That’s a good place to spend your morning with a cup of coffee

Staff was incredibly friendly and sweet m getting orders ahead of you paying so it doesnt take a while and coffee doesnt get cold. Its such a lovely environment and theres coffee, mugs, thermoss, bags, hats, coffee filters and coffee makers for sale. theres also a display if cups to show you how big the cups are and how many shots are out. extremely helpful when someone who doesnt know ounces or coffee comes in!

Sandwich ordering system needs to be streamlined from needing to order them at two different points, but the sandwich was okay.

They made a fantastic cappuccino that was made to order. This is not only a dessert bar, but also a small coffee shop with delicious food! This coffee shop is one of my favorite places to visit!

Cute little coffee shop in West Seattle. My iced latte was great, and they have a wide selection of breakfast food. The southwest breakfast burrito was tasty and the espresso chip cake was delicious. They have a nice back patio for outdoor seating.

I stumbled across this awesome cafe a month ago. The people here are wonderful. I had one of the yummiest pastries Ive ever tasted. I believe it was a bourbon bear claw. Loved it. The coffee is outstanding too. This is a neighborhood coffee shop. Lots of family and people playing games. Now for something different. I have never felt a desire to take a picture of the bathroom before, but this collage of urinals caught my attention. Hysterical.

Chocolate Chunk cookies here are out of this world! Huge chocolate chunks and walnuts. Eating one now and had to leave a review! If youre in the mood for a big ol cookie, come here and grab a coffee while youre at it, always hits the spot!

Sure, there are a lot of places to get coffee in Seattle. There are a lot of places to get coffee in West Seattle. And I like a lot of coffee shops in the Seattle area. But, there’s something about this spot that I always like.There are large Adirondack chairs outside where you can hang with your dog and drink your brew. The inside is small, but cozy and accommodating. The brew, by the way, is very good. And, if you’re feeling a bit peckish, there is also a nice supply of light bites. Pop on in.

A West Seattle neighborhood favoriteSomeone said that this is typical hipster cafe and I beg to differ. This place has been serving great coffee way before West Seattle transitioned to a hipster joint.This is my go to work spot as the coffee is good, strong and consistent. Staff is always friendly and welcoming at all times.I would occasionally encounter noisy patrons but nothing a noise canceling headphones can fix.This is one of the neighborhood gems that still gives you the small town vibes and they need to stay for a very long time.

This coffee shop has the coziest and homiest place in the city. They have the finest and aromatic coffee beans than any other coffee shop. It is our daily routine to drop by and have a sip before going to work and have our morning coffee. I love the smell of the coffee before sipping. This is a must-visit for all coffee lover!

Caffe Ladro is great! Good coffee and chais, and a selection of food (hot and cold) that you dont see at some of the other coffee shops around. Just a good neighborhood shop.

It was my lovely place. I had been visiting it almost every day since 2017. It always has been a nice and vibrant place with super friendly staff until recently. The lady who works there during the last few months is so unfriendly that I no longer feel welcomed. I had been getting there for its atmosphere which is sadly gone. But coffee is still good if you dont care about other aspects.

I and my boyfriend used to go to this coffee shop to chill and relax. The staves were all accommodating and helpful. We really had a good time staying at this coffee shop. Highly recommend shop to all coffee lovers out there.

The staff here is always accommodating and friendly. It was such a cozy shop and there is always plenty of comfy seats to sit in. I couldnt have asked for better service from this place. I thoroughly recommend this place to all coffee lovers.

Makes me happy going there in the morning

Used to go here all the time, good coffee, love the GF cranberry almond cake. Not sure what is going on with the staffing recently - under trained, under staffed, over worked, or all of the above. The shots have been really inconsistent and the baristas seem... harried, stressed, almost panicked. I hope they figure it out soon. It’s a great space with good product and a convenient location.***EDIT***Most recent visit was a major improvement. Staff was great and efficient but more importantly the coffee was back to their standards. Even the decaf shots were on.

Great coffee, very nice location too. My only complaint is that I asked the barista if the drink I ordered would be an espresso shot (very small amount) or a regular 12 or 16 oz coffee and she sort of couldnt give me a clear answer. That said even tho it was a shot of espresso it was still a very good coffee

Great staff to start my day

Great service but the coffee drinks I ordered were not good. I brought my daughter in for a hot chocolate holiday treat and I got a peppermint mocha. The mocha tasted neither like peppermint nor chocolate and my daughter’s drink was nothing more than off-flavored warm milk. I had to go back to ask them to add more chocolate and they said that the “new recipe” calls for the amount they put in there. If that’s the case, I have no idea why Ladro is skimping on the flavors. Word of advice, if someone wants a flavored drink, make it flavorful. I brought my daughter there for a special treat and spent $8 for 2 small drinks and it was far from a memorable experience. Thumbs down! I’m all for supporting the smaller local neighborhood coffee shops, but at least with Starbucks you know you’re going to be satisfied.

