Having been to 30+ Patagonia stores around the world I have to say this is the best one.Staff is super nice and they do have a bathroom for patron’s if you ask.Make sure to get your sticker!
Its a little crowded here because the space is small, but they do their best with the downtown location that they have. Lets be honest. Its no Are-E-i. They dont have a rock for you to climb. But they do have TWO ramps. They pack a lot of clothing into the downtown location. Im not writing this review for the brand. You can find plenty of reviews about the brand. This review is more for this specific location. The parking is not terrible. I was able to park and shop. The only thing to watch out for is that its on a corner, so if you have kids, make sure they know the safety procedures about holding your hands and not running off into the street because they see something colorful through the window in the other side of the street.
Great Patagonia store with an awesome selection of quality gear for both men and women. The staff were professional, courteous and more than able to answer any questions I had.
Love this store. Staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful when it came to me submitting my WornWear. Great selection here as well for pretty much all of their current catalog.
The repair process and customer service was a amazing! They replaced two puffies on the spot, and even repaired a zipper on a jacket of a different brand right there on the front desk. I have switched to being a sole-patagonia customer because of my experience at this store. Patagonia really cares!
Everything is great quality! Love the warranty and return policy. Such a great selection too.
Customer service at this location is wonderful! We had someone get almost every item we were looking for from the back (specific colors and sizes) to ensure our visit was everything we needed and more. Left with far more stuff than we needed but as always...we love Patagonia!
Great service! Patagonia takes care of folks who work outdoors, can’t see myself going anywhere else 👍
The Schedule says 10am-6pm DAILY.. I’m outside the store the they put a paper where it says “we are at luch, be back at 1:15pm.. what?? Really? “ please update your schedules guys..A lot of people live far from the store
This is one of my favorite Patagonia stores. Excellent customer service and superior product selection for a store their size. Always excited to go here and pick out something new!
Was great value and quality when I purchased from them 2016
Pretty small selection for such a large store they did not have many of the Im sorry Patagonia items that I was looking for that are still available on the Patagonia website even recent releases
Great customer service. Went in for a repair, and my coat was replaced with no questions asked. They also provided some helpful advice for care to maintain my gear.
Great gear. Awesome staff
Walking distance from all the tourist sites and hotels. Very helpful staff.
Curbside service was easy and smooth. Cannot even express how helpful the employees were! Keep it up guys! Outstanding customer service.
As a first time visitor, I found that staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming. My exchange was almost a little condescending..? Not great when you’re looking to learn more about the brand and company.
Not open at 1 pm today. Parking is expensive nearby and I prepaid to come to this store that wasnt open during its posted biz hours.
Great staff and very helpful!
This is my first visit to Patagonia, Seattle, and my first Patagonia purchase. I booked my appointment online. I bought a Nano puff jacket & Shearling fleece. The nano, wow, I didnt feel like Im wearing one :) super cool jacket, shearling fleeces fit & cloth was very comfortable. Brandon was very helpful/welcoming throughout my shopping and showed me various options that fit my needs.
Very helpful sales staff and the company does a lot of great stuff for the environment. I highly recommend the puffy down jackets for travelingEDIT:I returned here to buy a base layer and the sales staff was incredibly helpful in explaining everything there is to know about base layers and weights. He probably spent ten minutes patiently explaining this to me and i really appreciate it. I feel bad i didnt get his name but i really appreciate the top notch customer service
Changes hours whenever they like. Great products, just despise this store in particular.
As a downtown resident this is literally the only retail store that refuses paying customers. Arrived midday on a Tuesday, with an empty store and was not allowed in because I did not have an appt. How can this great company stay around in Seattle with such horrible customer care. Headed to Nordstrom and things were great
Nice place
Thank u for all your help.
My favorite store in Belltown..Great company!
Thought we were at the wrong place at first, but it was the coolest store ever.
Not currently allowing you to try stuff on. But still very helpful!!
Patagonia is like a candy store for adults who enjoy and sporty, retro and trendy outerwear fashion with an awareness of environmental sustainability and the impacts of our carbon footprints during the apparel creation process. This store is in perfect order and shows off their huge selection of both men and womens outerwear along with a sampling of outdoor gear like their line of Black Hole Packs and Duffle Bags and other accoutrements sure to please and delight any Patagonia enthusiasts !!Everytime I come into this store I feel like a little boy on Christmas morning. Theres so many interesting, gorgeous and functional pieces of clothing, gear and accessories...all of which could easily become must-haves for my fall and winter wardrobe additions.
