Hallelujah! These donuts are divine! All the donuts are vegan and they have loads of options to choose from. Our favorite was the raspberry, but the pumpkin custard was a close second. The staff was friendly and complimented the pretty leaf I was carrying around, which made me smile. Highly recommend! π©π
Absolutely delicious. The donut variety is impressive. We liked the good old glazed the best. We also had the coffee and while itβs very good itβs not on par with the donuts in my opinion. The only negative part is that locations are only available in Seattle, no east king county locations available so it was quite a drive for us. Not negative but something to be aware of, they are quite expensive. Almost 50 bucks for a dozen donuts and 2 cups of coffee.
All their donuts are vegan and taste wonderful : they have several coconut/nut-free options but beware there is a chance of contamination. The coffee here is great as well.My recommendations out of what Ive tried:1. French toast (great breakfast option)2. Jelly-filled3. Devils Playground4. Lemon-filled5. Apple tart6 . Pumpkin spice
I went in the other day with my large adult son and we had a great time! One of the employees, Donny I think was her name was so kind and helpful and was able to point out exactly what we should order. We ended up walking out of there with a whole box instead of just one or two!The coffee was perfect (although I wouldnt expect a vegan place to charge extra for vegan options) and really well made. Same story, ended up going back for another drink before they closed! With employees and service like that Im glad this place is here
Morning cake donuts and coffee. Fast, fresh, and with surprises in their new donut flavors.Highly recommended for donut snack and quick caffination.
Ok so I wasnt prepared for the amount of amazing donuts here. Being lactose intolerant sucks and the vegan donuts here were so flavorful with a ton of options. I wish I found this place sooner. I seriously cannot rave enough about this place. Highly Recommend!
I went to the Stewart St. location Monday, Oct 4th and they were closed. How extremely disappointing. They are suppose to be open until 3pm, but closed early. 7eleven sells donuts and is on 7th and Virginia and another one is opening a block away. I would rather support a business you can rely on. Also, Mighty-Os is Mighty expensive. There donuts are good though. I wish they didnt close during business hours.
Amazing donuts and great staff during my visit today. Very glad to see how LGBTQ friendly they are. They also are still requiring masks which is perfectly fine with me while indoors to protect their staff.
Donuts at this place are the best. Staff is super nice and friendly!
The donuts here were on the lower end in terms of the Seattle donut scene. They were not very pillowy and the jam in one of the donuts had a very mealy texture. This is fine for a standard donut, but there are much better options nearby!
Fantastic doughnuts. Fun options as well as the classics. Tasty.
One thing I found while visiting Seattle was that they had countless option for places to get sweet delights. We wanted to visit them all, but we didnβt have the timeβ¦ One of the places that we got to visit was Mighty-O Donuts. Until we got there, I didnβt know that it was just one of handful of locations. This spot was located on the corner lot, and with lots of large windows, the inside was nice and bright. They had a few table seating at the front, and then counter seating all the way to the back. They had all the goodies at the counter to the left. They also had their cold beverage offerings right next to the donuts. They had pretty good selection of donut flavors, it was not going to be easy choosing which one to tryβ¦We got a few mini-donuts and 1 regular donut so that we can taste several flavors. Their donuts are made with no chemicals, no GMOs, and no animal products. Yes, they are organic vegan donuts! We tried Cinnamon Sugar, Blueberry Monster, Glazed Baby-Oβs, and Chocolate Raspberry. They were tasty with rich flavor, and comforting. And yes, much healthier than regular donuts, as they are organic and vegan. It makes you smile to have a little sweet delight that taste so good!
I ordered from Uber Eats (right before close sorry) and the store called me to inform they ran out of some of the items I ordered and asked my choices for replacements! The employee was super friendly and said she was glad I ordered because they had a ton of extras! I didnβt realize the donuts were vegan until they arrived β even better! I especially liked the carrot cake flavor and the mini donuts were so cute :)
The doughnuts are an insult to the PNW, they taste it like a day old, and $14 for 2 doughnuts and 1 coffee its pretty bad specially when theyre this bad.
Vegan donuts and delicious cold brew π!
