Such a great business! Its so convenient to have shipping and mail services at the top of the hill. I also love the boutique aspect of this shop. There are so many cute and fun items! Ive gotten jewelry, art supplies, clothes and gifts here, and have been happy with all my purchases.

Can’t believe I haven’t been to this place yet! Kept walking by but finally stopped in. Super cute boutique with really cute house decor, personal care items and clothes. A little expensive but worth it for quality!

First visit was for notary service. This is an unexpected gem on Queen Anne, a place for shopping, gift items, ladies fashion, lotions/potions, stationery on the quaint Queen Anne hill. 4 stars because my happy, holiday mood was bruised a little by business-as-usual service. What a great business concept.

Delightful little shop. The prices are definitely for gifts and what-not, but the selection is great if you need that little present or personal treat. Very walkable location. Parking was a little tough at peak hours.

Best place to send mail and packages. Very friendly staff and everything is cute! Clothes, candles, jewelry, purses, cards, and other great gifting options!!!

Q.A. Dispatch has a great staff. You can also always count on finding something fabulous when you need it. Go often because they put things on sale quickly and you can get a great deal!!

Theyre pretty slow for delivering packages. As for the store, they have some nice stuff but its largely overpriced.

This used to be my favorite quick retail threapy on QA hill. As a busy single mom, I loved scoring great deals in their clearance section. That is until I had my one and only shopping while black experince here.... I had popped after grabbing a coffee from starbucks across the street, I was ignored by the asissitant as I made my usual bee-line towards the clearance rack, picked a couple of items to try on, while she was being very attentive towards another customer in the fitting room no words were exchanged with me so when I needed another size I simply went back to the rack to get it. When I returned to my room I was shocked to find my beverage spilled all over my clothes! For a few minutes I actually thought I had done it myself without noticing until I realized that some of my other items had been moved. I looked around for the assistant but she was suddenly nowhere to be found ...I finally spotted her across the store where she was obviously trying to avoid making eye contact with me. She didnt even try to clean up! Hust set my cup beside my clothes and tried to pretend nothing happened!!! So aftee cleaning myself up, I spoke to the manager who apologized, offeing a lame excuse that the girl was new and hadnt been trained properly....offered me a discount on the jeans that I was forced to buy to leave in and to replace my beverage but didnt have the employee come over to apologize herself!! Even after 15 years of living on QA and Magnolia you never get used to this kind of de-humanizing treatment. It has taken me a long time to even write this review! So if you happen to be a minority DO NOT shop at this store. Vixen in Magnolia has similar merchandise and you will be treated as a valued customer.

Myself,two daughters and my two grandsons 2 and 4 months old.Came to Queen Ann Hill for an appt, from Darrington,Wa.We get ready to leave and our battery was dead.no one helped us out theres a young man that worked in this store that helped us out.We Thank You
