LUSH is the absolute best. I respect how ethical and environmentally conscious they are as a company. Most of their products are suitable for vegans, and the scent of the store is incredible. All staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions as well as assist with demonstrations and recommendations. Ill definitely be back :)

This is my happy place. The staff is always extremely nice and friendly with everyone that comes in. They also enjoy their job they genuinely enjoy helping people and stand by the products theyre selling. Its always a good time strolling into this Lush.

Love this store. Although not quite spacious, they hand out samples and introduce their products fairly well. I love their unisex fragrances. The store is located in the Westlake Center. Be prepared to have a nose full of aroma even after you step out of the store.

Lush is unique in that it trains all of its employees to have the utmost respect for its patrons and cater to them as soon as they walk through the door. We entered and had someone immediately start helping us pick out bathbombs and soap. We have purchased bathbombs elsewhere but no one makes them quite as glamorous as Lush with the best pigments, smells, and ingredients that never break out my kids sensitive skin. Highly impressed with this company.

Kaytlyn was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and all of the amzing things luch does for the world and communities! This luch experience was the best one Ive had and it was during covid! (In-store pick up)I love the cruelty free products and zero waste shampoos, conditioners and soaps. Ive tried ALOT, these producs are hands down the best. Especially since lush is such a humanitarian company:) I wish this star bar could exceed 5!

The people here are so helpful and really try to listen to your needs in order to suggest the best products. I appreciate them taking the time to find what will work for me and my partner. Also, if you want some stocking stuffers for Christmas I highly recommend their bath bombs!

Before entering the store they had a COVID speech but once in side i did not have to go far to find the bath bombs the store is small but the clerk was very helpful and helped with finding what i wanted

Attentive, knowledgeable greeter. I had just a quick question about this gigantic hunk of honeycomb soap displayed in the window at LUSH. Before answering my question she offered me a free sample bar of the soap I was just inquiring about! The encounter was quick, but this is a place I definitely plan on returning to!

Theyre making socially distancing easy and have a great stock of product. Customer service was also on point!

Pretty much all the cosmetics I use are from lush. I love that most of the stuff they have is zero waste including shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing bars etc.

Convenient for my hygiene needs. Plenty of fantastic smelling soaps and body wash. I smell like a banana!

As someone with anxiety a shop like this can be pretty full on. However when I went it wasnt so bad and the guy that helped me seemed sincere. Just wanted to chat about the product I specifically came in for so thank you. Got a red henna bar was a great beginner item to get into natural hair dying. Its a fun treat but it sure is a trick trying to get it melted/powdered for hair. If you can it makes a classy gift for you or friends.

One of the smallest, but what they lack in size is made up with great service and nice staff. Definitely the place to go if you have questions and are curious about certain stuff.

Everyone is ways super friend and helpful! This location, despite its small size has a HUGE selection of lush products, one of those cool lotion sample bars, and they often do demos. Their displays are always super cute and well kept. I love that this Lush is my local Lush.

Normally lush gets a higher rating as their products and service are great. But the cow behind the register when I was in just kept mooing on with the people in line ahead of me for well over 10 minutes before another associate helped me because the cow clearly wasnt done with mooing

Fantastic selection of superior bath products with friendly, eager staff happy and ready to help with recommendations and samples. Ive never been disappointed by LUSH, just... find a bigger space! This location, as with most others, has outgrown its venue. If this were a niche boutique it would make more sense, but LUSH not only brings in a lot of foot traffic nowadays, but their unique, hands-on approach keeps customers in the store even longer than they might be otherwise.If you come here expect excellent service... just dont be alarmed if you end up rubbing a shoulder or two.

I recently moved within easy walking distance of this location, and that convenience, mixed with a complete lack of self control for my creature comforts, has quickly made me a frequent regular (like, already on first name basis type of regular). LUSHs positive reputation is definitely well deserved, as the quality and integrity of their products is completely on point. I have yet to try a product that I wasnt absolutely in love with!But the real treasures of this location are the individuals who work there. These lovely people are so kind and genuine, and you can tell that they really love what they sell. Every time, without fail, they make my emotional support pup and I feel so welcome and cared for. Today I was having a bad day and decided to pop in - I was met with genuine concern and care, and left with kind words, a bag of sleepy time goodies and a hug. Not only that, but they are so knowledgable about their products, and each have a knack for finding just the perfect product(s) to suit my needs.Thanks to each and every one of the fine folks at this location! If youre in the area and debating stopping by, trust me, youll be glad that you did!

Me and a friend came in after pride and were helped by someone with natural looking dyed reddish orange hair, rainbow makeup and sparkles right before closing. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for and was really helpful in finding products that were well suited for me, my skin and my personality! I’ve had good experiences at this lush in the past, but this experience really stood out and I left excited to try my new products and samples and wanting to come back again soon.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The lady helping me knew so much information at products and guided multiple people on what hair care products they should use. I bought a hot oil treatment with some bath bombs and they made me a free sample of one of their shampoos. I really enjoyed these products at home and I look forward to ordering offline in the future.

Interesting soaps, shampoos, lotions, and other similar potions. Lots of samples available to try. Friendly staff. Pricey, high quality. Emphasis on no animal testing.My favorite is shampoo in solid form so no plastic is needed. Conditioner is also available in solid form. Happily the shampoo is so good that I usually forego the conditioner!

Lush is just great. No matter in which shop, city or country it is, it is beautiful everywhere. Really good products. Absolutely recommendable.

I visited this LUSH Cosmetics twice in the past week while visiting Seattle and I had a great time! Id never been in a LUSH store before and the staff was helpful, and gave me demos with their massage bar and avocado shampoo/conditioner bar. I love every product I purchased and now I want more. I went to Lush to find a nice treat yo self bath bomb and some face masks to give as xmas presents. Kayla was super helpful and let me try a bunch of masks on my hands so I could find the right one for my skin type and other skin types. I left with a nice smelling bag of goodies that I cant wait to use!