This was my first time finding and trying a creme filled vegan BISMARK!!! It was phenomenal!!! The French Toast donut was also amazing!
Donuts were tasty. A bit dense, but definitely delicious.
I love Mightyo! First time trying out that location, right next to Seattle U campus.
Yummmmmm! First time tying and loved it. Try the chocolate with cinnamon sugar. So amazing! And nice strong latte unlike other donut places. Definitely coming back here and getting the t-shirt. :)
I was craving donuts for breakfast, and this place did the trick. Got 2 donuts for $5. Definitely a bit more than Iβd like to pay, but these were more than gas station donuts. The lemon poppy was good, and I liked the chocolate raspberry even better. When I went to sit down I noticed that several tables were dirty, and the staff seemed to not be doing much except standing behind the counter. Overall a fine experience.
Best to get it straight from the source. Come early to get their non-cake donuts (see jelly donut below). Youd never guess they were vegan. Great seasonal donuts, and you can get mini donuts that come in a good variety of flavors. Coffee is just ok, a little too bitter for me, but they have complimentary soymilk and thus are forgiven.
Good donuts; Im from an area that sells more raised then cake donuts and I typically dont care for cake donuts but these were the exception. The apple fritter was the star of the 6 we sampled. As a bonus the wife said the latte was fantastic. Not scalding hot and great taste. Fantastic staff too, very nice people.
My experience was unpleasant. The donuts were mediocre and the prices were high. I surely wont return.
Solid apple fritter but hard for me to get excited about coming back when General Porpoise is right down the streetβ¦
Very good and fresh doughnuts. Service was slow if coffee was ordered.
Their vegan donuts are similar to a cake donut; more dense than fluffy. The coffee bomb tasted like coffee, wasnt overbearingly sweet, and a fluffy texture. Very tasty donuts that taste like non-vegan donuts. DELICIOUS.They have happy hour for their donuts that I would definitely hit up when in the area.
Delicious vegan-friendly donuts, with some tasty coffee to boot! A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it.
O. M. G. Please and Thank You! I havent had a cream filled donut since going vegan 3 years ago. One word. HEAVEN
Good service, but I ordered a creme filled donut and there was no creme in it. Basically just fried dough with chocolate frosting on top. Wonβt be returning unfortunately.
Donuts are the best. Im pretty upset by the decision to stop serving anyone who doesnt make enough money for electronic banking! This is class-est and wrong!
While the donuts and beverages are AMAZING, I would highly recommend NOT visiting the Capitol Hill store due to extremely poor customer service. The past three visits I have paid to this particular store have featured staff who were rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. These individuals act as though there are more important things to do than assist a paying customer. After a particularly unsavory visit to this store in late October 2020, I did not return until late December upon friendsβ urging. At my visits on December 20 at 7 AM and December 27 at 11AM, the service was no better. Inquiries into additional stock and the intricacies of my order were not aided well. After multiple attempts at visiting this local store that offers tasty vegan goods, Iβll not be returning to this particular Mighty-O.Please, if you want a tasty vegan donut, visit the flagship Greenlake or newer Ballard, Denny Triangle, or DT Seattle stores.
Finally tried Mighty-O and theyre very aptly named! Had 6 different donuts to try them out: Lemon poppy, Raspberry, Chocolate & Peanut Butter, Apple Fritter, French Toast, and a Grasshopper (peppermint & chocolate). They were amazing but my favs were the raspberry and lemon poppy. Wow!
Excellent specials and a safety-first environment
For a vegan organic donut; or even just any kind of donut, wow! these are really good!!Recently becoming a vegan. I came by a couple weeks ago on a Sunday to try something new and different out.. The beautiful girl that works there explained what theyβre all about and she also helped me choose some of the most popular choices. I really liked the lemon poppy and the French toast, especially!Eventually, I walked out with a half dozen box of donuts. I also couldnβt help but to compliment the girl as I left..Iβll be back for sure. For the donuts and definitely to offer some more compliments ;) Somebody give the girl a raise!
These donuts are vegan. I donβt follow a vegan diet so the disparity in what I was expecting in taste was a lot.
