What an exciting way to transition to the 21st century banking. Joined with Peets coffee and a full upstairs dedicated for people to use the internet thats free in a beautiful, relaxing, environment.The gal that helped me, Carolyn and she is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and helping create this new form of banking. I had a few issues to clear up on my new 360 checking and savings. Afterwards she took care of my beverage because I had to come in there for those issues.Forget about Chime, Assurant or any of those online, non brick and mortar banking. Capital One checking and savings gives you everything for free and the same as other places, but they at least have some place you can walk into if you need to clear stuff up. Capital One has done a really nice job with this place. They are always super welcoming and dont hassle you with their sales pitch when you enter (in fact, they have never done it to me - thanks!). Every so often they will have free coffee outside. The space inside is really nice, lots of seating and pretty quiet. Great for meetings or just working in silence.

Wish there was a Capital One Cafe in my city!!! This is my third experience. I’ve been to Chicago, Boston and now Seattle. Great concept. Lots of attention to detail. Great spot to grab coffee, meet up with friends, hold meetings and of course do your banking!

This is a great spot if you want to take a break or work remotely. Very open feel and incredibly worker friendly. The people here are super nice, too. Daniel and Roxy are both exceptionally customer-minded. Couple that with the fact the coffee is really good and its tough to beat.

Such a beautiful space, its ashame I didnt feel comfortable enough to actually enjoy it.As I walked through the foyer, I immediately noticed a group of people holding clipboards, casually lounging under the staircase. A gentleman quickly asked, here for coffee or work; everything from that moment was awkward.Similar to a salesperson at a car lot being irritated because you only came for the free hot dogs.Two stars for the great vanilla latte though. My advice would be, just put the application on the table and let the customer decide?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have a Capital One credit card and I love coming here to get good coffee at a reasonable price! The cafe itself is a great space to meet or just relax. It has a great ambiance with a modern tech industry look. I go out of my way to come here instead of going to some of the more popular establishments near me.

The place is clean, spacious and quiet. I get amazing work done here on Saturdays. I wish it was open on Sunday as well.

Okay, you know when you go to a conference and walk down the promotional aisles to get the free stuff or just to look, and the poor people at the booth are staring at you all the time meekly saying hi and hoping youll stop by? The very nice people here are plentiful, but most of them were roaming the floor and seemingly waiting for you to ask a question about Capital One. Not pushy at all, just a bit creepy. That said, the tea was fine, the place was bright and open, and they had great meeting rooms.

The space is open and decently quiet. Great place to do work or meet up. The Peets cafe is 50% off with your capital one credit card. That was an unexpected perk of being a capital one member thats just simply awesome.

I needed a new credit card and signed up for Capital One because of this cafe. Went and bought myself a coconut milk vanilla latte for $2.50. Thats half of what I pay at Starbucks. I love this cafe & its a great place to have meetings as well. They never try to sell you anything but are there to answer your questions.

Best banking experience ever! I was totally frustrated with BofAs online banking experience, so decided to give Cap1 a try. 20 mins, a nice staff member, Jasmine, helped me set up new account, while I sipped a complimentary cup of Americano. I mean, banking used to be an experience just one step above a dentist visit!

Its so great, every time Ive gone in its been really empty. Its over twice the size of that starbucks in UVille that everyone loves so much. Really nice place for studying. They dont try and sell you anything so dont worry about that. Only gripe I could see is that the location isnt very convenient unless you live/work in SLU. You would struggle to find street-parking M-F, but this is a holy grail on the weekends.

Coffee drinks half price, if you use Capital One card. Also plenty of places to charge devices, conference rooms for non-profits and overall nice space with large windows.