I went in for a face mask and a moisturizer. Cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so sweet. She listened to me on how I skin reacted, was totally okay about my simple daily routine, washed both my sister and my hands with face masks, and even made my sister and I lavender lotion samples to go since we talked about how much she loved lavender! Excited to try the products she recommended (Mask of Magnaminty and Cosmetic Lad)

Very small, a lot of staff members which seems like overkill since when youre in there it seems like theres more room for staff than there is for customers lol.I also go in specifically for something so I dont really need help and I need to tell 3 different employees in a row that Ive already been helped.

I love everything from their herbalism facewash, to their toothy tabs, and especially their shampoo bars. The employees will help you find exactly what you need and will make suggestions since most of them use the products themselves.

There are always a ton of staff, which is lovely during rush hours but not so much when youre the only person in the store. Especially when your boyfriend is the one shopping and they all swoop on you because youre female.Im not a huge fan of their masks, as Im pretty sure one made me break out even more after trying it out for a while. However, their soaps and bath bombs rock, so I will continue shopping there for quite some time. Viva Lush!

Im not a huge fan of this location. The mall is an awkward place, and the store is an awkward space. Also, when I go to LUSH I can generally expect enthusiastic staff willing to help - but most recently I felt completely ignored, even when seeking out help to find something for my achy pregnant feet. I left empty handed and... well... bummed.

A lot of pressure to buy something quickly and get out fast, made me want to leave with out buying anything and I did.

I went shopping a Lush at Westlake Center today and was helped by THE MOST INCREDIBLE LUSH TEAM MEMBER. She helped me pick out some new bath bombs by asking what hobbies I liked, and found bath bombs that fit just what I was looking for. She also introduced me to massage lotion bars and massaged my hand to prove how amazing the products really are. I am not writing this review because of the products, I am writing this review because of how amazing this team member was! Unfortunately I didnt get her name (she has green/blue hair and a septum piercing), but I cant wait to go back and let her introduce me to even more new products!

So my sister had a horrible experience at the Westlake lush today! She went in to get a sample of a moisturizer that she wanted to try because she easily breaks out. An employee approach her and asked why she was only getting a sample, my sister answered truthfully and said it was because she didn’t have the money at the moment to buy the whole product, the employee then told her that the certain type of moisturizer that she wanted to sample should last a person 9 months, but since she shares with me it only lasts 6 months. After receiving her sample the employee then told her, “I hope this lasts you till your next paycheck.” I understand that she might have had other intentions with saying this comment, but to a person that just told them that they don’t have the money right now to buy the whole product it sounds disrespectful. You shouldn’t talk to a customer that way, the employee could have said, “I hope this is enough?” Or she could have said nothing and just gone with their day, but they had to take an extra step to make someone uncomfortable. It’s not how an employee should be treating a customer, even if they aren’t buying anything that day. It makes anyone not want to return there!

I was visiting from Vancouver, Wa & had never been into a Lush store before. I had heard people talk about it but this was my very first experience. WOW!! I was totally blown away by the amazing products available. Brittney was our assistant & she was so knowledgeable!! She sold me on the Sexy Peel soap that I absolutely love! She also was wearing some hella cute shoes too!!! Thank you for hiring Brittney! She made my experience awesome. cant wait to return next time Im in Seattle.

The place is good.I like some of their products, and not others.Unlike my room-mates, I dont like their soap. (I dont see the advantage over other stuff).But I do really like their deodorant (aromarant) and shaving cream (prince). I also use a couple other products, but I could use other stuff.The staff are friendly, and if you go in prepare to be cramped.Dont even try evaluating smells in there (even if you take something out of the store to try to get a good idea).The smell is completely overwhelming; hopefully not bad.

Yooooo, REAL TALK-- I came here a couple weeks ago and this awesome employee named Ariel started talking to me about all the LUSH haircare stuff. I already really loved the bath bombs and bath oils, but I have really tempermental hair and Im HELLA PICKY and skeptical about what products I use.WELL, Ariel gave me a little sample of Godiva shampoo bar and The Re-something conditioner, and HOLY HELL YALL ITS SO GOOD. My hair is SO SOFT. So usually I use Redken/ Kenra/ Rusk, etc.-- salon products-- and they make my hair feel silky upon rinsing. The Lush products didnt do this, so I was very skeptical when my hair was still wet... BUT LET ME TELL YOU, WOW WOW WHEN MY HAIR STARTED TO DRY IT IS THE LIGHTEST, SOFTEST, SILKIEST HAIR. I DIDNT EVEN USE A LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER, WHICH I NORMALLY HAVE TO DO BECAUSE I HAVE SOME DAMN THIRSTY HAIR.Yall made a believer out of me. 10/10 I think Im going to keep using this, and if the results stay the same, Im buying this ish FOREVER.Also, the staff at this store is super dope. Theyre really friendly and helpful and if I didnt live up in Bellingham, I would be in this store every daaaayyyy.

Let me just tell you, I am a full addict and I LOVE this place. Its expensive, but the store kids you not - you do become a lush for their bath bombs, their sweet scented soaps, the organic shampoos and conditioners! I lost my mind and came out with something for parts of my skin that probably dont even need that level of expense spent for the moisterizer.. but I DID. Theres something for almost every skin type, hair type.. and.. yes, the people are knowledgeable and cool. You even get free samples on your way out. Dangerous, awesome place!

I have often shopped at various LUSH stores around the world, it is always a fun experience full of lovely smells and friendly, helpful staff who will inspire you to try something new, if you ask. Their massage oil bars are nice.
