Nice trendy little spot near Pike Place and the World Trade Center that specializes almost exclusively in coffee, tea and adult beverages. A very few light baked items are available. The place is one street over from the waterfront and also offers a conference room available upon reservations.
I love the vibe of this place. The owners have been roasting beans for years. They are true professional baristas. The coffee drinks are EXTRAORDINARILY good. Food is excellent with Macrina pastries and other bites, they also serve alcohol. I also like this place because they are doing a lot to reduce their carbon footprint. They have a zero emission ROASTER in the shop. The decor is minimalist and tastefully done. Highly recommend.
Ive only ever had espresso here and its excellent; shots are always balanced. It helps that they also roast their own beans, which come from some top tier coffee growing regions. If I was near by more often this place would be a regular spot for me.
Found a great coffee/café shop near my work. The place is larger than it seems from the outside and it’s very clean and modern. The menu is simple and easy to read and it’s full of tasty drinks, they also have delicious looking pastries/bakeries as well. The Matcha latte I ordered was great as the Matcha flavor wasn’t it too strong a.k.a. it wasn’t too bitter and the milk was not too sweet, it was perfect! I will definitely come back to try their other drinks.
Small coffee cart, so it can take a little extra time to get your drink but well worth it. Service was great. The best part is the ample, comfy seating in the space, which you can enjoy to drink your coffee. Great for casual morning meetings. Saw some long meeting tables but not sure if theyre all available for public use.
A very nice place to get work done! I went to the opening and ordered the 92 Lenora drink. It was very light and delicious. The chamomile flavor is so present and I loved it. My husband ordered the Western Red, which for me was a little too strong.Their coffee selection is very small, but the coffee quality is great. I got the mocha, and it was so rich and creamy. Probably one of the best mocha I had in Seattle.
Lots of space and solid coffee. A good place to plop down for a few hours and enjoy a relaxed ambiance.
Quiet local coffee shop. Spacious floorplan and minimalist interior style. Good place for study or work. Coffee is decent.
Even the drip coffee here is REALLY good! And the breakfast sammie? Very good.
Very clean super friendly and not crowded!!I loved the story about the red velvet couch!
Barista made a stellar cortado when we went. Opened an hour earlier than some of the other places in the area, too.
Great coffee, nice ambiance... Would love to try the wine bar another time!
The coffee is good (latte) and the place is nice, cozy and spacious. If in need of a fix this is is a good spot
This is the only coffee shop that I really enjoy visiting. The workers were so welcoming and the coffee prices were incredible. Wifi and lovely seating are available. It is a perfect coffee shop for new people to meet. This place is so awesome!
By the time we had sampled their coffee, we had to visit this coffee shop. They have cookies and bread slices as well. Their service has been commendable. The ideal spot to relax!
Automatic gratuity, 15percent, no choice. I tried it a second time, and I am a fool for so doing.
Convenient if you’re in the area
Love the environment and coffee. Also absolutely love their avocado toast. They go fast...so you better visit early morning.
Awesomeness me coffee shop, with wonderful wine and not super pricey. Thanks the tables are spread out and theres wifi. The atmosphere is extremely clean, and the staff are friendly!
Love them and their coffee- highly recommend!
Seattle is known for good food and this place totally lives up to that! Great food! Super fun place, just the vibe of this place is different and just makes you happy!!
Basic coffee, unfriendly staff.
One of my fav cafes in the cityWhy the 3 stars though? Because there are multiple times I went there and they are not open when they are suppose to be. I get it, COVID is hard for small business, but please figure out a way to notify the customers.Don’t put the sign out with the hours on it, when you are even here for those hours
This place has great oat milk and an amazing assortment of flavorings. 10/10 would go again
Amazing coffee and atmosphere. The filter options are well dialed and the rotating single origin offerings keep it interesting. The baristas are well educated and super friendly, happy to answer any questions. The vibes are chill and on point. C&S is my favorite shop in Seattle!
One of the few great specialty shops in Seattle. They have a small, well curated single origin offering list which are well dialed and really bring out the best in the coffees. Great space with lots of natural light and minimalist vibe.
Oooh I love this place. I stumbled upon it and discovered coffee and wine! What a wonderful combination! They can have my morning coffee biz and my evening wine biz!The guys were super nice and friendly.I love the wide open space and minimal design esthetic. Could be energetic or relaxing depending on the day and crowd. Spacing between seating areas is large so it can be an intimate experience.Love it and definitely recommend it!
Great coffee, and friendly staff!
Cute place to enjoy. Atmosphere was simple and basic. Can get beer or wine, or a cocktail, or a delightful cup of coffee. Service was excellent. I recommend putting more chairs and tables in. Very spacious.
Cedar and Spokes has become one of my favorite Seattle coffee shops! With a ton of seating it is a great coffee shop to work in, hang with friends or grab a quick coffee while walking around downtown. The vibe and aesthetic is beautiful, coffee is great, and the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu if you need suggestions. Highly recommend!
Went to the opening on 2 November for cocktails which is a great use of a coffee place at night. For coffee, Ive visited since they started with a little coffee cart in a shared workspace. They still need to add some interesting coffee drinks. I wouldnt go often for coffee unless they started doing something interesting like Ghost Note Coffee. For cocktails - we tried the 72 lenora and the Red Western which were both good - on the mild sweet side for both.Peppermint mocha was really good
Classy atmosphere and decent Wi-Fi. Music is jazzy. I will deathly work here again.
Another of my favorite coffee shops in Belltown. The space itself is very tranquil with tasteful minimalist design, ample lighting with floor to ceiling windows, and the pour over coffee is top notch. More than enough seating with a conference room at one end, a big comfy couch, and lots of tables and chairs in the central part. I will have to come back to check out the bar which was still a work in progress.
