Most fantastic customer service! Market Street shoes is consistent and caring amazing product and offering amazing customer service not only in person in the store… But also over the phone! Big shout out to Becky an amazing sales person, who took my phone order and made sure I received my shoes Quickly!!! I was pleasantly surprised to see a thank you note of her gratitude towards me as her customer. I will always support market Street shoes and particularly the Redmond location!

Enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who are good at gauging exactly how much help to offer. They carry the best brands known for comfort and quality. I needed new shoes and a backpack but wasn’t expecting to get a backpack there. They carry this very cool backpack brand, cotopaxi, where every bag’s color combo is unique! I came away with exactly what I needed (an awesome backpack and a pair of Teva sneakers, both fit perfectly). I don’t shop often and I was surprised and delighted to get my needs met at one store for a totally reasonable price.My partner also had a good experience buying Blundstones here several years ago.

Really nice selection of comfort focused footwear...Function over form or fashion, but still these are great looking shoes with solid construction that will last for years. This is NOT DSW... But quality counts, expert assistance with prompt attention and a nice selection. Well done!

Shoe shopping often brings me to tears very sore size 11 feet.Theresa provided most joyful & productive shoe shopping trip I have every experienced! There was no pressure to buy, only real information (the great, the good and what could be issues with each shoe) other sales person seemed very informed. i love my new hoka one one is like walking on air. Also purchased dankos for the first time and while they are different, i hoping they can be my inside shoes to help reduce my constant foot pain.The selection is of high quality and hoping to go back for some ankle boots that were so very soft leather... loved the feel of hte leather...Thank you for all you did for me theresa,Susanreviews take me forever to write therefore; i only write about way above or below average service

We came in the other day because they had a great jazz band playing and we enjoyed the music while looking at their shoes and clothes. I entered a contest to win a pair of shoes and they called me later that afternoon and told me that I had won, so we came back a few days later to pick out from the selection that I won and I am very pleased with the customer service and my shoes!

I work in retail myself and even I was blown away by the amazing customer service there! So knowledgeable about their products and provided so much help in looking into what I needed/wanted, they all really take the time to help you and provide very useful and personable service. They were able to answer all my questions and I learned so much about the shoes I was interested in (even more than what I had researched online! Ex: Pros and cons of Birkenstocks, Chacos vs Tevas and the differences between styles within each brand plus their honest experience with them, the reasoning behind the use of each shoe based on its material, etc.). No pressure to buy anything in store either, they were genuinely interested in the happiness of the customer and provided lots of guidance to reach my goal purchase :) Special shout out to Hazel working there she was absolutely the best!!Will definitely return!Summary: Come here before any other shoe stores if youre looking for high quality shoes and want to KNOW that youre making the best purchase!
