Awesome experience. Awesome customer service.I purchased a new home and was hoping to get carpet installed before the move in date. I had about a 1.5 week timeframe from the day I visited. Brian (I think I remember his name correctly??) helped me and was superb. While, my timeframe was a little nutty fast, he looked into what could happen. Then, I went through several different carpet choices and he gave me some background and opinions considering my carpet location.Brian helped make it all happen. They were able to have install coordinated within my timeline, and the installer was very nice, fast, and did a good job. Im really happy with the carpet! Im so glad I decided to go to Carpet Liquidators after visiting several other carpet showrooms. Ill be back for my next carpet project soon!
Had an amazing experience! Sam, the salesman who helped us was extremely helpful as we asked questions over the phone and when choosing our carpet and pad at the store. The installation couldn’t have been smoother. 2 weeks after selecting the carpet we had it installed. The guys showed up on time and were done in less than 3 hours! Would definitely recommend!
Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure to get me the carpet I wanted at a great price and walked me through all the steps until the job was completed. Great customer service!
We recently hired Andre Rodriguezs team to replace carpets in 4 bedrooms and a stairway. From start to finish, they did a top notch job for a reasonable price. They completely cleaned up after the job. You could hardly tell they had been there except for the lovely new carpet. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrews team and will definitely use them again.
They may have a large selection of carpet and friendly staff in the store but whoever they hire a contract out install the carpet are absolutely careless. They came over to install carpet at my home and literally nicked every wall they possibly could on the way to the floor in the bedrooms to install the carpet. I just got my home repainted and the paint was dry but still curing in every corner around the doorway around the stairs and trimming in the closet in the bedrooms were affected. Paint with chipped trimmings were scratched overall I had to get my painter to do touch up all over again around the house it was very frustrating for everyone. On top of that they had a child tagging along to help probably no older than six or eight years of age that was running his hands along the walls. I was cringing because that was new paint which was still curing. On top of that, four days later when I go to the back of the house where they pulled into pull out the carpet in their truck, I find there is loose carpet littered EVERYWHERE in the courtyard. I have a loose carpet in my neighbors yard I have this carpet blown every which direction after four days since their installation. Overall the workers had a very careless attitude I just wanted to get the job done and be out of there with no regards to the environment to my neighbors to my property or the home they’re installing in.I understand that there will be some damage because corporate is labor-intensive. I understand there will be some mess because installing carpet can be messy, but the degree and scale of damage to the walls and trimming is something I was not expecting.I would highly caution anyone getting the carpet installed by the carpet liquidators. You’re better off buying the carpet from here and installing it by someone else is a little bit more professional, cautious and aware.
I should have started with Carpet Liquidators - we began the process of finding new carpet with a big box store who promised a 5 day install and lowest price. Instead, after I paid $50 non-refundable for a measure that they rescheduled twice, they then would not share the details of the quote or pricing and explained the 5 day install would be scheduled 5-7 days after I paid in full, and that could actually be up to a 6 week install. Thankfully Carpet Liquidators was able to REALLY help us, with a quick measure, full transparency on the details of the quote, options to help us reduce the cost, and a less than 5 day install. The new carpet looks GREAT and the installers were efficient and clean. Thank you Carpet Liquidators for saving us!!
Todd was wonderful to work with - he helped us pick out the perfect carpet at a great price when our basement flooded. He came to our rescue two years ago as well when we needed to find laminate flooring. He gives excellent customer service and is incredibly accommodating.
Do not get carpet from here. They hire inexperienced carpet installers and the end result is awful.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Browsed their available stock in store and they brought one in from another location in the specific colorway we wanted. We ended up getting a lovely wool berber carpet installed within less than a week of choosing what we wanted. Best prices we found, significantly less than Home Depot, and no one calling to harass you every week. Installers were fast and courteous, and Im confident if we had an issue come up, it would be handled.
Nice selection and friendly staff. I do recommend this place
Our carpet looks fantastic! The guys who installed it were very friendly and masked up given COVID-19. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the salesman we worked with did not schedule the installation date we agreed upon, so our plans had to be rearranged for a later date. This resulted in lost income for us.
Todd was very nice and patient. They have leopard print!!
Overall, the flooring is less expensive and the work was done quickly. We were told it would be a 2-3 week turn around between ordering and installation because the stairs were going to be a single piece that had to be molded. We waited 4 weeks at least but didnt mind since we thought it was the stair molds taking the longest. That is definitely not what was installed. The salesman told us one thing and the installation team (who were amazing by the way) installed something completely different. I dont know if there was a mix up somewhere, but we definitely did not receive the product we were sold. I am pleased with the floors but the stairs are a complete disappointment. We will be paying them a visit tomorrow in hopes of figuring out what went wrong. We were a shown a solid laminate stair covering with a square nose. We now have a round stair nose with a 3-4 inch overlap that not only looks unsightly but feels weird to walk on.