Love everything I look at in this store especially the t-shirts with the classic logo. Its a bit pricey for me to regularly shop here but I love it when I can. I would recommend these products if someone is looking for quality outdoor apparel and accessories.
Not a bad location for clothing. Can be a better location. Can do worse than this location. Can do without. Can do with also.Either way, it seems like a 50/50. Why is this even important? I have no idea either. Well, then, good hunting.
A good place for friends and family to have fun
Great way to see and compare top quality Patagonia gear. The service was very friendly and offered advice and suggestions. I just wish it were a little easier to get to.
Excellent service! Denis, Abby, Nick, and Connie were incredibly helpful and very diligent about cleanliness and safety regarding COVID.
I have been completely in love with this brand since the first time I used it.I should say, although I feel the Location at Ballard has more access to parking spots; I am very thankful with the employees at Patagonia in Seattle.Every employee is very friendly and always willing to help in a genius way.I had a great experience finding my husband’s present. The person who was processing my payment was extra helpful, showing me more option online, she let me took my time and she was very patient.I always recommend this place!!!
Can easily max a credit card out at this place! And the warranty is amazing. My girlfriend had her jacket pocket ripped and chewed by a dog. Sent it to patagonia and they fixed it free of charge thanks to ironclad. Cant even notice where it was damaged!
They were helpful in explaining the basics of their warranty and looking up other color options for some jackets we were interested in
My experience here was great here! All the workers are so nice. They go out of their way to help you to find exactly what style and warm you are looking for. I was politely greeted when I walked in and shared laughs with Len at the check out. Thanks Patagonia Seattle!
I become in Seattle for a visit and I wanted a heavier jacket then the one I added with me. The shop became first-rate and prepared. Employees have been friendly and beneficial. Patagonia makes great stuff and that they stand via their products.
Great location. Came in when it was empty and their staff members were so helpful always checking in when we needed something. They were helpful in explaining the basics of their warranty and looking up other color options for some jackets we were interested in
The staff was so kind and the quality of the products is always great. Will be a life long customer. Thank you!
One of the greatest companies in existence.Run by one of the greatest businessman (although he would hate that label) of our time. The products are so well made, fairly priced, guaranteed. The staff is great. All good!
Store and staff are amazing. Quality products and sizes that fit me as I am long limbed. Lots of staff on hand every time I am in there and they dont make commission so they tend to sell from the heart. Kind of expensive but each piece I buy is thoughtfully designed and they have a free repair program. I feel much better replacing a zipper or adding a patch than tossing my jackets and pants in the landfill. Its also a badge that Im proud to wear. As for the brand, they heavily support the environment and I would rather shell out a few extra bucks and have my collective dollars go towards smart stewardship. Cool company, great products. Try their cords. I dont need a belt and they are amazing fit. I own four pairs. All with repairs... Christian
Upgraded from prior review due to fantastic service! James looked for stuff in the back and found several items we ended up buying. The other guy at the front was also great and found some Costa sunglasses that hadn’t been on display for months. Store could be bigger but staff is great!
I bought a Black Hole bag and a iron-on patch here yesterday. I specifically asked 2 staff in the store whether I could iron the patch on the bag. Both said that that would be no problem and that they have done it themselves. I followed their instructions and have now ruined my brand new bag. The patch didn’t stick and my bag has a few burn marks.
I walked in looking for technical and ski mountaineering clothes, the options for women were pretty bleak. Yes they had some stuff and I got a sweet pack but I just wished they had more options like they do on their website. Otherwise I was super satisfied and the staff member in worn wear was super helpful.
I had such a amazing experience at the Patagonia store I was helped with this amazing sales person Nick he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the merchandise and even more than that he took the time to talk to me and enlighten me on the different aspects of the merchandise he really made my experience at the store great. Thank you so much Nick
I bought a Patagonia jacket from a retail store this last Christmas. After just one week of wearing it, I found a whole on it and I didnt really know what happened to it. I took it to Patagonia store in Seattle, and was thrilled by the level of customer service I received. I got a replacement. No hard questions asked; I didnt even have the receipt with me. I felt I was valued and respected. It was a great positive experience. Im loving my Patagonia jacket too; Im wearing it almost every day.
