Highly recommend. I wanted a floating head unit for my daily driver and I got great options with a very good price. They were low key and friendly and just advised on what higher end models could do. The guys actually listened to what I wanted (opposite experience across the street) and made the transaction simple and honest.I installed myself but their quote was also very good.

First time visiting, and being new to car audio, everyone was super friendly. I was in awe over all of the audio equipment. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need, actually, quite the opposite, helping make sure I dont buy overkill and unnecessary equipment. They very professionally told me that installing a new radio on a hybrid was harder and the installer “shouldn’t have to deal with that.” I’m a little put out, I was hoping to get the best upgrade I could for my wife’s car in the process and I’m surprised that they didn’t want to even give me a quote.

Lots of mismanagement. Wanted to get a stereo installed in my Nissan Altima. The first time I came in for my scheduled appointment (after paying for the stereo), they told me they do not have the parts (whole day planned for this gone). They said they would call me when they have the parts. Weeks go by, no call from them. I call and ask about the part, they say they have it! Well, were not you supposed to call me? Anyways, I scheduled an appointment for the next week and came in at the scheduled time. Then they tell me that I dont have an appointment but lets see if they can squeeze me in!! Finally when everything is done, I found out that they did not connect my steering wheel controls to the stereo even after telling to do so thrice. Its hard to beat their prices but the place can seriously use some management.

I got a Rockford fosgate installed on my car. Very pleased with the results. The bass is 3-4x my expectations. I wanted to give a 5 star for the quality of work performed by the shop and the overall friendliness of the staff. The only reason I am giving a 3 star is that when I went for a quote I was quoted $175 for the labor charges vs when they actually installed it, they charged me $325 for the labor. The reasoning given behind this was that the hourly rate for labor is around $100 and it took ~3 hours to install hence the $325 labor cost. However, I was waiting at the shop for the whole day and I saw the installation happen end to end in front of me and it did not take more than 1.5 hour. I mentioned this to the cashier but he was not ready to adjust the cost. I just felt overcharged for the labor cost. I have an audi A4 so I guess they just overcharge if you got a nicer carReplying to Dutton: Hey Dutton. Since you said in your comment below that the flat rate is $225 for the install then why was I charged $325?Dutton was super responsive and resolved my concern super quick. Went here yesterday to get a new radio installed they had it done in less than 30 min! They were super kind not overly pushy and I paid $100 less than I was quoted at some other shops. They also include a lifetime warranty with their installation and stuff for as long as you own the vehicle. I posted some before and after pictures!!

Great service. Came here about 2 years ago to get a sub and amp installed, and they did a great job. I will say there was a couple chips on the paint on the rear bumper after the install, however this paint was likely fairly brittle so I don’t think the install crew did anything wrong, . The sub and amp worked amazing for 2 years, however just came back the other day to upgrade to a larger sub and again was pleased with the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for all your audio needs.

Manager is terrible. Witnessed him try an sell an amp to a customer who politely rejected then he blew his fuse on the customer telling him hes been there for 21 years and that he knows that customers car better than he does and such. I to make matters more severe the manager then started yelling expletives at the customer and then the customer yelled back. The manager then just flipped him off and picked up the phone at the already leaving customer to get one last shot at him. Super bullies there I dont recomend this place to anyone. I certainly wont be back

Just got my Pathfinder back from these guys and I cant say enough good things! First off Luis did an absolutely fantastic job 🙌 on installing my 4 channel amp, 4 new speakers and a mono amp with a sub. Everything came out clean as can be, the wiring, mounting and tuning of the amps. Sounds 3x better than I imagined. Came on an extremely busy day first thing in the morning and they assured me that they would do everything they could to get to the install and Luis the installer actually stayed late (after closing) just to finish it up so I could have my rig back the same day. Thank you! Awesome prices for installs and Luis went above and beyond and even tuned up my stereo to sound incredible. A+ for stereo warehouse. Earned a lifetime customer

Great experience once again...brought them my new (to me) BMW M4 for a for a sub amp install, job was done onetime even though they were VERY busy. I had a couple PITA requests and those were met along with a VERY clean install. Very happy once again.Ive been coming here for over 20 years ...to those who have left 1 star.Sometimes mistakes happen...... and sometimes people are miserable and just looking for a problem that doesnt exist.My suggestion is...dont be unreasonable or crazy! and these guys will do a great job every time.

Owner was the best... I told him what I needed in a car stereo and 10 minutes later I walk out of the store with exactly what I needed..... there was no upsell pressure but all options were discussed so I could stay in my price range and get the best sound quality possible within that range.

Brian installed an alarm system that I purchased online and took the time to familiarize himself with it and make adjustments when things didn’t go as planned with a system that was not carried in his shop. He was more than fair in his pricing and didn’t make me feel like I was imposing when I came back the second or third time with fine tuning needs. Bought a sub from the business for 380$, not even 24 hours later the thing breaks. I go back the next day & get “sorry no returns”. Owner was extremely rude & blamed the issue on me. Don’t come here. Save your money, buy online, & get a real return policy with accountability.

