My wife and I shopped tile here, several years ago, and now, with a friend in the last two weeks for granite and quartz for her major remodel. The selection remains fantastic, and the friendliness of the folks that work there is almost unbelievable. Our friends remodeler first sent us to another supplier, and their lack of organization and helpfulness was beyond disappointing. Plus, terrible lighting. Lighting is important when trying to match cabinet and flooring colors, etc. At Pental, selection cant be beat, pricing is comparable, lighting is very good (as good as it can be in a warehouse} and, again, the service is really good from every individual there.

We had this installed in 2016 by one of their certified fabricators and the stone has now broken! We were just sitting around and heard a loud noise and then found this big crack in our Quartz slab. So far we are getting obfuscation and fingerpointing rather than honoring of the 15 year warranty. I mean come on this is unacceptable if they claim a warranty like that and then they dont even replace a slab that breaks. I will update here if it gets resolved but beware, this company might not stand behind their products like they advertise.

Rude and dismissive staff members. We were brushed off and ignored, the staff were all just gossiping and talking by the front the entire time and said maybe 2 words to me total. I had my fabricator order 250sqft of fantasy macaubus quartzite elsewhere.

If you are looking for stone for a remodel or new construction then this is the place to visit. Super organized and helpful staff. The only problem for me is that I like ALL the stone. Just when I found the perfect slab the next row had a totally different perfect slab. Decisions, decisions! Visit Pental, you will not be disappointed.

Pental has the ideal showroom for homeowners and builders. I build custom homes and I even took my parents to Pental when building their home. I like to work with Igor at The Stone Brothers as my fabricator, which you will need. Pental is a must visit for anyone getting granite or quartz in the Pacific Northwest, their selection is phenomenal.

We shopped for tile in Pental for 3 or 4 times already. They have unique staff that you wont find around. Definitely check them out. But beware, they dont sell to public, your installer will have to purchase for you. Good luck!

Pental has a broad selection of granite, quartzite and marble. We found then to have the best quality stone of all the options in sodo.
