Such a wonderful experience here! I brought in an incredibly old serger that was broken and Lisa sent me home with a practically new Brother 1034D in less than 48 hours. It was exactly what I was hoping for but half the price as it had been slightly used. She also showed me how to thread it and made sure I was all set before I left. Thank you Lisa!!

Really nice people. I have purchased three sewing machines here over the last twenty years and Ive always had great service. When the pandemic hit I called with a fairly minor problem (but that had halted sewing). I know they were insanely busy, but they took care of my problem with great follow-through and patience.

I went in with my old sewing machine and they were extremely helpful. It was too old to repair so I decided to recycle it there and upgrade and they were super helpful and showed me the newer model of my old sewing machine as well as some different models that would be able to do as I need. I told them my budget and they found a refurbished model of a sewing machine that was cheaper than my budget and had a 12 month warranty. Very happy with my service and the variety of machines they have there. All the employees wore masks and monitored the number of people allowed in the store.

The staff here is great. From the salesperson who helped me decide which sewing machine to buy to her colleagues who provided tips about where to get fabric and supplies, they all made my first step toward sewing again in over 20 years a truly pleasurable experience.

Quality seating and vacuum had great Covid safety protocols. They were very friendly, helpful, and prompt. I sent my machine in for service and it was back and fixed sooner than they said it would be.

Since I have the Maintenance Plan, I bring my machine in each year for maintenance, and have had several other times when I needed a repair. It was always done well and with a smile. RAVE, RAVE, RAVE!!!I doubt theres a company that takes customer service more seriously than Quality Sewing and Vacuum. My most recent experience was at the Northgate location (Lisa Micone), but I have similarly stellar examples that make this a company-wide norm. They go the extra, extra mile to make sure people can happily use our machines. This time it was a sewing machine that needed a look-see. In the past they (Jamison Collins) rescued my Miele. Why would I shop anywhere else for a sewing machine or a vacuum cleaner? I recommend this company without hesitation or reservation.

In these odd times I needed to take my Juki in for some love (used MUCH 15 y-ago, less of late). 1000+ masks later, things were a bit out of balance.Just got it back - good as new.Dropped my 18yo Brother off there next.Will be buying needles, oil and thread there for the future.

I can always get what I need from this store. It may be small but staff is always willing to special order for me. And they follow through by calling when the item(s) have arrived. I love their open houses - hot coffee and cookies and new stuff to review. Everyone is very helpful and sweet.

This is a wonderful, colorful, beautifully kept shop.I came in for an obscure model of vacuum cleaner belt. They had a replacement available immediately (take that Amazon!) at a fair price. People are great .I feel like I know each one personally. They have helped, advised and taught me many things about he machines. As a professional sewing for more than 50 years I appreciate the respect and help. My only disappointment has been the distance I now have to travel without my own car and the fact that the mechanics they send out to dont always find the problem or fix it and I need to return the machine again.

Easter silver is a excellent sales person. Clear and precise when you want a certain machine. Easter knows her products. I have bought 3 sewing machine plus just recently took a friend to sewing and vac because she had a bad experiences in Everett. So I took her to northgate and left and my friend had a great experience with Easter bought a sewing machine from Easter.. my friend said she wanted certain features in a sewing machine. So Easter took her the machine after listening to my friend. My friends bought that machine recommended my Easter. I must say Easter is a that shines in the northgate store. Thank you Elena Osborn.

Came here (Northgate location) over 6 yrs ago interested in a Miele vacuum after receiving a mail coupon. It ended up being for a slightly different Miele model (and pricier) but they still worked out a great deal for me and was able to purchase that day! I just finally signed up for their care program which offers lifetime discounts on bags/accessories, so I could get a service and discount on the roller brush head. The roller was not in stock at that location (but at others in the city) however offered me the floor model for additional discount and it looked brand new, so again I was sold! I was tired of buying new vacs every other year that ever seemed to worked anyways so I highly recommend investing in a great one from here!

I took my vacuum cleaner to Quality Sewing and Vacuum because it smelled like it was catching on fire. I was told it would take a week and because of the age of the machine they might not be able to fix any problems. In less than a week it was repaired and working like a charm. Savannah was wonderful! If you need to find just the right vacuum for your carpet, she’s the one to ask!She tested 6-7 different vacuums (both upright and canister) on a carpet sample I brought in. It was quite a work-out! She figured out that what would work best for me for my super thick carpet, which turned out to be the Ricaar SupraLight with an adapter for Frieze carpet. It was well within my budget and is a dream to use. Not only does it have strong suction but it’s extremely lightweight – a necessity since I have chronic low back pain.I found her very knowledgeable, exceptionally patient and truly cares about helping you find the best vacuum for your carpet. Another sales associate (Peter) was also very helpful providing advice.
