We came to this place all the way from the Pike Market and we did call ahead for the hours to make sure it was open but... it was closed at 5. They did not change the hours. Nobody cared. The manager listened to our suggestion to change the message with the current hours and closed the door. They simply dont care. Very bad.

Classic selections of tea, maybe coffee, dont do coffee, dont know:) Same price for tea,- size small or 20oz. Honey, lemon... by the way, they were out of lemon today, I have tried it with orange, great choice:) thank u Eli for the alternative flavor!Food here smells super good, however I have not taste it, too early to eat for me. Looks good too. Comfortable chairs; pretty clean. Friendly staff.Ill be coming back!

They gave me wrong service hours over the phone; I called specifically to make sure they were open. When I walked uphill from the Pike market they slammed the door in front of me saying they just closed. I tried very politely to tell them to change their phone recording, but the manager looked very annoyed by me. I think they give bad reputation to Nordstrom in general.

Sour cream coffee cake and vanilla latte were excellent. Staff was friendly and pleasant

They have the best Oat Milk Vanilla Latte! The perfect milk/coffee proportion and it coffee tastes amazing!

Really bad mocha

Decent little cafe. Theres not a ton of sitting room and can be really cramped (especially if theres a lot of people in line since the cash registers are wedged in a tiny little space). However, if youre shopping in Nordstrom and need a coffee, its the ultimate convenience since its inside the store. I never come here for the food selection, theres not a huge variety and its never very impressive, but decent if you want a cup of coffee.

I always go here in the morning, coffee is great when its not busy.. if its busy I cant wait because they are so articulated with there coffee. Lol

Stepped in out of the cold off of 6th and Pine to a great little coffee shop that opens into the Nordstrom flagship. Fantastic service and great tasting beverages seem the norm here. Worth checking out!

Good service, awesome baristas, and for the area the prices are decent. No bathroom; you have to use the main store one and its a floor down.

I love that they know what I am going to have every morning and before I even pay my Americano is in hand. Love this crew!

This is part of the Nordstrom experience, Seattles Hollywood Espresso Bar. A High End experience. Just be there and take things in.

Lavender Chai is sooo good

I was hankering for some morning coffee while strolling the streets of Seattle and saw this place. Id been a couple of times to eBars in SoCal and Ive always loved their coffee--much better than Starbucks, I think. A little bit pricier too but not by much. I had a caramel latte and it was really delish. This particular location felt very open and airy, and of course Nordstrom is right there in case you want to take a look. Only bummer is no bathroom in the coffee bar; you have to use the Nordstrom bathroom.

I went on Sunday afternoon and there wasnt anyone in there. Got my drink super fast and service was great.
