The flavour of their teas and the sweetness levels are really good! Queues werent too long on a Saturday afternoon (approx 8 min) and they accept all cards. Great for eating-in or taking-away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is very aesthetically pleasing inside and overall very beautiful. Great for pictures. The only part I dont like is that for the MILK tea, they put in about 80% black tea and 20% milk. So it was super bitter. But the boba is absolutely amazing and perfect.

I chanced upon this new milk tea place wandering around the International District. I liked the matcha jelly dessert and milk tea with grass jelly topping. Typing this is making me crave for them again =)The place has a lot of seating (they have a loft type space above the counter if the ground level area is full), has a bright interior but no dedicated parking like most establishments in the district. Park on the street or find a garage. The staff was friendly and service was very fast. Note that the toppings and bobba are add on at an additional cost so be ready to pay higher than Starbucks prices if you want to customize and pile on the bobba and toppings.

So happy to run into our favorite type of Taiwanese dessert shop! Taro balls and the grass jelly are excellent, flavorful and QQ, along with the brown sugared Tapioca balls. A typical Taieanese dessert restaurant offering large variety of drinks and dessert. The ingredients are authentic and full of flavors. The service is pretty fast. The only problem is the lack of consistency in their quality of service. There is one time I ordered a cup of milk tea to go, and they did not seal the cup properly. As result, the cup leaked and the milk tea spilled all over inside my car. It was a pain in the @#$% to try to clean it up later.

以一個生長在台北23年的台灣人來說,這間店大概就一般吧...As a Taiwanese who drinks thousands of bubba milk tea, the level of blackball Taiwanese dessert wasn’t that original, the flavor is too sweet and the staff didn’t actively ask customer the sugar and ice content of the drinks, it’s standard operations process in Taiwan.

Cheese tea and matcha milk tea WOW, just tried some jelly bowl #14. Super delicious. Only 1 problem with this experience....... the same pop song has been playing over and over for the last 14 mins. I really dont think the best representation of a Taiwanese dessert place if the hip variety torture their unbewildered guests with Charlie Puths We dont talk anymore!. Seriously they had 5 stars in the bag!!!!!! But no one added more that 1 song to the playlist. Hey at least it has a nice beat...

They argued with customer when they made a wrong one. It was not the first time they provided poor services. For example, my friend ordered matcha milk tea with boba but he got a matcha milk tea “without” boba. When we tell them they made it wrong, we received a small cup of boba instead of a new correct drink. Lol ( see picture)Updated:I gave this place a chance and bought caramel milk tea standard size. Look at the second picture... only 400 cc?Expensive drink. Skip it to save your money.Downgrade my review to 1 star.

Personally the milk tea (havent tried the fresh milk tea, which comes with while milk) is too bitter for me, not mixed well. Asked for more brown sugar, but they only use regular sugar. Came in an hr before closing, so they ran out of black tea. This is a personal choice, as I prefer my teas with less real tea and more powder and sweetness, akin to Oasis.

Best milk tea Ive had so far in Seattle. Convenient location in the international district near Seattle. However, the interior is at times hard to navigate, very poorly set up. There is so little in the area where you are supposed to stand and order, and even less in the area where you are supposed to pick up your drink, that even with just a few people inside you can feel very cramped. This wouldnt be a negative if the interior wasnt rather large inside. The space is just being used very poorly.Interior issues aside, the milk tea is great and the service is friendly. Prices are about what you would expect at a bubble tea place in Seattle, about $5~6 per person if you are each getting a singular item.

Apparently people in this store needs to learn how to serve customer in a polite way. Impatiently communication doesn’t keep your customer. If it’s a family business, you bare whatever results your family member’s behavior cause. Else, you definitely needs to hire better people.

Good desserts, many of them is very sweet and have artificial flavor, though you can choose something healthy. I was there 3 times and I can tell that the customer service is below 1 star! Speak a little English so since the beginning is a communication problem. When I try to communicate with one waiter, the other ones were counting cash and talk out loud next to me, putting dirty cash on my order. I was only one in the bar and I was waiting 20 minutes for my order because of come problem with cash they forget to prepare my order.

The boba tea is good and I want to try the desserts when Im less full (I always go to dim sum first before stopping here!) But the service is a little off. The small pony wall that serves as a back rest is not bolted in on one side and by leaning back, I knocked a milk tea that another customer had bought on the floor, spraying it everywhere and on the guy. No one rushes to clean it up and it was still a mess on the ground when we went to leave. Fine place if youre just in and out for milk tea though! Just left a bad taste service-wise.
