My friend witnessed a homeless man be thrown out for no reason! It was truly heartbreaking to watch the abuse our homeless receive from this store. The man had just walked in and was yelled at to leave because he asked for a plastic bag for his food.Let’s close this store down!!!!!! Our community needs people to help them not mistreat them!Pls Dnt shop here! They do not deserve our business!!!!When my friend confronted the Asian lady to tell her how heartless she was towards that homeless man…. She begin to yell stating she did not care what she thought. NOT OK!Let’s shut this business down!!!! There’s no place for hate in my city!

The guy in there was very nice the pricers were low and I wasnt expecting to have such a great experience. It really affected my whole day positively.

This is a well stocked merchant with friendly staff and a large selection. The prices are probably the best Ive found so far in Seattle. Some smoke shops can be a little shady, but this store stands behind their products, should you have a problem with your purchase. I own a small housekeeping service and customer satisfaction/customer service is something I focus in on right away.

Good selection, a bit pricey as you can expect a retail location to be. The staff is nice. The neighborhood area can be a bit seedy, so watch yourself.

Was great to me. I was just looking for some papers while in the great city of Seattle. They didnt have the exact ones I wanted, but i found some that did the job.

On July 11, 2019, I called in to inquire about buying a box of Ashton cigars for my husband while we we’re visiting Seattle. The person that answered couldn’t tell me if they carried or had in Ashton cigars in stock. He told me that “I think we have them, but you’ll have to come in and check.” Really!!Then my husband called and he told him the same thing. When my husband ask him to check, the international cigar employee promptly hung up.Indifferent, rude employee lost a sale of a box of cigars and pipe tobacco. An approximately $300+ sale.We then call Market Tobacco and they were extremely helpful. Guess where our money is going!!!

I have been coming here for 4 years. They have a Asian lady that works there that has a extremely thick accent and I have always had a hard time understanding her. So this Asian lady has always cop an attitude with me because I cant understand her I walk in today to cash my lottery tickets in. The Asian lady is telling me I have to scratch the bar code. Mind you I have no idea what she is saying with her thick accent. She starts yelling at me and says I remember you. It took me a minute to realize what she was saying. At this point I called the manager out. Who I have talk to many times we had nice conversations everyday chat. So he comes out and says I seen whst happen. So I an figuring great this will be resolved he will discipline her for her rude customer service skills. She be plain mean and rude because I cant understand your English. Instead the manager defends her. Makes up a story that I had issues with 4 people. I have an issue with this lady who speaks horrible English and gets mad at me. Hey manager hiring people that speak good English! !! The other guy was always lazy if I hada question. The other 2 people your a liar. Just like I told you to your face today. Yiu handle this wrong. You lied to protect your worker. I really thought you was an alright guy. One thing I cant stand is a liar. You defended you worker who yell and got mad at me and wouldnt cash my lottery tickets because I cant understand stand her English. As a business owner shame on you. As moral and legal rights same. I wish you nothing but the worst, as a matter of fact, it will be just a matter of time before you get bought out. If there was a half a star You would get it. Loser!!

All they doing is selling phones from Walmart and Target theyre trying to make $90 on a $20 phone. They dont know what the there doing. I dont know why Somalians are always trying to get over on everybody. How you get rich selling blunt wraps & sodas to drug addicts. These people are just part of the problem as far as the drugs drug addicts and drug dealers. So where are the Seattle police shouldnt they be on 3rd Street. Whos running this city? Next time Ill film it and YouTube it the title will say (Seattle where you can shoot up and smoke crack the Somalians are cool with it)