Sam was extremely helpful guiding me to select my carpet and pad from their numerous choices in stock, efficiency scheduling my measure, and coordinating my install all within a weeks time. The carpet is a good quality and the install was done without any trace of the seems and with smooth transition to the hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend and use them again!!!
I have worked with Andrew Rodriguez in the Seattle 4th Ave location. He was great to work with and very responsive when we were going through the order process and he saw the project through the end. I reached out to him this week to request an old copy of receipts from two years ago and he sent me the record I needed as promised. Will definitely work with him again.
Awesome experience here. Sam was a great sales person who answered questions, provided samples and quotes. never felt that salesperson pressure.Santos was our installer and did a stellar job. Hard worker, courteous and professional. left no trace!plus, the price was very reasonable.
We spent about 20 minutes in the store with no other customers in it before we finally had to go ask for help. The sales person was friendly but seemed too busy to care about us being there. The installers were great and we love our fully carpeted basement.
Very Kind and helpful staff. We got all the help we wanted and we are thankful.
Great experience with this company ! From the very start Andrew and crew did a great job at a reasonable price! The Estimator and the installers were on time and were done their jobs well!Highly recommend!
We had to replace our basement flooring and Andrew found us an excellent replacement at a competitive price. We are happy with the product and the installation too!
Super helpful, got everything handled and all set for installer to come out.
Michael was very helpful and professional. I was very satisfied with the service.
Ive been looking for carpet for my home, and Andrew made it so much easier than it was at other stores. He really knew his products, and helped me select one that worked out great! Their prices were great, and they have everything in stock so they got it done quick. Great installers, loved the whole experience!
Overall good place to work with, fast, friendly, good follow up.
Ive bought different flooring pieces from Todd Martin for the last several years. Todd is awesome! Always honest, full of suggestions and he has great carpet installer referrals. I recently recommended him to a friend who owns rentals and she was also very satisfied. If you need something....go see Todd!
Good prices:)
Todd Martin helped us and he was knowledgeable, efficient and and very responsive with questions via e-mail. We like the quality of the fabric. The installers did a good job with the rug but were rough on our furniture leaving some significant scratches.
I worked with Andrew, he got a quick quote together and an installation within a couple of days. This helped me to rent the property quicker than I expected. Thanks for your quick actions. Great Price.
Todd Martin helped find the right flooring, provided me with information about options, and gave excellent service. I was contacted quickly to arrange installation. The installers arrived within the time window and called to let me know when they were on the way. Installation was well done, cleanup was great.
I wish I had nothing but good things to say, but unfortunately I did not have a good customer service experience. I went here twice to buy a small amount of carpet for a stairway. Sadly, I received little assistance in the store and when I called and left a voice mail and then followed up with an email to place my order I never received a response. It seems that perhaps because of the small amount I wasnt a priority, but it is a shame because I would have liked to come back here for bigger future projects, but will be forced to give my business and future recommendations to another business.
Best products at Amazing prices. Amazing service too. Ask for Mike
I had a great experience working with Todd Martin at Carpet Liquidators 4th ave location. He was professional, helped me pick carpet within my budget and steered me toward the right product for my needs. He was honest, and very helpful from beginning to end. Would absolutely go back and work with him whenever I need flooring.
I have worked with Todd on jobs big and small both personally and for clients. He has been fantastic! Great selection of products, very knowledgeable, fantastic communication throughout the process. I highly recommend him and Carpet Liquidators.
Service was great from the moment we walked in the door. We got all our questions answered and were assisted in choosing just the right carpet. Installation was very quick and professional. My wife and I had the carpet installed in the basement and down the stairs. We were very happy with the price and the installation is top-notch! They even checked in with us after the installation to ensure we were happy with how everything went. We HIGHLY recommend Carpet Liquidators.
Andrew at Carpet Liquidators guided us through our options and made the whole process easy. The measurer came a couple of days later and the installer was able to come a few days after that. It was all sooner than expected. The installer - Flavio(?) was great! He did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly. Overall I would highly recommend this Carpet Liquidators.
Buying was easy. Sales staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of remnants.
We had a great experience working with Andrew. He consistently called us to make sure our order and contact information was correct and everything was right on time for installation as promised!Thank you, Andrew, and keep up the great work!
They have a decent selection of carpet. I really like to go there to check out remnants.
We worked with Andrew to carpet our new home in South Seattle. We were able to work within our budget to get beautiful new carpet installed within a week of our purchase! Home Depots customer service was lacking and their (free) install was 6 weeks out. We made the right decision to go with Carpet Liquidators.
