These guys are the truth. I purchased two pairs of jeans from them and they were extremely patient with my numerous questions about selvedge and raw denim. Free hemming had me in my jeans within 10 minutes. Super friendly and great customer service!

This shop is amazing of youre looking for that perfect pair of denim. Throw those Old Navy ones in the garbage where they belong and stop by! The staff is always very helpful and will help you find a good fit, even if youre not a raw denim expert. They have tons of good-looking stuff and will HEM YOUR JEANS ON-SITE! This is a huge deal, especially if you dont fit squarely into commoly defined sizes.

I ordered the wrong size and needed an exchange, they responded right away and sent me my new pair before theyd received the other pair back. Amazing customer service!

Love this place. I like that the guys here aren’t snooty hipsters that you find in most high end places. They take their time. I really dont know what I would do without Blue Owl. I feel incredibly lucky to have this resource so close to where I live. Every time I go in there I discover something new about denim. The guys there are super helpful and have been honest with what items they think will work well for me. And so far they have been 100% right. I do recommend doing a little homework before you buy a new pair of jeans. They can tell you what they think is best but you need to know how each brand differs in fit and care.Blue Owl is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable staff, and an always changing inventory. I will be buying my denim and shirts here as long as I live in Seattle.

This is definitely a destination spot so I wont speak too much about the location.The shop itself is situated in a secluded area surrounded by small industrial businesses. Once you enter the shop, youll be greeted by the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Blue Owl carry a vast selection of mens clothing so you can spend hours here looking through and trying on the different selection.

I purchased a pair of Naked & Famous Weird Guys from them. They did not fit quite right. They sent me the a pair that ultimately did fit as soon as I got them a tracking number for the return. I ordered on Monday. Got the first pair on Wednesday and I had the pair that ended up fitting by Friday. I live across the country in Florida. I will definitely do business with these guys again!

Ordered online and did not realize they do not accept returns. Stuck with an ill-fitting expensive pair of jeans. Would have exchanged but they sold out of all sizes by the time I received the first pair. You can’t order multiple sizes to try on because of their no refund policy. I found the correct jeans at a local shop but now cannot purchase them without being out the $$ I spent at this shop.Very unhelpful over email and just stopped replying to me altogether.Do not order from this place unless you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you’re ordering the exact right things.No refunds? C’mon that’s completely ridiculous, at least make it very very obvious to your customers before they make a purchase.

Jay and the whole team at BOW are next level. They are extremely knowledgeable about the items in store and give you a personalized shopping experience every visit. You can tell they all love it there. Whether theyre helping me pick out my 10th pair of jeans with them or patiently walking my girlfriend through her first pair, they handle it all with dedication.

First, they have, with out question, the best selection of denim in Seattle. I suspect they have one of the best selections in the country. Second, the customer service is impeccable. I worked with the owner, Jay and an employee of his. Both of these guys knew their products literally down to where the rivets and thread were sourced. A store with knowledgable customer service staff is extremely difficult to find these days and Blue Owl makes a heroic effort to provide it.A quick story. I purchased a pair of jeans, they didnt end up fitting properly and a seam failed. I brought them back, and without hesitation Jay offered to replace them with a new pair in whatever size I wanted, free of charge. I couldnt he happier with Blue Owl –– Ive found my new denim retailer. Dont hesitate to give these guys a try.

Like many other reviewers, I have never once stepped foot in Blue Owl, but they are my go-to for denim purchases and hemming. If I purchase denim from another vendor, it is only because it is a company Blue Owl does not carry (Shockoe Atlier, Iron Heart). That being said, in my humble opinion, Blue Owl has the best selection of denim in the U.S., if not the world. The prices are reasonable, the staff has always been more than helpful with any of my inquiries, and anything Ive ordered or had hemmed has always been delivered quickly and without hassle. Overall, if you are looking for a new pair of jeans, just entering the world of raw denim, or looking for quality products, Blue Owl is one of the best options out there.

Despite living on the other side of the country, this is where I get my denim from. The customer service is insanely good, they offer free chain stitch hemming (which seems to happen instantly instead of the 2-4 days it says on their site).Shipping is fast, product range is great (Rogue Territory for the win), I just couldnt be happier.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Blue Owl, not knowing that the company does not offer refunds on returns, only store credit. (They dont exactly advertise that on their site.) Also, they refuse to pay for shipping on returns or exchanges. After another round of trying to find a pair of pants that fit me, I finally was able to get a refund after sending a couple hotheaded emails. Would not recommend buying from here.

I dont usually write review but Blue Owl shop deserves my 5 stars. Probably one of the best shops ever existed. If you are into premium denim and vintage workwear then this place is a must visit. Stopped in at 5pm needing a new pair of jeans for an event that evening. The guys at Blue Owl, after asking a few questions, got me in an awesome pair of denim, measured and hemmed them on the spot and had me out the door in 30 minutes. Absolutely top notch.

Got some good feedback on sizing and fit, and they even hemmed the pants to fit my liking for free. The selection of denim is great, I would definitely recommend visiting.

Two super cool guys running a store with the nicest clothes Ive ever laid my hands on. Have about every fit and color of denim you could ask for and various imported shirts, sweaters and jackets from companies that are extremely hard to come by, even online.