Staff is friendly and has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I think its a separate entity, but regarding the window tinting outfit that is off to the side - 10 stars!! I have gotten work done a few times there over the past 15 years or so and have always been very satisfied. Their pricing is very affordable and reasonable as well.

Just absolutely a wonderful crew. These guys really know how to take care of customers during and after the sale. And they also have great prices on stereos and radios and speakers. I’ve had two trucks now with alarms installed in both of them from them. And I just recently purchased a radio with Apple CarPlay. And they have just been absolutely wonderful taking care of me after the sale. I would absolutely go shop with these people again in a minute.

This Place is absolutely awesome. I have not been here for years. But i am sure that it is still a great place to purchase ANYTHING stereo. I now live in Minneapolis MN. I will never forget the kindness of the owner, the first time I visited this place. I was near broke and down on my luck, but I really needed speakers for my beat up vehicle. I had 30$ in my pocket. While i was in the store the owner (i assume) came up to me and asked which speakers i liked. I chose a pair that was way out of my price range. He then asked me what i would pay for them. I replied 30$ Is all i have! his reply...Sold! I do not think i have ever been happier! Great place i would give it more stars if possible. Kindness is rare, and you can find it here! Im not saying they will give you free stuff, But they are good people! And i support that type of thing!

Really helpful over the phone and in person. Great price to install my new deck. My only complaint would be that the antenna was not hooked up to the back of the deck, so I had to remove the deck and plug it in myself after install in order to listen to the radio. Also, a large screw was not put back in place during install and a few scratches were left on my dashboard. All together a good experience. Id go back again.

The installer was professional and capable. In the course of two days my partner and I purchased a Deck and speakers for around $1200 total. On the first day there was a mistake installing the deck and backup camera which resulted in the trunk sensor being disconnected. I returned the next day to get that issue fixed and picked up the speakers and had them installed as well. The installer fixed the trunk and got the speakers working beautifully.

Ive been here a few times to get some simple sound equipment and an alarm installation. They have good prices, the people were knowledgeable and kind, and the installation people did a great job.

I drove to the shop to look at car decks on Friday morning thinking I would pick one out and come in on Saturday to install it. Dutton said no problem and made me a great deal that I was comfortable with. I went back to my car to go about my busy morning schedule and thought maybe I should see if they can do it today. I walked back in asked my question and off they went to get my car in the garage. I was in and out of there in 50 minutes and the tunes are Super Great now. This is the 2nd time I have done business with them. I am super happy and would recommend this group of fine people to work on your car. I have window shopped at this location several times. Each time I shopped I got consistent answers about what my car needed specifically to make all the controls work. I know a little about stereos, but not a lot about car stereos. I like the place and the people are friendly. BUT I really needed a tutorial on how to use my new touchscreen and all its features....they didnt provide that, just install and move to the next vehicle in line....i guess ill have to figure it out.

These guys are the best in town! I originally went to Car Toys in Lynnwood and was quoted over $3000. for a system in my truck. I walked into stereo warehouse the other day, and was greeted by a great staff. I told them what I was looking for in a sound system and they totally set me up with an amazing system for 1/2 the price of Car Toys. These guys are honest and did an amazing install. I will never go anywhere else!

I brought in my previously installed compustar remote starter/alarm that I hadnt used in years to get it reprogrammed. They pretty quickly diagnosed user error, gave me a quick refresher and sent me on my way, waving away my offer to pay them! I really appreciate the quick, honest service.

Super helpful employees! Huge selection, much more than car toys offered and prices were a little less, especially the installation. All I needed was a new head unit since mine was stolen. I walked in not knowing what I needed so had to ask for help to pick out the proper one for my purpose. I explained what equipment I already had, and he gave me a few options to choose from. He didnt try to upsell me or buy anything other than what I needed. This is my 2nd purchase here. A few years ago, I got my daughter an amp and sub installed there and shes still very happy with it. I highly recommend them!

Stereo Warehouse is the place to go! Ive been there several times and some of those times, I wasnt even there to buy anything and I made that fact known to salesman when I was there so they didnt feel like they needed to put fourth a great effort. None the less, they strike up a conversation about what they love (stereo equipment ) and tell me about some of the new stuff to the market. And even though Im not buying they treat me just the same as any paying customer. Sure..... like any warehouse style establishment with any kind of a demand the employees are busy sometimes and you have to wait. But hey! Such is life. As far as knowledge goes most of the staff Ive seen in there have been there for a long time. (Unlike best buy, or some other impersonal, soulless establishment with a turnover rate like a fastfood joint.) That says something! They are totally up to any question you have to ask. If they dont know, they ask someone and find the answer. Anyways please go and check this place out if you have a chance.

