Ive been looking for this exact car for a few months now. I found this one on the CarGurus app, and rushed over to see it; it had one previous owner and low miles for its year which I liked. I traded in my Jeep for this Mercedes and Zac gave me a fair number, so we made a deal.I was a little upset that I had to come back a week after purchasing this car so they could detail it, since one of their employees was cruising around in my soon-to-be-car and had made a mess (so it wasnt detailed when I first saw it). I was also a little upset that they misplaced my key so I had to wait for a good 20 or so minutes until they found it after it was done being detailed.All that being said, this was the easiest and most simple car purchase that Ive made yet. We will go back again for our next one soon because I like Zac and his team and their inventory.

I have bought many cars over the years and my recent experience with PNW Luxury Cars was by far one, if not the best experience I have had acquiring my recent purchase. We decided on a 2014 one-owner Audi and it was extremely clean for being a 6-year old vehicle. It was near flawless and I’m quite particular in the condition. This dealer seems to specialize in very clean lower mileage luxury cars and they have quite the selection. Because we purchased during the challenging COVID time, our interaction was mainly via email, however when we finally saw the vehicle, it was everything that James(our sales person) stated it was. When shopping for a vehicle without seeing it, you have to put a lot of trust in what you are told and I would trust this dealer completely. I have purchased many cars out of state and for this purchase, I considered looking as far as 1200 miles away, but the best deal was found locally at PNW Luxury Cars. Thanks for making things happen for us. This dealer was able to connect with a local lender and make this deal happen while other dealers tried with no results. Where do I start?? Sheesh I bought a car from them and I am out of state in Hawaii. They did say they could assist me with dropping the car off at the port so I made all the reservations for shipping and sent them all the information. What do you know James from PNW called in the late evening on the day that my car was suppose to be dropped off at the port and stated there was no driver available to deliver it to the port!! I had to contact the shipping company to let them know the car was not going to be coming and was hoping there was no extra charges luckily there wasn’t to change to another day. My car eventually did get out on the next ship. Upon receiving my car in Hawaii I got home needing to charge it badly only 10 miles left and found out they did not include the charging cable which was suppose to be included in the purchase. I personally texted James twice from Pnw about not receiving the cord and there was no response so I went out and paid $200 and just got it on my own and didn’t waste my time waiting for them to send me one. Such a headache. I’m very disappointed with the service provided. It’s like they don’t want anything to do with you after the purchase has been made. Sad.An update from my previous review. James personally reached out to me. Followed through.. He apologized for the mishandling of things with my car. He look full responsibility. The company is reimbursing me the cost for the charging cable I purchased. Thank you for making this right.

I purchased a car here in March, the salesman James was not pushy but also did not know anything about the vehicle or the relevant options compared so a similar model. After a week found that a tire had a slow leak due to a nail thay had obviously been cut so the tire could still be used, needed new air weekly and got worse until replaced. Probably the previous owner but the dealer should have noticed/noted this. Passenger window motor is on its last legs, worked when i tested at dealer but happens intermittently immediately after purchasing, feel like it would have beem caught if they did a thorough inspection. When i purchased we filled out a We Owe document stating that they would order some accessories for me at cost. It is 6 months and it still has not happened. When i call the office it rings and rings or the service guy refers me back to the salesman, he has responded tp an email maybe twice in this time, simply apologizing for yet anpther reason why he wasnt available. He did actually call me once in June statong that the We Owe document is missing from my file so we had to go through it all over again. He said that was his cell number that he called me from nut I have tried to call and left voicemails to no avail. They made the sale and have seemingly done everything in their power to not communicate with after that point.

Very crooked...tried to take advantage of me and my daughter with a car I didn’t want, a 7,000$ down payment @ 28% apr on a 27,000$ car which came out to 59,000$ after 72 months @ 853$ monthly payments. My credit score is actually decent. Don’t go here! There are places out there that will treat you much better.