Come here often from brunch usually get the BLAT or the turkey Swiss sandwich. Theyre both really good! They come with a side of fries or salad. I usually get the sweet potato fries! The employees here are super friendly! There is both indoor and outdoor seating! One of the best places in the area!

The coffee here is great, but their baked good are to die for. I cant tell you how good their pastries taste, you would have to try one for yourself. And I promise you, youll be hooked too.

When I had a tough day - I was watching two kids and could not get their house key to work, we were locked out - the staff at Cafe Ladro took care of us. Cool water for the kids on a warm day, coffee for me, and a snack kept us happy while I figured out a solution.It is no small thing when we help each other and Care Ladro has my loyalty more than ever for being a neighborhood spot where people are kind and the coffee is good 🙂♥️

Chai Latte was delicious, and the 90s rock was beautiful!

Friendly place with lots of good baked goods options and seasonal offerings. The lattes were very good. They have a great set of chairs for relaxing out front. Will definitely return!

Usually my go to place but the last few times I’ve gotten a very young women who almost always make my drink my wrong. I hope they sort it out soon.

Yummy coffee, but if you love hot chocolate this is the place to get it! Add one of their delicious pastries and you are set, prices are moderate. This place has a neighborhood family friendly feel to it, tucked in close to nice neighborhood. Friendly staff! Excellent quality of beverage and sweets and savories. Dont forget to tip the staff...they earn it! 5 stars!

Very nice coffee shop. I stopped by a couple of times during a short visit to Seattle. Both employees and customers seem friendly and the line moves quickly. If I lived nearby, I think Id be very likely to make this my coffee spot rather than Starbucks.

Bad coffee, ordered a small (their small is 16oz) iced vanilla latte. Tasted so bad, that I asked to remake it and the remake is still bad....bad meaning it tasted like milk, no coffee taste, no vanilla taste, why do I want to drink milk?

I like this shop, and come here once or twice a month because its right around the corner from the studio I hold a joint-workshop at. The baristas are kind and the snacks are pretty tasty. Sometimes the service is r e a l l y slow, but once they finally make eye contact with you in line, its golden.If I could improve one aspect besides attentiveness to customers in line, it would be the way the milk is steamed, (specifically the non-dairy milks). Im admittedly biased as I used to be a barista trainer for a roaster and craft coffee shop, (and would love to offer trainings again! 😉).

I went in for their baked goods on a Friday morning. I had the bacon quiche which was pretty good but wasnt freshly made. They microwaved it which causes the dough to lose some of its flakiness. The space is big and there are multiple seating options. Depending on how you do work it might get a little too loud. Overall a nice coffee shop in West Seattle that could improve its food options.

The coffee drinks are what started my Ladro experience years ago —Gibraltars, almond milk lattes, espresso—but the baristas, especially the Monday morning team-Andrew and Esther-are what keep me coming back. They are friendly, professional, adept at their coffee making skills and a pleasure to interact within at the start of the workweek!!

This small Seattle coffee house chain has good roasts, great service, and a very consistent drink experience. They are obviously training their employees well. Also, their loyalty program is great. When you load up a gift card with a certain amount, you automatically get a free drink added to your account.

Food is fresh, service good and prices also reasonable. Will go again.

Great coffee, outstanding friendly service, and a friendly neighborhood vibe overall. My daughter and I needed a place to work and hangout for several hours while my other daughter was at camp. This was a perfect place for that.

Ordered an iced caramel macciato and it was pretty good. I wish there was caramel drizzle on top. :( But the two people working were super sweet. I probably would stop here again, if I was ever in the area.

Favorite coffee shop in Seattle. They get freshly backed goods every morning - dont skip the quiche, its unreal. The coffee rocks too, its always freshly roasted and delicious.

Caffe Ladro is a great place to relax, eat, drink and talk with friends. Going there for breakfast or lunch is always great and their coffee is always amazing, no matter what mood you are in.

Caffe Ladro is a Seattle staple, this west Seattle location seems to be on par with the rest of the shops. Decent espresso, kind of old school style, kind of 3rd wave. Not bad at all

Pricey, but very good quality beverages. Sandwiches are good but not amazing, especially considering the comparably high price point. Great atmosphere, partially covered outdoor seating, and staff is very friendly almost every time.

Stale $3.50 almond croissant. If youre going to sell pastry, especially if you use the word Croissant, it should be crisp then a thousand layers of buttery pastry, not stale dry and grainy. Clean and warm muted four tone setting.

This coffee is expensive. Ten bucks for a short mocha, a tall americano and a tip. Make sure to get an americano because the drip is really bad. The wait is also about fifteen minutes sometimes. The atmosphere is okay. The baristas are nice.