I didnt find that many cool coffee bars in Seattle, but this is definitely one of them. The space is ... very spacious and more like a gallery than a coffee bar.Decor is insprig: wood floor, huge windows all down one side, minimilastic use of art.Oh, I almost forgot ... they have great coffee too.
Brice and the team are great. They take coffee seriously and the location is obviously fantastic. Great place to just hang with some coffee and a book or catch up on some work.
Always have the best time at this shop! The Avocado toast sells out pretty quickly so show up early to make sure you get one. They make everything to order and have a friendly staff. Love my latte every time I order!
Beautiful place with great taste latte
Nice ambiance, very contemporary feel. The coffee was great and the barista was very attentive. The best thing about this place is that it is just far enough from the market that youll get some peace and quiet and a nice view of the sound. The coffee was great too - especially the pour over.
Not a huge fan. The layout of this place is awkward. There arent a lot of tables and chairs. Its not a very comfortable space. I had a pour over. It was their Ethiopian. I was hoping for citrus, but the flavor was pretty muddled. It tasted burnt and heavy. The barista was super friendly and helpful, but I dont think Ill be back.
Coffee was delicious and made quickly. The staff was excellent, polite and helpful. The inside was clean, simple and well decorated. One of the only places in town that doesnt cram as much seating as they can possibly fit, the open space was delightful and relaxing.
Super bummed about this place...I came in from out of state based on all the raving reviews but left coffeeless after waiting for over 20 minutes despite there only being 2 gals ahead of me. When I was next, a quick, “be right with ya,” or even a friendly smile to at least acknowledge I was there would have made all the difference but I left feeling totally invisible in that place. Maybe he was just having an off day, but I would head elsewhere.
This was our go-to coffee shop while visiting Seattle.Go for the coffee, stay for the avocado toast. It sounds hipster/cliche to say yet this place cares about great products.Enjoy.
Nice place. But... Why is there no cream dispenser next to all of the other sugar, stir sticks, lids and sleeves?
Really good coffee and beer selection. The people are rad too, shoutout to Ryan! Overall really nice place to just relax and drink.
Best coffee I ever had. The Madagascar roast was superb
The new Cedar & Spokes space is awesome! Only a couple of blocks from Pike Place including the first starbucks, a fantastic high quality coffee. View of the water, friendly staff... delicious!
Super chill cafe with a new view of the bay.
Had an excellent pourover here (the Myanmar). Based on their pouring technique and their descriptions of tasting notes, they definitely know their stuff. The space was also very comfortable and there was free WiFi.
Excellent coffee and a great venue - lots of seating, never crowded and can always find a seat I’m comfortable at. Perfect place for some heads down work.
Yeah... don’t do it. Really bad service. Don’t mind a line, but when I’m next and not a simple hello or be right with you is said for over 15 minutes and still wait for 5 more minutes, definitely not worth the time.
Good coffee, friendly staff, nice ambiance.
Wonderful little cafe, delicious coffee and strong happy hour beverages. Well worth it
Nice coffee place with modern decor and decent food.
Love the atmosphere sooo much☕️ Wide open space in not too crowded spot. Great service of Barista/bartender. Brilliant idea that u can take beer and coffee at the same moment:)
Has a great location with peek-a-boo views of the water and mountains. Those views are complimented by a clean and bright atmosphere with lots of natural lighting and modern decor. The unique shape of the location also makes it possible to find privacy as you use the positive feng shui to get into a productive work flow. Not dark and cluttered feeling like other coffee shops. With the upbeat staff, delicious caffeinated beverages, and sleek atmosphere...Cedar and Spokes is a definite go to for business or leisure. I look forward to going every week.Be sure to ask for the spiced café altuvé. (May not always be available but well worth the inquiry.)
Great ambiance just a bit small and the table we had was small.
Beautiful space, mediocre drink. There’s a lot more open space than tables and chairs, so I didn’t get the impression that this place gets too much traffic.
Their new location is so fresh and clean! Love the interior design too. Happy baristas and yummy matcha drinks!Great spot for a meetup or to get work done!
Great espresso. Felt a bit like being in a luxury furniture magazine.
GREAT beverages. Great people. Espresso is well done and not acidic. Enjoyed it a great deal.
Good coffee, nice staff and relaxing music. Felt like I was in my friends house.
The staffs are super friendly & open to conversations and the minimalistic design is on-point, but thats about it. If youre looking for good cocktails and/or coffee, go somewhere else.
Quiet atmosphere, well-made paninis and toasts.
Some of the best micro-roasts in Seattle and wonderful food! Consistently great experiences since opening- thank you Cedar and Spokes!
Spacious cafe, nice views, sour coffee
Really nice atmosphere. toast is top notch.
Tasty coffee. Inside Makers shared office space but open to the public.
This is certainly one of the nicest coffee bars for after work and waiting for rush hour to subside.
Beautiful space, just outside of the hectic touristic area. Minimal treat selection.
The baristas are very knowledgeable, coffee is delicious
Great coffee. Excellent atmosphere.
Delicious coffee + quiet, comfortable space = great for meetings or solo worktime.
Great place. Dog friendly.
Great coffee, wonderful service
Good coffee. Great location.
The place is lacking decoration, coffee is overpriced and nothing special.
Service and coffee was great, quirky little stand in a great location. Also sells coffee beans from local roasters.
Great cappuccino and fig and prosciutto toasted sandwich!
We ordered coffee a day in advance for a business meeting - we arrived at the agreed upon time, and they had not begun preparing it.
Great coffee, cute atmosphere, small menu
Good coffee
Good Mocha, clean bright location
Great shop, great decor
Awesome coffee and service!
