Beautiful atmosphere; the barista had great energy; they use oatley for their oat latte which i prefer; covered outdoor seating so i can sit out in the rain. The espresso is roasted just a tad dark for my personal taste, but overall a great experience. Makes me miss the one on the lower east side!

I’ve had my fair share of coffee related beverages. Especially since Chicago is bathed in coffee shops. But I’ve never officially been to the Coffee capitol of the US. So we came here, and I say, I had a iced mocha, and this mocha, wasn’t like any other, it was rich and smooth, and it was addicting, and apparently they make the mocha in-house. The vibes of this joint is relaxing, inside and outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back, and best things the place was clean!

I know Ive said before that Olympia Coffee was one of the best, and that may still be true, but Caffe Vita is THE BEST imho. Matter of fact, I go out of my way to buy their beans. Fortunately, they can be found at my local Safeway, but they always run out of my favorite roasts. Cafe Del Sol is my go-to, but every roast there is excellent.

Caffé Vita Coffee Roasting is one of my favorite hipster coffee spots for a chai latte done right and none of that syrupy sh*t! Atmosphere is good but can shift from quiet to noisy at the drop of a hat. Other pluses: dark roast coffee beans, outdoor seating good for watching dogs walk their people, and fast polite service. Bravo!

Good spot to people watch. There’s a decent amount of seating but I might have felt that way because it wasn’t very crowded on a Friday afternoon. I saw some people on laptops so it might be fine for working if it’s not crowded but it was a little dark inside which would deter me. I ordered a coffee and a chai tea latte, I thought that both were solid. Service was quick so that was a plus as well.

Good coffee and a good place to sit by the window for people watching. This is a local favorite and always busy no matter what day or time. Id go here to get a cup of coffee, read a book, work or just sit back and enjoy people watching. Easy place to strike a conversation with locals and relax. If you pay $1 more, you can get a refill on your coffee. 👍

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! (Thats for great coffee and other products, great and friendly professional service, and great atmosphere including cleanliness). I WAS A PROFESSIONAL COFFEE TASTER FOR MANY YEARS, AND IVE STARTED COFFEE SHOPS THAT ARE SUCCESSFUL. This place roasts their own coffee and theyre EXTREMELY good at it. Their coffee is better than ANY COFFEE SHOP WITH STAR IN THE NAME (WHOM, I MUST SAY, MAKE GREAT COFFEE NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY, BUT NOT THIS GOOD). THERE IS SOME LIMITED SIDEWALK SEATING. FRESH AIR INSIDE (OPEN WINDOWS) PLACES TO CHARGE DEVICES WITH WALL PLUGS (NO WIRELESS CHARGING) AND RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS (KEY, ASK BARISTA).

Delicious! I actually had an Italian soda, so I didnt end up trying their coffee. Loved the vibe and atmosphere of this place though. Really dimly lit spot, a cool and relaxing place to chill right in the middle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The music is a bit loud if youre trying to read, but overall, the white noise is what some people prefer, so its doable. Quick service. No line no wait! I would come back again.

The other one looks male with a creative outfit have this angry face the whole time. Made it hard to request orders more than once, especially more hot water for my tea. Excellent customer service, professional adherence to the COVID-19 precautionary measures, and delicious coffee drinks!Their mixed coffee drinks are not overwhelmingly sweet. The flavors of the coffee come through and the mixers add just enough sweetness to complement the flavors. The straight espresso is brewed im such a way that there is no noticeable bitterness and acidity. The customer service is wonderful. I called in with a question and the manager was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. While in the shop, I noticed that the employees were all masked and gloved. There was a plastic shield in front of the cash register to protect employees and customers from exposure. They also have markers on the floors to provide visual aids to encourage social distancing.Overall, it was a lovely experience all around.Oh! And be sure to bring card payments as they are not currently accepting cash (to prevent spread of COVID-19).

One of the best coffee places in Seattle! Their espresso is top notch and the ambiance is what you probably envision when you think Seattle cafe (not Starbucks obviously). They have basically every alternative milk option you can imagine. I will say their pastries are not very good, compared to some other cafes, but I cant discredit them for that because its not at all the focus.

It’s quite dark in here, and gives off more of a bar vibe, which is some people’s thing! My only qualm with this shop is that I paid $4 for a cup of tea, and it didn’t come with a pot. It was put in a disposable cup, making it difficult to control steeping. I’d really love to come back if they would change how they served their tea!

Probably one of the most well known cafés on Capitol Hill. They have good coffee and pastries and this is a great spot to hang out with a laptop to get work done. Some complain that the music is too loud but its typically not annoying to me. I recommend stopping in if you havent been. This is also a great place in summertime as their cold brew is fantastic.

I was really excited when I saw that they had French Press made coffee. But I was really disappointed when I saw the barista pour the drink from a premade batch, I asked if that was really French press coffee and he gave a simple answer of yes, with no other explanation. The coffee didnt taste right, and was uncharacteristically bitter. The vibe of the place was refreshing, slightly dark but all the meanwhile cozy. But I dont feel that the ambiance is enough to make up for the coffee and the service.

A cool place to grab a lovely cup of coffee and do some work or chat with a friend. Easy to connect to wifi and there are several places to plug in.It offers a selection of different brew methods. I tagged along with a friend who loves their coffee. To be fair, Im not a big coffee person, and I dont think their vibe really gels with me. Feels a bit more like a nightclub than a cafe (very dim lighting with red neon lights). Also got a tea, and the tea bag ripped so I was just casually spitting out bits of Earl Grey every sip.BUT if you love coffee and youre into more funky atmospheres, Im sure Vita is for you. Also their lids are very cool.
