I was looking for a breakfast place near Fauntleroy Park and was really sold on the great reviews of the breakfast sandwich. It turned out...excellent indeed. I had it in an everything bagel, and I loved how warm it was heated up, the creamy and rich flavor, and the decent portion. Its delicious and filling.On the other hand, my coffee is burnt, so in the end its a bit of a mixed experience.

The super breakfast burrito is fire. It took 5 minutes, maybe less, for them to make it and it’s taller than my 16 oz coffee. So good.

Love this local coffee shop! So glad to have it in the neighborhood. Staff is super friendly, drinks and food are delicious. The bubble machine outside on weekends is a fun touch. Also my dogs really love getting a dog treat when we order at the outside window.

Everyone here was so nice! They had dog treats for my pup too! The coffee was great and the breakfast burrito delicious! Definitely going back to try their sandwiches! Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST coffee shop on the south end of West Seattle. My coffee is always piping hot and ready to drink, and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious! My girlfriend loves her meatless Early Bird sandwich (no grease and chock full of flavor, get the fresh avocado spread!) and I treat myself to a pastry every time I drop by. Youll fall in love from your first order. Definitely visit!

Great coffee, great food, great vibes. Love the breakfast sandwich, it’s so so good. Wish they would add sea salt to the tomatoes on it tho. Fast service considering their longer lines. Bubble machine and intense music in the AM are a little much for me but it might be your cup of tea.. I mean coffee.

If I didnt already love this place for their coffee and AMAZING breakfast sandwiches (seriously - theyre huge, filling, and delicious), then the mural that they commissioned to provide art to the community would make me. Too bad a neighbor of theirs decided to deface it...

I am a cold brew fanatic! I love my cold brew dark with a hint of Carmel, I asked for that at The Birdhouse and it was delicious! I talked to the owner, Amber and she was so sweet and was easy to conversate with! They opened their coffee shop this past March when the pandemic hit us all really bad, but her and her husband persevered through and still has the shop rolling! Awesome local coffee shop!

Dropped by on a Saturday morning and found a long line down the street. It was worth the wait! Mocha was delicious, breakfast sandwich was tasty and the burrito was ENORMOUS. Staff was super friendly and fun to chat with. Gave treats to our doggo as well so Im sure he will be excited to go back.

What a delightful little place. The barista was sweet and helpful. The coffee was yummy. We got a vanilla latte and it wasn’t too sweet! The sandwich was hot and yummy too. The bagel was soft and flavorful. The sausage needed a bit more salt or anise to bring out its flavor. The price was a bit steep in my mind as I’m not from here. However, for the experience of the neighborhood and the robust coffee was worth it! You won’t be disappointed!

The breakfast sandwiches are outrageously good. Wait time is relatively low given how much traffic they see. Love that this is within walking distance of my house.

Walked past this place a million times and finally tried it today. We were able to walk there with our dog, order at the window (the line was long, for good reason), and walk back home to enjoy our food. In the summer I can imagine it’s lovely to grab a table and hang out. I had the breakfast bowl and I was wary of the spinach and arugula mix (salad for breakfast??) but it was incredible. My husband ordered the burrito bowl and breakfast sandwich (had to order both for “research purposes”, ha) and they were also delightful. This will be our new breakfast spot in the neighborhood.

Great coffee, great staff! Pandemic-era features a walk up window and a fun bubble machine for the kids while we wait. They sell Ravens Brew whole bean coffee as well, which we love for the home espresso machine.

Really tasty coffee and great service. I got a plain latte and I have to say the quality was great. Went around 8:30am and was able to find parking very easily. We got food and coffee to go but had a cute vibe and it would be a good place to hang out or read a book.

The Birdhouse is our favorite local cafe, the vibe is cozy, rustic and cute. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming and the barista was so delightful as she made our coffee. We ordered lunch for two (BLTS on a toasty croissant 🤤 and homemade potato salad that was insanely good) we brought along our 20 month old daughter and she loved the little “kids corner” with books which I thought was a nice touch to keep the little ones entertained. 10/10 recommend this place for coffee, food and an overall positive place to chill ❤️

Husband and I are so happy we rediscovered this wonderful neighborhood coffee shop. We were delighted to find they have expanded and now serve breakfast unti 3. The food is amazing and the space has a lovely homey vibe.

Fast service, delicious food, and rich espresso. The setting is rather adorable but also easy to miss the small hall leading to the entrance. They need a sign on the main drag to grab some attention. If youre near the area and need a quick stop for coffee or food, this is a great choice.

The hazelnut latte was flavorless. The Cuban espresso was not how it should have been. It was too acidic and not sweet at all. The staff treated us with disinterest, as if we were a burden. The WiFi for customers was not working. The only highlight of this place was their gluten free breakfast sandwich options.

Im hooked. My Americano is always smooth as can be... I make my own coffee at home and it just wont do anymore. Friendly, consistent staff. Great selection of gluten free items, harvest bread is so good slightly toasted. The remodel is fantastic! My fave neighborhood place for a morning pick me up.

One of the few places in West Seattle that genuinely cares about the quality of product they serve when it comes to espresso, coffee and food. The new location is super nice and inviting. A great place to bring family and friends for lunch or drinks, any day of the week.

Great little place on South Seattle that is open earlier than most breakfast places. Service is always with a smile even in the wee hours of the morning. Recommend the jalapeño bagel with egg for breakfast. They dont have any unhealthy cold drinks or soda either. You will have to go to the gas station across the street for that.

Espresso blend was a bit too acidic for me. Nice comfortable place, friendly staff. I got straight espresso but if you get mixed drinks, like a latte, the acidity might not be as noticable.
