Excellent service. Really enjoyed the conversation about coffee in general. I had a cap and an iced vanilla latte. I liked the cap but the change in espresso made the pull at little over extracted. Might just be from the switch from med roast to light. The iced latte was good but the vanilla flavor is very intensely sweet! Be aware of that.

This is a coffee place very near to the Pike place. It’s a modern coffee house offering good quality coffee with small bites. I took a cup of mocha and a slice of squash bread. The coffee was good. The bread was like a slice of tiffing cake. It was pretty filling, topped with many pumpkin seeds. The ambiance is nice, workers are sweet, however the washroom is not up to the mark.

Seattle is a place known for coffee shops and I was looking for something cozy and friendly downtown. Seattle Coffee Works hit the spot. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable as I asked about their coffee (bought some to bring back as well). Latte was tasty, as was the pumpkin bread I ordered (it was Halloween after all!). There were numerous people tapping away on computers and no evidence of being rushed. Located right near Pikes Place market.

Great coffee place right next to pike place market! Their cappuccino is one of the best I’ve had, and their squash bread is a whole meal on its own. Definitely recommend for anything from a relaxed study space to grabbing a quick bite!

Great location. I liked the experience but didnt like the espresso so much, probably because of the light roast of the coffee. Great service anyway.

This place is known to serve very high quality coffee and I am impressed! It was so delicious, I will definitely be coming back here. The interior design could use some work, my chair was a bit wobbly and the seating was awkward. But the coffee is worth it.

Great coffee shop with a great atmosphere. Its typically full with people working away on their laptops, but since its a large space, theres usually space for more. With lots of natural light, the space is bright and airy. The coffee in itself is some of the best cold brews you can get.

Pretty cozy place offering good-taste coffee. Well-roasted coffee with silky milk is the best. This place also has some historical feeling with one brick-structure side wall. Music is relaxing and entertaining.

Located right by the farmers market. Very friendly staff. Casual, easy ambiance. Finding a parking here might be very challenging, but if you plan to shop a bit at Target, you’ll get free parking there. This is just next door! Restrooms available. I absolutely love the chai tea latte here. Outside snacks/chips allowed 😃

Excellent espresso for the price and a great atmosphere. Seattle Coffee Works is probably the best small coffee shop in its a area. Loved it. I recommend anything off the espresso menu; their shots are pulled perfectly.

The staff here is fantastic, as is the drop coffee. I love that the tip is included in the price.

Seattle Coffee Works is steps away from the Pike Market Place in downtown Seattle. If you wanted to stop by for a quick coffee stop or a place to relax, this coffee shop provides the best service and resting area. The atmosphere is very calm and there is plenty of space and seats for people. There is also wifi for you to use and multiple plugs around the room for charging your phones or laptops.My friend and I ordered the Iced and Hot Vanilla Lattes. They both were delicious drinks! The iced vanilla latte is more sweeter than the hot vanilla latte. Its always a classic and it tasted delicious! There is also complimentary water for you if you needed water to drink. Seattle Coffee Works is a coffee shop I highly recommend!

I went twice in one day. Staff was super nice and I had a pretty good cappuccino and a really good peppermint tea! They have plenty of tables and outlets to charge.

Excellent dark roast coffee. Great aroma and has good after taste without the burnt. Excellent cherry almond scones. Not too buttery and sweet! Love the new location/space on Pine St.

Really enjoyed this coffee shop on my visit to Seattle. Unlike Starbucks and some of the other coffee shops this place feels very relaxed and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick a coffee to take home and ground the beans freshly for me. I was able to charge my phone at my table ( I would say about 8 outlets in cafe to sit near to charge) . The bathrooms are available for customers and the keys are attached to wooden spoons and they were clean and tidy.

Cortado good but not excellent. Not enough for one of the best coffee shop in USA.

Their latte is made with a perfectly extracted espresso shot. Much better than Starbucks. The egg breakfast sandwich wasnt my favorite. I couldnt compete it. Sandwich choices couldve been much better. Also, it looks like they dont want you to use their restrooms.

Delicious! I got the Au Lait for here and enjoyed sipping my coffee while letting the rain pass. The atmosphere is nice with a lot of seating inside and some outside. The staff was super friendly. It was pricey but it’s expected for the area. Love how they roast their own coffee.

Can’t wait to go back! It’s stripped down and simple with lots of fresh bags of roasted coffee with clear roast dates. I got the Molly and Emerald City blends and they’re delicious.

Good for a boost after a day in Pike’s. The double espresso lent me another 3 hours of exploration amidst the weekend crowd. Young and cheerful staff as could be expected from a coffee shop.

The most consistently good coffee (mocha in my case) you can find anywhere in Seattle! I am a regular here and during COVID closure it felt like a big piece of my was missing. I am glad they are open and keeping operations safe.

Best latte Ive had! Definitely glad I didnt spend time waiting in the line to have a coffee at the first Starbucks when this place was right down the street and so much better than any Starbucks Ive ever had.

Ever since I tried the vacuum pot several years ago, I have been hooked on their single origin coffee beans. Unlike most other roasters, Coffee Works coffee cherries are exquisitely and carefully roasted so that the fine nuanced flavors predominate the palate.

