We’ve come in twice so far during our home construction project & have had excellent service. The store is well-laid out and it’s easy to request viewing a slab if the one you like isn’t visible. You can take samples home & every employee we spoke to has been patient, offered advice and been great to work with. The store is quieter on weekdays so I’d recommend visiting during the week if possible.

I was excited to visit the slab showroom. Doel was so very helpful, showing me around and helping me with ideas - great customer service. There were lots of beautiful countertops to choose from, and I think I found mine here.

Was a total disappointment. Small selection and even what they had was hard to get to and the showroom person wasnt willing to help much. He didnt know the product or how to help. 40 mins to close he already was looking forward to closing rather then showing me the product. It might have been that I got stereotyped too. Most people there were couples, some with kids. But Im not going to bring random people with me to buy something Im paying for myself and deciding myself. If they dont feel like helping singles, thats ok, ill buy elsewhere. I wish I didnt waste my weekend morning like that, but maybe the review will save someone a trip and trouble.

Clean and beautiful showroom. Safe warehouse facility where we reserved our quartzite slabs. Our CSR Tracy Datuin and a warehouse worker were so friendly and patient to separate four slabs (they were one behind another) for us to ease our selection process. Totally recommend this place .

Extremely disappointed with this place. We made multiple trips out to look and decide on our countertop material, worked with their staff, etc. Finally we decided on fantasy macaubas quartzite. we called ahead and found out they would not have any for 2-3 months despite us going in multiple times and expressing interest in this stone. No one at any point mentioned a 2-3 month wait and they had plenty of it to look at when we went. I get stuff sells quickly but Im sure the staff knew they would not be getting any for 2-3 months. We ended up having our fabricator purchase fantasy macaubas from Natural Stone Interiors up in Lynnwood. Much much better experience.

We were greeted immediately by a friendly sales person named Doel. He checked us in and was quick to show us what we were looking for. He even took the time to walk us around and show us some others that might work. He was professional and attentive. At the end, he provided us with a print out of the products we had looked over and discussed. The show room was clean and they had great covid precautions in place. Great experience.

Great place for natural stone and tile. Staff greeted us at the door and took us through the slab showroom. What I really like is we were asked what we were looking for and although we looked at all slabs, the staff person pointed out stones that were within our perameters.

Had a great experience finding granite for our house and cant say enough about how friendly and helpful the salesperson, Doel Davis, was. The company was also incredibly prepared and organized to deal with the COVID-19 precautions. Very professional.

We had a wonderful experience at MSI. Jaime did a fantastic job helping us find the right granite countertop after we had a devastating loss at our home. She made our difficult situation a little less difficult. We are very grateful! We highly recommend MSI and would absolutely use them for future projects.

My husband and I visited MSI in Seattle, WA earlier this week after the countertop portion of our home remodeling project fell apart with another company and we no longer had access to the original marble slabs that we had previously chosen. We were referred to MSI by NW Granite and Marble out of Redmond, WA. MSI has a beautiful showroom and the lighting in the warehouse made it really easy to see all the detail in the slabs. The marble slabs we found at MSI were even BETTER than the original slabs we had chosen and the customer service we received from Chad was excellent. This home remodel has been a nightmare but its the few people, like Chad, who are nice, professional and extremely helpful that make these hellish remodeling days better. I highly recommend visiting MSI to see all the choices that are available to you and NW Granite and Marble for fabrication and installation.

Tracy helped us pick out countertops for my mother. She was very professional and helpful and has a great sense of humor. Great customer service.The selection is huge and the quality top of the line.

A great collection in a clean wearhouse. The staff is incredibly friendly, Tracy even stayed past closing to make sure we got just the slab we wanted.

Called 5 times Saturday morning at 9:00AM (says they are open). No answer. No way to book an appointment online.

We set an appointment and went in to look at some quartz counter tops and backsplash tile. We were greeted by Caramin Q and we were very impressed from the start, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in choosing the right products for our kitchen counter/backsplash project. Overall we were very happy and impressed with the selection of stone, but it was Caramin that made us feel comfortable/welcome and we will definitely be back again in the near future. Thank you!

What a wonderful place! I had visited another flooring place in Tukwila and received pretty unimpressive service. Im so glad I went a little north to MSI. Camaran was extremely helpful and patient. She knew the names of everything off the top of her head! She spent about one hour with my husband and me. Camaran and all of the other representatives were friendly and helpful. I will be sure to return to MSI for all flooring and tiling needs.

I had a great experience and am going back for more. Ask for help, identify your project, contractor and fabricator (lets them know you are not just browsing) and build a relationship. Products are excellently crafted, managed, and presented. And, they stand behind them. Best of the bunch, in my opinion.

I could give them 0 stars. This company is a joke, Im a contractor and fabricator, I set up an account with this company couple of years ago and the lost the information. I talked to people supervisors and they couldnt found the information, I invited them to come to my shop to take a look and make sure Im a fabricator and they refused, they ask me for some pictures instead. I talked to my clients about buying the materials trough some other companies and they accepted. What is the point to work with people who dont believe you even when you have to pay for the products they are dealing? Wow this company is not a good company.

The WORST customer service! I would never ever recommend this store to any of my customers any more!

Im in LOVE with my granite counter top! Looked through at least 6 other places and none had what MS had. Friendly staff and wonderful product.

They wouldnt give me a list of their Tac/Seattle fabricators. This seemed so weird to me since youd think theyd want me to buy their product! However, the person I spoke with with helpful in answering other questions I had. Their Quartz is beautiful.

Horrible customer service.I called to setup an appointment to visit there Seattle location.And a lady with a Indian accent answered the phone and referred me to some else who didn’t also answer the phone.I called again and the lady kept blocking my calls.As a business owner myself I know to STAY AWAY FIRM A BUSINESS THAT WONT EVEN TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE.I only wonder what kind of customer service I will get after doing business with them.

Awesome store. Great displays of stone and tile. And very helpful to have samples to take home.

Dont get caught up in the nice warehouse or displays. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing materials from MSI.We bought marble tile based on samples they gave us. When it showed up the quality was quite poor--filler in the tile, huge variation in patterns, etc--it almost looked like different sections of stone were put together. Most importantly, the color was different from the sample. We thought it must have been a mistake. We called them. The response: all sales final.So we thought, once they see it in person they will clearly understand. They seemed like a reputable company. We took the sample down and the stone they shipped us. And, we had a terrible experience. It felt like You bought it, you keep it...sucker.Now we have $1,400 of poor quality marble tile. The dump fee will probably cost us another $100.Our suggestions: DONT RISK BUYING FROM MSI.

We visited the showroom on the recommendation of our contractor. Marci was very helpful and showed us into the wharehouse to view the large selection of granite. All of which are displayed so you can really see them. After about an hour, we again chatted with Marci about the granite slabs we liked. Although she could not give us exact prices, she was able to indicate which grade each slab was in. That helped determine which slab would work for our budget. Their wharehouse was also well equipped with overhead cranes which safely facilitates the movement of the slabs. The shop is extremely clean and well lite which also contributes to a safe operation. A professional operation with excellent selections.

These people are difficult to work with ... they have all these stupid rules and regulations like they are from Mars or something ... they will not help you make your project work. They are aloof. There are just better places that work harder with you to deliver the materials you need.

Bought tile from MSI. Poor quality. It breaks/ chips/ cracks before even working with it. They wont return it. 30 day return policy, which is meaningless when you are remodeling and many items take time to appear, as well as tile installers schedule. Shop elsewhere!