I had a great experience with Carpet Liquidators! I needed to replace the carpet in some rooms and stairs and put in LVP flooring in some other rooms. Having John come out to the house and talk me through the process was so much more convenient than going to a store. The installers did a lot of work and they worked with me when we ran into problems as we almost always seem to do in our old house. Their pricing came in quite a bit lower than Home Depot. I am very happy with the outcome!
Doesnt really get any easier than this. Went in, picked out a carpet, paid, had them install. Process was easy and Andrew (sales manager) was a pleasure to work with. My only suggestion is that you do your research prior to coming in to see what kind of carpet style you are looking for. Its kind of hard to navigate the warehouses inventor. They essentially just have huge roles of carpet with tiny samples for you to look at. Its not as organize and merchandised like those big box stores, but for the price, its worth it.Thanks team at Carpet liquidators!
If you need inexpensive flooring of any kind, this is where to go. They can be slow on customer service because its so large, so dont be shy about asking for help. Once you do, they really are great sales people!
Best price ever!!
New carpet is better than 15 year old recently cleaned and stretched carpet
Todd was really helpful and made the process so simple. Very happy with our new carpet.
No frills, local employees and good selection Ask Todd for a joke.
From Shane to Kikos crew-just outstanding. Fast, efficient, and precise. Very happy with the outcome! Thanks!!
Great shop! Reminds me of Roys
Todd provided professional expertise and reasonable pricing for the materials we needed.
Great deals on awesome carpet.
They got us in and out and the carpet was cheap. Love this place because I hate shopping in person.
Just came in to get a few feet of carpet for a project, the staff was super helpful and got me a great deal! Would certainly go back if I had a bigger project.
Nice to shop good customer service orientation
Found great flooring prices for my rental home
Went in to buy carpet and installation for a stairway. 13 stairs. When, I had been watching install videos on youtube, it takes about 3 minutes per stair for guys to install carpet. When, I pointed this out and said that their price came to $18.50 per stair, he just shrugged. This would be approximately $384 per hour. That was more than I paid my divorce lawyer. So, I took that as they didnt want to do the installation. Realize this whole time Im trying to engage with the salesperson. And getting nothing back at all. Its like it is a big bother for him to talk to me and answer questions. He points at the wall and says look at anything leaning against the wall. There is not another customer in the place. But, that is the last I saw of him until I dragged a roll of carpet to the desk. Then, he adds on the amount of carpet pad I will need for the stairs for $51. I haul the carpet to the car he had dropped the roll of carpet pad on the loading deck. Im thinking good grief, thats a lot of carpet pad, but hes the expert right? So, away I go, I do the install. I use 1/10th of the carpet pad he had sold me. So, I call them and ask if I can GIVE them the largely unused roll of pad back so it doesnt go into landfill. Im talking to some different guy on the phone and he says he wants to call back after he finds my invoice. Im in the shower and the phone rings and the guy who sold me the carpet leaves a message. Somehow, it got communicated that I had not used the carpet pad roll and wanted to return it. And he was leaving a message explaining how they really didnt want to return my money for the carpet pad blah blah. So, even if I hadnt used the pad, they still would not even have taken it as a return! I call him and explain, I didnt want money back, I was trying to keep it out of landfill. I probably should have asked why he sold me 10 times what I needed. But, Im too nice. Well, that changed everything! Oh, in that case bring it back drop it off. This whole thing was a bizarre experience.
The day before installation they came back and nearly doubled the amount of carpet they claimed they needed for the job. Which was surprising for two reasons: first they made their initial estimate based on scale architecture drawings and second the amount of carpet they sold me was double what I took out (I laid the old carpet out to measure it). Based on their well rehearsed doubletalk explanations, I suspect this how the make up for what seem like low prices in the showroom. Find a company that will be straight with you.
Great place, great people, great flooring!
Unbelievably bad experience with the company CL subcontracted the installation work to. CL had drastically underestimated the amount of carpet we needed, so when the installers, Marschall Installation, showed up at my house (already was taking a day off of work to get this done), they said there wasnt enough carpet and I could either take more time off work or get charged an extra $100 fee because they would have to come back.Fine, I thought, and even though I was annoyed I drove back to CL and picked up another $200 of carpet. Marschall installed the carpet and we paid them about $279 for it.Now, a month later, Ive received a letter from Marschall Installation threatening a lien on my house if I dont pay the $279 installation fee, which I had already paid, of course. Luckily, we live in the era of online banking, which means I could access a photocopy of the check, endorsed and deposited by Marschall Installations, in about 30 seconds. Its frustrating, to say the least, to receive a letter threatening your house and home when a phone call (or polite letter) could have revealed their own error.Honestly, Im not sure where Carpet Liquidators ends and where Marschall Installations begins or whether theyre essentially the same company, but unless Carpet Liquidators doesnt do business with such bullying amateurs, I wouldnt go there for my flooring needs again.
Good Good service
Reasonable prices
Ok selection