Still my favorite donuts after all these years. French toast donut- exactly what I want with coffee, nothing has ever surpassed it
Very good customer service and fantastic doughnuts.
I am sorry for this review but I went for one donut, paid $3.75, and received a day-old donut. Stale. I arrived around 0930 so in hindsight they were obviously clearing out the day befores stuff for the new day. I recognize businesses are struggling during COVID, but so are you customers! Dont pawn off your day-old stuff when you open up in the morning. Treat people well and they will come back. I will not.
Accidentally vegan donuts even though you wouldnt think so
I ordered at capital hill location and was running late. I asked the girl that took my order that Ill be there 2:20- 2:30pm (closing time was 2pm) and she said thats ok and that shell be waiting for me i literally drove 50 min and by the time i got there it was closed. I understand it was my fault for being late but Im just mad at the fact that she told me she would be waiting for me but she didnt! I wasted almost 2hrs of my time.
One staff member was so over his job at 9:30am this morning which is really a bummer because I went in with high spirits based on a recommendation by Doc Christine (a Cap Hill favorite). After explaining to the staff that it was my first time in, his response was an unenthused ok...Lol. Anyways, i ended up figuring out what i wanted, ordered a coffee, racked up my total, and then asked for the Doc Christine deal of the day (5 bucks off), which normally is met with enthusiasm from other businesses, but in that moment I felt like I had just ruined this person entire day! Ended up leaving a nice tip and wishing him a nice day, but cant seem to get over how disappointing my first time was. My coffee ended up being pretty good, but their donuts are really bland even with the fancy and creative options. Wont be back.
Staff was not happy or irritated working this day. Donut was nothing special. Overrated in my opinion. I was hoping they had more interesting flavors, maybe it was just the time I visited.
Love their donuts, but they were not open when we went π
July 3rd I went in with a group to get donuts and coffee. We were all wearing masks, I was wearing an N95.As I tried to use the bathroom they told me it is closed to everyone but employees.I asked where is a bathroom I can use, and they informed me βcal Anderson park has bathrooms, but the police still have it closed.βThe unhelpful attitude and answer is insulting.Having bathrooms closed to the public in these covid times is absurd. The usual places such as parks, libraries are likely closed.Mighty O has no problem taking your money, but doesnβt care about peopleβs need to use the restroom.I use public restrooms as infrequent as I can. But obviously I,like literally every person in this world, still has to use the bathroom occasionally.Businesses like this that bar people from using their bathroom increases the spread of disease by requiring patrons to have to enter ANOTHER business and have ANOTHER transaction.
Quick service. Honest donuts. Mostly morning dining.
These are SO GOOD(they are slightly mooshed on my own accord, I had them in my backpack). The prices are great, the staff is super friendly(sometimes), and its very clean and nice inside. I am knocking them down two stars though because they offer cows milk with their coffee, and the second time I went there I got terrible service, the lady bagging my donuts piled them up messily in a bag and on my way home they all got smashed, frosting jelly and powdered sugar everywhere. Very disapointed.
The donuts are a hit or miss. Some of them really lack in flavor. They had a seasonal coffee one that was excellent but was only there for the month. It is a nice location though and always had some seating available. The staff is nice and attentive and they have some samples of their most popular options. The coffee is pretty good too!
I have a slight obsession not only with the donuts, but also the lattes! I love this location - theyβre always friendly, but they do run out of the most wanted donuts early so go when you wake up for the best selection! These are the most delicious donuts Iβve ever had - vegan or not. Hope thatβs enough to make you try it out!
Me: βhi, do you have any vegan options?βEmployee: βtheyβre all veganβMe: βwell that makes it easyβI had a chocolate donut with nuts sprinkled on top π. No public restroom but there was one down the street at a burger joint on the corner.
I love the people and the service here! Tasty doughnuts and GREAT chai. Super friendly and supportive, I suggest going here whenever you need a pick me up!
Great coffee good donut nothing more to say
Some good donuts but probably a bit overpriced and the staff couldnt care less if I was there or not. So Ill probably not go back again. Maybe a different location would be better?