Went to the Flagship store today and absolutely loved it! Len helped me find everything I needed to transition from Washington to Arizona weather. For my first time coming in I was blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness! Definitely coming back!
Len was so helpful and friendly!! Definitely had the best attitude. Would definitely come back again. Emily was also very helpful and sweet!
I had an older jacket with a broken zipper, took it in, and in a few weeks they e-mailed me it was fixed. No charge! Everyone was super nice. Great experience.
An incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Len was explaining the ironclad guarantee at check out, and I was able to turn in my old hat for a new one! Other retail companies should take a page out of Patagonias customer service book. I wont buy clothes from anywhere else. If youre visiting make sure to ask for Len hell take great care of you.
Great store with an excellent range of clothes. The staff in there are super friendly and helpful, I wish I could afford more of the great stuff in there!
These people are awesome. Needed a repair on a seriously worn puffy and expected a run around with receipts or proof of purchase etc. But they didnt ask a thing, except that it was washed prior to repair and they showed us the right wash and did a quick fix on the big holes. When we got it back it was perfect, and not a new sweater. You couldnt even tell where the fixed it and it was FREE!!! Amazing and makes the initial price point worth every penny, they stand by there products and will keep me a customer.
Great place! Excellent quality coats and outdoor apparel. There is a price to be paid for such great quality gear.
Good store. Great service finding the right raingear for Seattle... My first Patagonia purchase ever. Went with this medium weight technical jacket. I chose this over North Face on the advice of my Seattle-based Amazon colleagues! They call it Patagucci! 😅
Carried a wetsuit with me from Kodiak, AK to this store in Seattle to hopefully get an exchange. If anything I was hoping it would get recycled because the tear in the suit was too severe to be repaired. I young man named Keegan helped me get an exchange and shipped to my home which was a blessing. He was very helpful and fun to talk to. This was the best customer service I’ve ever experience anywhere. This store had a lot of passionate employees who know what the product well.
They always put up with me very graciously when Im only there to use their fitting room for alterations with the seamstress who also does all of their cloth repairs.
The store is laid out well and is easy to navigate. I was able to take advantage of their current, ongoing sale, and purchased a lightweight rain jacket for half price. Still a hundred bucks . But it will last me a lifetime, so I have been told. Staff seemed to be a bit preoccupied, not exactly sure why, but I found everything I needed on this trip. The jacket came in very handy for the next 9 days in Alaska I can attest. Overall, about what I expected going in a factory store.
Love this store. Staff was awesome and even found a messenger bag in the back for my wife. Product is top notch!
Quick easy and friendly staff. I came in here for a sling bag (as i just moved to Seattle and need this!) I loved how friendly the staff was and when i even looked remotely confused (as the store layout is a bit confusing) the first staff member i saw picked up on that and helped me out. Also, they have an incredible return policy.Very nice staff and a well stocked store! A+
I wish every retail business were like Patagonia. From the take back program to socially conscious and sustainable sourcing and clothing that fits and functions really well it’s just a great company. The staff at this store are helpful and kind.
Great gear!
Patagonia is a brilliant company that is out here designing some of the best garments youll find. This store seems to represent the company well. Great selection and very helpful staff. I highly recommend this location!
Honored their policy on some gear I had fail. Very happy about it
Great products. I love the companys values. While shopping here I had a hard time finding staff. They were around, but not wearing anything to identify themselves
Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean. Patagonia always has quality products.
Great clothing. Go there to try on for sizingKnowledgeable sale staff.
I love Patagonia products! Their quality is very good, they look good too, and the most important part is that the company respects the nature and use recycled material when they can.
Such an awesome staff! Very friendly and eager to help, they make online purchases and exchanges a breeze. If you go ask for Austin, Casey or Lin they are the bomb!
Patagonia has a gorgeous store just a few blocks from Pike Place Market in Seattle. They have a huge selection of clothing, some backpacks, work clothes like coveralls, and provisions (you need to try the smoked salmon!). I have a Nano Puff jacket: its an ultra-light jacket thats incredibly warm, and packs down super small. They have a great selection of rain shells, and Ive worn my Patagonia rain shell through the Seattle Winters and never gotten wet.
Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and helped me decide on what product to purchase.
