Such a cute little place and wonderful customer service!! All the items are very high quality and we were able to sample as many as we wanted. Walking into this chocolate shop on a whim ended up being the highlight of our trip! Not only are the chocolates DELICIOUS, but Alex the owner was an absolute joy. He let us sample everything and gave in-depth explanations of each unique creation, and he took time to give us some awesome recommendations in the area (we were first-time visitors to Seattle). Every last touch of this place is special, from the royal themed decor to the beautiful packaging and, last but not least, the ownership. Do not miss this if you are in the area!!

I agree with other reviewers that is one best chocolate shop in America.The chocolate are not only made with real stuff but that doesn’t compromise the taste.There is a creamy feeling in the chocolate and the amount of sweetness just feels right.The other good thing is that the store allows you try different types of chocolate before you choose to buy them.Highly recommended if you are in the area.

This shop is awesome. First off, Free Chocolate samples!!! We got to try the fillings for any truffle we wanted! Secondly the chocolate as super tasty and unique. Some of the flavors I’ve never had anything like that before. Thirdly you can clearly tell they are made with top ingredients because you feel great after eating them. If your in Seattle you have to come check out this chocolate shop you will be glad you did!!

We were recommended by a friend that this was a must try. We love to try new things but Im not a chocolate person. Well let me tell you every sample I had was DEVINE! If you would like to treat your taste buds you definitely have to try this place! Our experience here was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is definitely a 10 star!

Hands down the best chocolate in Seattle. The in-store experience is wonderful, as you get to sample the chocolate before purchasing. The chocolate is always smooth, creamy, and the flavors are unique and constantly evolving. The owner is super cool and very knowledgeable about his craft.Also one of the best places to go for a gift that can fit any chocolate lover’s taste, and the chocolates come beautifully packaged. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is so unique, if you’re looking for authentic chocolates and an experience than this is the place for you. I ordered chocolate mocha and it was so yummy, they use fresh melted chocolate in their mocha not caramel. All the chocolates are so fresh and tasty. I tried their most famous chocolate, rose chocolate. It was made with rose petals and chocolate ( no sugar added) aroma of this chocolate is so pleasing and taste was so good. I would definitely recommend this place to all chocolate lovers.

Literally the BEST chocolate Ive ever had in my life!!! Alex was incredibly informative explaining each piece of chocolate I was eating and had a vast array of unique chocolates you wont be able to find anywhere else. I was blown away by how many free samples I was offered and to end an amazing day at Seleuss, Alex then offered my boyfriend and I to try on some fancy tiaras and crowns for fun! Eating Seleuss Chocolates will definitely make you feel like royalty. You HAVE to try Hypnosis In Seattle Chocolate, it will blow your taste buds away!! Definitely recommend Seleuss for anyone visiting or living in Seattle! Right next to The Nest and super easy to find!

Im a fan of coffee and chocolates and have been to all the best I could find in Seattle. This one is my new favorite. A classy shop run by friendly and helpful folks. If you are looking for some of the finest to be found, this is the place. Their coffee-flavored ones are unbelievable fantastic!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I came back to leave 5 stars lol. I was blown away by the truffles, and the guy working was super awesome. Definitely going back to try the coffee.

I dont think theyre amazing as Royce Chocolate or Theos, but they have the image going for them. Price is ok, but they arent able to customize orders. Supposedly the owner would rather force customers to buy certain packs, versus making your own box or buying one at a time.

I absolutely love chocolate so when I walked past this place, I had to stop in. First off, this is not your average chocolate shop so if you are looking for things filled with caramel or marshmallows, then keep moving. Their motto is we make chocolate, not candy is very fitting. Their selection of truffles and chocolate bars was beyond unique. I sampled a few and the ones that I did were sweetened with Brazilian honey which was amazing! I bought a box of the honey flavored truffles and they were all just incredible. I also bought a cup of hot chocolate and not hot cocoa. Their hot chocolate consists of either a half or whole melted chocolate bar and whole milk. It was incredibly rich but if you like chocolate the way I do, then this was worth it. The gentleman behind the counter, whom I believe was the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about chocolate. We even chatted about photography which was great. It is simply quite difficult to find service like this but when you do it makes you want to return to that business again and again.

We found this place tonight while in DT. Best mocha ever, and i’ve try mochas all over the world. Most importantly, the owner was nice, friendly, and welcoming. He really turned our night around in a positive way. Can’t wait for the website to be up to order some chocolates for the holidays. A must go place while in the area, you won’t be disappointed!

My son brought me a Porter dark chocolate truffle from here and I am hooked! Quality chocolate, beautifully made. I’ve visited the elegant shop a couple of times despite not living close. There are always new flavors to sample. Chocolate lovers must try Seleuss.

Best place to buy chocolate, the shop attendant is very knowledgeable on chocolate. The chocolate most of it is Handmade by the owner of the shop. Well worth the price samples were delicious. And plentiful. They are closed on Monday. So make sure you go on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday. It was only a short walk from the train station. And Pikes Place Market. With three chocolate loving girls. I know that I will be back there. Soon

My autistic son was recording for his 2 followers and came across this shop. they were closed but the nice lady with red hair allowed him to come in and purchase a hot chocolate. 5 stars

Had the pleasure of stopping in with my husband on the first day of our honeymoon. Alex was working and we thought that walking in 5 minutes before close, we’d just rush in and get a couple chocolates, but he took the time to give us samples of anything we wanted, and after learning we were on our honeymoon he told us about all the best spots in town to eat and hang out! It was such an unexpected pleasant experience, and it made our night a bit more special! And of course, the chocolate is incredible!

Passed the shop past closing hours on a Friday evening and got drawn in for some window shopping. The owner noticed us and insisted we come in for a chocolate tasting. Had a great chat with him about the shop. Clearly very passionate about what he does and it shows in the quality of the truffles. The lavender truffles were divine.

Alex is the man! This Memorial Day weekend it was packed, and he was able to take orders, answer questions, and provide samples all with superior customer service. His genuine personality and willing to go the extra mile for the customer is what made the Seleuss chocolate experience so enjoyable. I am a big fan of this shop’s chocolate and appreciate the use of high quality ingredients and minimal additive sugar. We visited Seleuss yesterday, and loved both the incredible chocolates and the warm welcome. Theres some serious chocolate expertise behind this shop - you wont find any cheap chocolate nonsense here!I thoroughly recommend the hot chocolate for a Seattle rainy day (or any day), and were still working our way though the orange honey blossom chocolates.Well be back to try out other flavours, and itll be a definite stop for any family coming to visit Seattle.

Incredible! Truffles are to die for! The service is impeccable! Alex is extremely knowledgeable about the products and provides a lot of background context about the truffles (which I like) he is also very personable, and very attentive. He letlus sample everything . Such a cute place to enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate (which is worth every penny!). Not a place for children and no public restrooms.

Came here to place cause I love chocolate and this probably the best store Ive been too so far. I bought a ganache box of maple bourban and egg nog. Then I was sold on getting a hot chocolate which is made of half melted chocolate and half steamed milk. No powder, no syrup, just chocolate and milk. The most amazing hot chocolate Ive had so far. Before it was blue bottle. Thank you Alex for all of the knowledge and assistance. Ill be back.
