I was there yesterday and what a great manager there. She helped me and I was in and out in 10 minutes. There was an irate customer in there and she along with the other employee handled the situation well. Thank you Kayla (I think is her name)

Went to Northgate Cricket phone store. Looked like the both associates were busy doing something but one of them a lady stopped, got up from a display she was working on and immediately greeted me and asked how she could help me.I told her I am not really good at technical stuff but that I needed to update my information and change my email on my account because I no longer use that email.While discussing this with her and as she assisted me there were things I noticed about her. She kept eye contact with me, waited until I was finished speaking, and was patient with me.Turns out part of my phone issue had nothing to do with the service but the phone I had, she made some helpful suggestions on how to fix the issue. We also discussed the bill I had and that the debt card it was under was lost and I was waiting for a replacement, she gave me some information on how I can get that resolved until my card comes in and also showed me ways that I could save money in the future. I was even helped further by using a iPad there to apply for a different plan.I was very impressed by her, that she made me feel at ease and didnt try to push or sell me anything.  She was kind and helpful, Id definitely return to that Cricket store in the future because of her. They dont wear name badges there otherwise Id mention her by name.

This store has some of the best customer service staff ive experienced in a long time....and Im talking across all service and non-service related industries. Jeremy was the agent who first acclimated me to cricket with a small plan purchase that we attached to a device i brought in with me. it was a small sale yet the attention he gave me was focused and helpful. He is inquisitive and authentic in all his communications and I never feel like Im being steered towards a purchase.Nicholas as well has been super helpful and he is always ready to jump into the trenches and help the team with my issues. He listens and if he isnt helping a customer and another agent is, hell swoop right in there lending his own expertise to the other agent instead of trying to play angry birds or catch up on some you tube like ive experienced in the past.Both of them today spent a good deal of time helping me through my recent tech-challenged difficulty. Jeremy didnt stop at the concern i entered with, he went above noticing some things that were out of alignment with my account and Nicholas jumped right in beside him tackling my problem.Kayla (spelling?) the manager has navigated some very difficult customer interactions with poise and grace and this is under circumstances others would crumble under. Ive presented some very difficult challenges for this store, and become somewhat heated on multiple occasions due to the nature of my technological limitations, and ive never felt like my needs were not being approached with anything less then extreme competence and a professionalism that shined.cricket rocks and so does ATT, but I cant imagine this experience with any other store and would strongly encourage all others to give this store your business. Good plans for cheap. Ive been with them for years and my plans price hasnt ever gone up, and theyve increased my data and everything else. Usually theyre not too busy and youre in and out quickly. Last week I purchased a new phone here and was out the door in 20 minutes. The only gripe I have is the charges they have for getting a new phone if youre an existing customer vs. new customers. I think they should give existing customers cheaper phones due to loyalty.

Shout-out to Eric Peddy, the sales rep at Cricket Wireless in Northgate. He pays careful attention to what we need, handles it quickly and competently, is very knowledgeable, and gives us good advice. We needed his help for some complex issues 2 or 3 times over a two-day span, and he was pleasant and patient every time. It is a pleasure doing business with him!

You know I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on cell phones and service and data I still dont understand why all this even came about knowing how the market is between other cell phone carriers I used to think that cell phones were really cheap but theyre not but for the most part cricket is good. I usually drop two to $300 every other month so they could be nice to give away a speaker or a cell phone case award headphones when you drop that amount of money but I dont know maybe star promotions or not right

Ive always had a good experience here. Staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to setting up a new phone or porting over info from an old phone. They also understand the phones they carry and dont push customers toward the more expensive phones.

Usually Cricket stores are not the most friendly places. However, here is an exception. Guys are nice and they helped me for free with film, Internet and other issues with my new phone. Thanks a lot for this. And of course as usual Cricket is the cheapest.

I havent been there yet but Alice Nicole if you could sum up your experience in a few less annoying words it might be a useful review! But from the sounds of it you wouldnt take constructive criticism very well unless maybe it was wrapped up in a nice sweet 30$ deal for you! Just my very opinionated opinion!

The wireless unlimited plan is a scam!, $60 sounds good until a week later when they charge a data fee if you want data after the allotted 8 gigabytes There is NO UNLIMITED DATA. $10 a day comes to $60 The text messages from cricket told me Im out of data after a weekEven though I paid cricketing full and have a $25 dollar credit as well as the 2 $10 fees until I realized what was happening dollars a day for internet after the allotted data then expect-fees upward towards $200 a month. Cricket will not refund or prorateIm back with Verizon. They have a pre paid unlimited 10! Gigabyte. For $60Might as well have the best.Also frontiers has a &50 a moth flooring

Brought my cell phone here over a month ago. It was extremely difficult for them to switch my existing number from metro pcs over to them. I was theee for hoursssss. But the service is definitely better than metro super fast 4g just get a new number to save you time

Store manager is hostile and grossly incompetent--stay away!The store manager knows how to turn on a cell phone, but thats about the extent of her knowledge. My sign up experience was hellacious. She misrepresented (or lied about) plan limitations and wasnt even familiar with basic information that is on the Cricket website. She screwed up my initial sign up and would not follow through with fixing it until I made multiple in-person visits.If youre going to use Cricket, sign up online and save yourself the headaches and additional fees this location imposes. If you need phone or plan info, youd get better info asking at the Burger King drive-through*.*The one employee I encountered at the store had excellent customer service skills and was much better informed than the manager. Unfortunately, he no longer works there.

The Shoreline Store 145th/15th sucked. They didnt know anything. They had to call other stores for help. On top of that they couldnt figure out how to refunds a phone There plans are great but the employees are not trained right.