What a great store, well staffed with helpful people. Jen, who recently helped me find the coat I was looking for online, was great. If youre looking at Patagonia items online it is worth heading down to the store to see if theyve got it and to get their input.
Tomas recommended the Simul pant and knew everything about it, quickly too. Always like stopping in here.
Helpful and friendly staff.I had come in with some Ginger Beer from the local Rachels Ginger Beer, and bought a backpack here. The employee at Patagonia nicely offered to bubble wrap the glass bottles to make sure they did not break.
Easy to find. Street parking or a pay lot half a block north. Helpful retail clerks. Patagonia guarantees its clothing. If it fails they will repair it or replace it. Great policy for great quality clothing.
This is by far the biggest Patagonia store I have been too. Staff was very attentive and approachable. The store was amazingly clean and well organized. We were greeted as we walked in and we just went to town on the merchandise. We bought alot and it was expensive but you pay what you get! Loved this store and if you are a Patagonia fan you should definitely check it out. It is not that far from Pike, so you could even just walk there
Good quality clothing, but you can find better prices at REI.
Grateful for the advise I got from somebody of their staff!Helped me to make the right choice for me!
Nice store, but selection seemed limited and everything was full retail price. Wouldve been easier to shop Amazon and avoid the dirty streets of downtown Seattle with the distinct smell of weed and urine. Too bad such a nice city went downhill so fast.
Great store. Good atmosphere and tremendous selection of clothing and accessories..
Good selection of outdoor gear at a reasonable price. People seem to like North Face lately but Patagonia consistently puts out high quality products at a reasonable price and they stand behind their goods with a flexible warranty. Im a fan.
Staff answered all my difficult questions without hesitation. I love that.
Good brand store.
Quality awesome. Customer service equally awesome. Shop the sales!
I’ve always loved Patagonia’s clothing and baggage (in the literal sense), but I recently took a rain jacket there that had lost its water resistance to see if they had any suggestions. The gal asked a few questions, went in the back, and exchanged my 4 year old jacket for a brand new one. Unbelievable service and great people. Ill be a customer for life.
The biggest downside of this location is parking. Near impossible to find street parking, and lots in the area are a minimum of $7 on weekends. Selection in the shop is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. As always though, Patagonia isnt cheap.
Awesome store and brand. They have a lot of cool stuff by another Seattle brand miir and of course a legendary lifetime warranty
Location is great if you are seeking mostly lifestyle type items such as live simply t-shirts, trucker hats, etc. They have some tech gear but not to the extent I was hoping for. As an example, I went in looking for a light weight running hat and was told they do not carry those but could order it. I went to Outdoor Research in SODO and was immediately shown exactly what I was after.
Yaqy good staff and sustainable clothes.
Great quality clothing and recreational equipment, but these prices are astronomical. They take recreation very seriously here and even offer courses on climbing and rope tying among others. The costs are super warm and light weight but ouch. The staff is also good if they think you will buy something but ignore you if just browsing.
Small store but acceptable selection. nice friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great store! My bias shows through as I’m a huge Patagonia fan but this is the best Seattle has to offer. The gear is pricey but worth it in my opinion.
Awesome store, the staff is friendly and very helpful. It is very clean and organized . no sales happening at the time I went but they had a huge selection that I didnt see back home.Awesome store cant go wrong
There’s something to be said about a place whose employees further the image of a righteous company. Whether your outdoor activity is walking trails or mountaineering, I feel like the crew here would celebrate you and, maybe more importantly, share the stoke. I’d give a rating higher than five stars if I could, but just know that Harry and the crew at this Patagonia run on high-octane stoke and give some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long while. #vivalosfunhogs
This store has a great ambiance, an engaging presentation of their many assorted clothing lines, and wheel chair accessibility to the various levels of the tiered sales floor. If you are in the market for a down sweater or water repellant pack, this is definitely a place you must visit. The colors do tend to favor avid outdoor enthusiasts and tend fall into a brighter palette. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, making this a terrific destination for most of your outdoor needs.
Huge store! Large selection and very helpful and friendly staff. All aspects of their catalog is available in multiple prices. I couldnt find an R1 jacket at REI and they had multiple in stock. Definitely would go back!
Great clothing, unfortunately due to an extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff member, I have to give this particular location one star. Every other employee was fantastic and helpful, but one bad experience can severely diminish the brand name and culture. I wont be shopping at this location.