Loved the music and energy of this location. The baristas were super polite and the coffee was on point. Cheers. ✌️

Parking:I stopped by on a Sunday morning. I also went on the opening day which was a Saturday. Finding street parking is probably very difficult on a Sunday when parking is free. Something to keep in mind if you are driving here.Coffee:The coffee they use for their espresso is a little on the acidic side. I’ve had Americano from Cascade coffee works before and i liked it but straight up espresso seemed too acidic. For any milk based drinks, it doesn’t really matter what coffee is used, does it?I also tried on of their slow bar coffees from Kenya. Chose the Chemex method of brewing and that coffee is so flavorful and not bitter that you forget you are drinking coffee. Love it. I recommend trying their slow bar coffees. Also, you get to sit and watch and chat with your barista while your coffee is being brewed.Seating:Not a lot, I’d say about ten-ish tables of which five-ish were two people tables. Some bar style seating at the slow bar.Food:Tried the chocolate croissant (It’s dark chocolate). It was pretty mediocre.

Nice coffee place in downtown Seattle by Pikes market. Not a chain! The store itself is nice, big and clean. The service is really good and the servers are helpful. They have a pretty limited coffee menu with most severe traditional offerings, but dont expect a lot of flavors or unusual seasonal specials. They serve pastries and croissants.

Worst coffee I ever had. Im too lazy to tag review but I really felt that I have to do at this time. Its more expensive than starbucks but the taste of coffee is really weak like drinking pure water. Worst price, worst taste. I rather take 2 cups of starbucks.

Not sure why they moved locations but the whole vibe at the new place is off. The old place felt warm and cozy as the new place is all bright and cold. It had something different about it before and now it just feels like any old coffee spot in any old downtown area. I also totally get that because of things like rent we don’t always get the option to stay in one place for ever but even so there’s not much about the old place that carried over to the new it feels like a completely different coffee shop

Relaxed coffee shop with a variety of single origin coffees that can be brewed in various ways (e.g. V60, Chemex, aeropress, vacuum pot, etc.). The slow brew coffee bar is a nice touch as well if you want to chat with the barista while watching your coffee get brewed.

This is like the best coffee in town!I am loyal to their caramel latte and it has never let me down.The staff is great.. its a cute little place with games and simple seating.I have brought many of our friends and relatives here and bought the same drink.. and its always great :)

Some of the best coffee in Seattle hands down. Also extremely nice staff. You can order from the slow bar too and a barista will brew your choice of bean in various apparati ranging from a chemex to a more dramatic looking vacuum pot.Some great mercy here too. My favorite coffee container is here, keeps it fresh with the button to keep air out and looks great on a kitchen counter top.

The cold brew was sour to the point of undrinkability, and I wasn’t confident in the competency of my service. I threw away an entire $4 drink after doing my best to get it down. I would walk a little farther for a better cup of coffee. Definitely not the best Seattle has to offer.

Had a decent Mocha, a little too sweet. Bought a bag of light roast Esperanza it was undrinkable. Smelled moldy. Nice place, and peeps, but wont be back as there are many options.

Decor is Seattle Funky. Service is very pleasant. We had various coffees and pastries, and a Lumberjack breakfast sandwich. All were very good. One big attraction was the deep comfortable leather chairs - bravo! I wish all cafes were as comfortable.

Great location and staff. Joel was super friendly crafted an amazing almond milk cortado that brought me back to life after my long plane ride. If you are in town definitely recommend this place. High quality, independent and sustainable coffee place.

This place is a gem near Pike Place Market. They will accomadate your needs if youre in a hurry, or you have time and want to learn more. The place was clean, up beat, and overall an amazing experience. About out to Sarah and Joel for making I had a wonderful time.

This is a new space they recently moved into that is clean and bright. The coffee is really delightful and they have a great selection of pastries. If your a fan of Rod Stewart keep your eyes out for Rod memorabilia inside.

It is your typical mocha with a cute design. The chocolate was semi bitter which is what I really like. The espresso was strong, another characteristic I like.The employees were helpful. Nice ambience in the middle of busy downtown Seattle.

Great mochas, friendly staff. Had a quad shot 16oz mocha, the espresso is smooth with no bitterness. This is definitely my go-to spot.

Giving 5 points for the interior, friendly staff, sockets and coffee.Good: Since Im not a fan of Starbucks, I was trying to find some other place to recharge myself and my phone. So I found this place, which was very nice. Coffee was really good (actually Macchiato). And I managed to get my phone recharged as well (you have to have your own phone charger, but there are many sockets).Bad: the wooden seats were not too comfortable (comfy-looking armchairs were taken when I got there) and toilet was dirty.

The coffee is perfect every time. If you get a latte, etc, it isnt too sweet. The coffee art is also very good for each drink. Like a typical coffee shop, there isnt too much for seating. But when you can find a seat, its a great place to relax and gather your thoughts.

This place is so great! I sat at the slow bar and tried a couple of different beans. The staff member serving me was so knowledgeable and explained everything about their beans, origin and process. The coffee was excellent and the experience was above and beyond.

Nice place to relax in between sightseeing. I’m told they also deal directly with their growers which is great!

Love this coffee place, discovered it on a weekend trip to Seattle from Brooklyn. The cafe is warm and inviting, there’s beautiful rows of blooming flower trees outside, music is soft and calming, staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. The single origin coffee comes with an accountability report and tells you who exactly farmed it and where it came from. Can’t wait to come back.
