I have liked Cafe Ladros coffee in general. And when I was meeting my mentor in this building I had no less expectations. I picked up a Banana bread and asked for heating i a polite way. But the barista guy just refused to do it. I could see the oven right there and seemed like it had been used recently. Without reason, I was declined this service.Now maintaining a quality of food or beverage standard is not easy. But thats something I am not terribly bothered about. However, this terrible service is not very customer friendly.

I am very attached to the location on Pike, but the service and my drink were great. Tables were a bit messy, which may be due to the fact so many people come and go in the building. Still, kind of irritating

Matcha latte was delicious...not too sweet. I left my credit card and when I called them they had it saved for me.

Probably the best coffee Ive had in the states. This place made a jet-lagged Australian in desperate need of a caffeine hit very happy and at home. Thank you ladro

We came in last minute before close and the clerk happily served us good coffee. Awesome rock music in the background jamming with the barista. Thanks!

Caffe Ladro is my usual stop for Cold Brew on my bus commute to work, when I dont make some at home and want coffee for the day, and I think they have exceptional cold brew there. I dont particularly care for the burnt Starbucks version, so the more subtle, chocolatey notes come out, which I think is far superior to bitter and overwhelming, like Starbucks.

This ladro is across the street from my bus stop and Id pick up a cold brew from time to time in the morning. Today I just had a coffee and walked home. I tried to use their bathroom and got rejected and the Batista saying the bathroom is only for customers. Im so disappointed that they require customers on the spot. I wont buy from them again.