These folks have always been honest (sometimes brutally) with me regarding my entry level radios and regular car needs. I dont have an amp or a sub or really know what a crossover is. But they will diagnose a problem, show you a stereo that you can afford, and never push you to buy a $1000 touch screen DVD navigation system. Im sure that everybodys experience is gonna be different, but Ive been in with like 4 different cars, and they always helped me. Sometimes even with small free parts!They are maybe a little rough around the edges, but the product and service are bang on!

These guys are great! I stopped bye the other day to have them look at the stereo in my work truck. I bought it from them a couple of years ago and It had recently quit working on the serius radio mode. Since it was over two years old, I Figured I would just have to buy a new system. The guy looked at it for a couple of seconds then drove it right in to their shop. Within about five minutes, they had it fixed and I was on the road again listening to 70s on 7. NO Charge!! What a great experience! I will continue to buy all of my automotive electronics from them.

The worst service Ive received in years! It took them almost 5 hours to install a simple basic alarm.I called on Friday to ask whether I needed to set an appointment. They said I could just drive up without an appointment. I drove in a 12:35 on Saturday and paid $214 for a basic $150 alarm (+tax, +labor, etc). The employee said it would take a couple of hours. I spent 2 hours in the waiting room (which had a TV without a volume control...) reading my Kindle app. At the 2-hour mark, I decided to give them 30 more minutes. After 2.5 hours of waiting, I walked back to the store: a different employee said it would only take another hour. He then called the garage and it was only at that point (2.5 hours later!) that they drove my car in to start installing the alarm.An hour later, after 3.5 hours of waiting, I walked back. The second employee said he couldnt reach the garage by phone, and would walk over to talk to them as soon as somebody else could cover the cash register. To his credit, he did express surprise that the first employee didnt say anything about other customers who were scheduled (!!!) ahead of me. 20 minutes later, the first employee showed up, mumbled something about something unusual having happened earlier, and said it would be done anytime now.It took another hour of waiting (4 hours and 40 minutes total, for those of you keeping score at home) for them to finally install the alarm.Tl;dr - they lied three times: when they said there were no appointments necessary; when they said itd be only a couple of hours; when they said it would be just another hour, 2.5 hours after I paid them.*Do not* do busines with these charlatans. I dont care how high their average review is or what they advertise - find another place. Literally any other business in the area would treat you better.

Stereo warehouse is a great place to shop if youre looking for a new car stereo or any equipment for car stereos or alarms. I havent used their installation service, I prefer to do my own installation. But I was in today looking for some small things and I decided to do some comparison shopping with one of the websites I use for car audio stuff. I was surprised to find that most of what I checked was the same price or lower than what I could find online for the same item. Most of what I looked up was amps. One that jumped out at me was a 4-channel Zapco amp that was $50 CHEAPER in-store than what I found online for the same amp. This blew my mind. Definitely check Stereo Warehouse when youre looking for a new car stereo or if you want to upgrade your speakers, etc. Top-notch company with awesome staff and killer pricing on 90% of their inventory.

I went into stereo and I warehouse and the staff was extremely rude to me. I am a white male and they were making racist comments that should not be repeated here. I could not believe how unhelpful they were. In this day and age I can’t believe that they would use such profanity. I would have been a paying customer but I refuse to support a company that is so blatantly racist. I don’t recommend anyone going there and doing business

Beware! Dont take your new car here.Brought my 2015 Nissan 370 Z to this shop for a new stereo. Whatever they did caused my air bag light to come on and they couldnt get it to turn off, told me I had to take it to a dealer. The dealer is now needing several hours ($500+) to figure out what the issue is and Stereo Warehouse refuses to take responsibility for the repair costs.After they realized the light was on, two techs discussed how this happens sometimes when they unplug something they shouldnt. If theyd warned me in advance that this was even a remote possibility I never would have let them touch my car. Now I will be stuck with a huge repair bill for the damages done by this shady shop.

A friend of mine came in to town to help me with some upgrades I wanted done to my Mini Cooper, and when he hit a snag he called Stereo Warehouse for their thoughts. The guy he talked to said they had the parts needed for my project, so we headed up to their shop. At that point, we showed them the wiring harness we had, and the staff thought maybe we could manage without the additional harness and maybe just needed to make a few crimps. And then they just gave us the crimp connectors for free, which was an easy (if small) sale they could have made, and we would have been happy to pay for, but they seemed happy to help. That went a really long way in my book, and today when it turned out we did need the additional wiring harness, I was happy to give them my business! A little later today, after making all the connections and the stereo wasnt working properly, we brought the car by for a little installing help. The guys were super great and wouldnt accept money or lunch for their invaluable help, despite multiple attempts to repay them. I have a backup camera that needs mounting, and some other projects down the road that I will absolutely go to Stereo Warehouse for. Thank all of you who helped on this, your generosity and insight is appreciated more than you might know!
