Unethical at a minimum, borderline criminal. Pushing unnecessary tech support and additional services of no value to people who need a completely different solution to remedy a different issue altogether. Called to resolve the customer service issue and they have been difficult to reach and no reasonable resolution as of yet

Was talked into and paid for this in November, 2013. Have heard nothing, received nothing and wonder how I could be so gullible. This must be a scam.