Love the donuts...some...maybe all are gluten free...still yummy though
Truly mighty donuts!I am so happy that I happened to walk by this donut shop during my trip in Seattle. It was happy hour (5 - 6 PM on a weekday from what I recall), so donuts were 50% off. I really regretted only purchasing one donut - the French Toast. It was so good! Not too sweet and good flavor. I was craving more after I finished one.I cant say too much about the location, because I was extremely focused on the donut. The staff was friendly and helpful though. If I am ever back in Seattle, I will definitely pay a visit again during happy hour and buy a half dozen for myself!
Amazing vegan donuts and drinks! Not too sweet.... Just perfect. Great staff, peaceful environment. Makes me happy. π
Much delightful vegan donuts and best Americano in town.
The seasonal orange blossom donut was incredible. The decaf americano was quite good too. Customer service was perhaps the best. She was very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.
AVOID THIS STORE. The workers on shift on 1pm June 11, 2020 are shaddy and untrustworthy. I preordered 6 yeast donuts, drove down and ordered some more. But unfortunately I noticed after driving away that he replaced them with donuts we didnt even want. Not proffesional at all.
Mighty-O has the best donuts in Seattle, hands down. I love the lemon poppy and good ole glazed. They also had a seasonal orange donut that they were pairing with coffee with a piece of orange rind in it, and it was perfect.
When you have a child with egg and dairy allergies, good, reliable vegan donuts are amazing to have available. They cost more than others, but they do a great job.
This place rocks. They always have so many donut options. I went there on a Saturday and 10:30 am and they had everything I wanted. I love the unique flavors. I got a grasshopper, which is chocolate and peppermint, and was so yummy. The french toast is also one of my favorites.
Solid espresso joint, well made doughnuts, vegetarian and vegan Os, locally sourced, fair trade. Oh and it tastes good. Love the mocha.
Great donuts for someone who enjoys donuts that are healthier than the normal donut. Good atmosphere also. Conveniently located on the corner of the street with super fast service.
Stopped by after a Sunday cruise for a coffee and donut. This place has a great atmosphere and experience. Very laid back and sweet view of the Ferrari dealer across the street. The donuts are one of a kind!
Super friendly folks, not so great donuts.
Always a great! They have awesome donuts and a friendly staff. Their coffee is also great! Iβve been for their βhappy hourβ in the past and gotten lots of donuts for cheap. Great place to stop by on your walk down 12th Ave.
My favorite Seattle donut location. They offer vegan donuts. Lots of clever flavours and not overly sweet. A great place to get that donut fix.
I walked in and felt an immediate greeting when the attendant at the register looked at me walking through the doors and said Good morning, welcome to Mighty-O Donuts. How may I help you today. I wasnt sure what to order all I knew going in was that I was going to get a dozen donuts. The attendant was very understanding and patient and helped me find what I wanted. The donuts are made fresh every morning and very airy and light. The donuts are all natural organic and vegan... Which you would never believe with how great they tasted. But, even with such a positive experience I can only see but to give 4 stars because the lack of donuts compared to the website. They offer upwards of 30 donuts online but, only about 20 different donuts in store. Im sure if you asked to bake to request they would. I hope this business does well and I will definitely be a returning customer.
Amazing place. Everything is vegan there. But they are closing too early. Most of the time I try to go there, its closed. Its annoying. They are closing at 2pm on week days!!Why??!
This is a pretty well regarded local donuts place, but I didnt get what was so special about it. The donuts are good, dont get me wrong. But it wasnt the best donuts I have ever had. If you want a donuts and are nearby go for it, but its not worth really making a trip over.
Super friendly service!
Open at 6 am and offering their famous donuts. Thanks for being there mighty-o for when two friends only have 45 min at 6 am to meet and catch up.
Delicious vegan donuts. Friendly service. Tasty coffee. Their donuts taste rich, but they wont weigh you down. Happy hour 4-5pm for half off!
The only doughnuts I will eat! Excellent customer service as well!
Very bad. Do not recommend.
I really like mighty o donuts. They are vegan. They have mini donuts perfect for kids. And the space is cool to work at.
I had a latte and my friend got a donut. My latte was just OK but theres so many other better options nearby. Friend said the donut also wasnt that great. Service was fast and friendly though!
