Coffee was average and service lukewarm. They dont accept contactless payment so I couldnt get a coffee the first time around (who still brings cash or card these days?).Its a cute little place and I like the style and design but the problem is that its located at the corner of a hotel lobby, dimly lit, and feels more like a wine lounge than a coffee shop.

Average coffee and place lacks charm.

Its actually inside the hotel but there is a window to order to go from outside. Only one barrista but he handled things nicely. There are seats and small tables outside too so you can enjoy the drink outside. No hot food but they have scones and cookies.

Coming from down under - it is always hard to find great coffee in the USA. Very few places low what a Flat White is not how to make one. Made actually makes a pretty good flat white - almost as good as Sydney (just not as good as Melbourne or New Zealand). I’ll be back for another soon :)

The coffee here is decent but the customer service is so not. Ive been here twice, the first time I waited in line for about 15 minutes (with only two other people in line) while one barista clearly took her sweet time to do everything and the other spent her energy on doing side work. The second time was just now when I went in to try to order a coffee (at 3:30pm, mind you) and was told by a very surly dude in his 20s with a big fat scowl on his face that Were closed. I wont be back, which is a shame since this is right next to my office.

Ive walked by this place before, and have wanted to try it out for awhile. There were two people in line in front of me and only one person working for a Monday morning, but I had some extra time, so I patiently waited. The barista took care of the first two people in front of me, and then took an order from the ordering window instead of helping me! I walked by the window when I came in so I know there was no one there and that person got there after me. And the guy didnt even acknowledge that I was waiting, he just turned to the window and started taking the other customers order. I turned and walked out. What kind of customer service or line management is that? Cant even rate the coffee because I didnt get to try any. Steer clear of this place. Plenty of decent places nearby with a better vibe and better service.

I love this place! Great price, great coffee, great atmosphere and exceptional service.

Unfortunately we never even got to try the coffee because the barista was so incredibly rude to us. She sat there with her back turned to us talking on her personal cell phone until I finally tried to politely say “excuse me” she turned around and rudely said “I’m on the phone!” When she hung up she said “I was on the phone with my boss!” I think her boss might want to know how rudely she is treating the customers.... we just left not wanting to deal with her anymore.

Very impressed with this little coffee spot at the bottom of Hotel Theodore. Their latte was strong but smooth and affordable, which is surprising considering its touristy location.

Stopped by for some afternoon caffeine and got a dirty chai. Great chai flavor and not toooo sweet like some. Connected to Theodore hotel lobby, gorgeous space but does feel like part of hotel so more of a grab and go spot for me.

This place looked like a decent place to stop for coffee, but the understaffed service was a massive turn-off. I suggest looking elsewhere, unless you enjoy waiting in lines.