I went in for an appointment with James McGee and was not disappointed! Got me into the car right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that I had. PNW LUX has been fantastic! I can not say enough good things about the people I worked with while I was shopping and ultimately buying my 2016 BMW 535d. I had been shopping and researching new/used cars online and found a few I wanted to go see. While on my way to one dealership I passed PNW LUX, recognizing the name from some of the websites I had been surfing I stopped in. They had a 328d that I test drove and really liked. I spoke with Jonas about the car and he got me set for the test drive. After the drive I asked him to run some numbers for me so I could see what the full financial picture looked like. He grabbed Zac who put together the numbers and shared with me the numbers and answered all my questions.I told them I liked the car but wanted to sleep on it. To my surprise both Zac and Jonas supported my decision to think it over. This place never once pressured me or played games with me. Ultimately the next day I had decided the 328d didn’t have the power I wanted so I texted and told them I was going to pass but if they found something that met my criteria I was open to talking more. Later that day Zac found a 535d that was a perfect fit, however, it was in California. I went in again later that week to drive the 535d and absolutely loved it. Zac remembered me when I got there, treated me like a friend and never showed any sign of pressuring me to make my decision.I ended up trading in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for the 2016 BMW 535d that night. The front wheels have a little curb rub on them and without me even asking Zac said he would have the wheels taken care of and the front bumper re painted. The bumper has a small mark where it looks like it rubbed against a curb. It’s hardly noticeable but Zac wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase.I have recommended PNW LUX to multiple coworkers and friends already since my experience was so great! Also, when comparing PNW to other local dealerships I was consistently shocked to see how much more competitive PNW’s prices were than other dealerships for the same quality vehicles. This dealership deals mostly with Mercedes, Audi, BMW and other high end vehicles at awesome prices and zero pressure tactics. They have followed up with me to make thank me and make sure I still love the car. When it’s time to shop for another car or my girlfriend’s car I will be contacting Zac and his team again.Superb dealership! I left feeling good each time!

Working closely with the affiliated First National Autos, we arrived at the lot with a non-standard Financial Situation. The team worked with us to determine what was affordable. it helped to have done research prior as to what vehicles were on the lot - whether or not these specific ones were available, it gave them an idea of what we would be interested in. The outstanding service came in the behind the scenes work which presented vehicle options to us to test drive without needing to be asked, and without a hint of upsell. This team was focused on getting us the right car, not selling us their preferred sale. Finally, the PNW folk were waiting with mostly completed paperwork - an investment in time they made without even a confirmed sale - but an inkling that the last car we drove would be the one, and it was. From pre-sales contact right through to handing over the keys, this dealer was motivated to match vehicle to buyer, and make the process smooth and stress free. Of course with any car purchase buyer beware, not all cars met the standard we needed of a used vehicle, but equally they had no problem moving onto the next choice if we werent comfortable. In the year of 2020 who in the heck gives you the keys to a very expensive car and says take it for a spin by yourself? Really, no freaking way! Not only did that happen to me today but the car was already running and ready to go when I got there! James was my salesperson and he was by far the classiest, coolest salesperson that I have ever met. Get this, he handle everything from A to Z! I was in and out in 90 minutes and that included my 25 minute test drive. Heres all the ways the PNW leadership and team have gone above and beyond. I cant express how grateful I am for their assistance, their level of service really is above the rest.When a concern arose about my A7, the owner, Zach, and I worked together to make things right. After we spoke, Zach worked diligently to help me find a new car that was a better fit. Not only did he take time to meet with me personally, he also worked closely with my credit union to make the best deal possible. He wasnt the only person to help me - James was another great partner. He was at the dealership ready to help me finalize purchase details for my new Allroad, which was just the car I needed. He was accessible by text, phone, and email, and made complex steps simple, and easy to understand. Not only was he friendly, he expressed sincere interest in helping me get everything sorted out quickly. Another partner, Jacob, helped me get new tires installed on the Allroad, and texted when everything was ready to go, so I could show up at the install location as planned. Tires were mounted and balanced in about 30 minutes, ahead of a big road trip Id planned for the upcoming week. Because of the teamwork, commitment to service, and above all, the desire to truly take care of their customers, PNW will always be where I look for my next car. In fact, I may come by sooner than expected to consider an SUV. Why? In two words, Gap Insurance - be sure to get it for any pricey purchase. A terrible event took place during my vacation, which led to my Allroad being declared a total loss, which was truly heartbreaking after only having this beautiful car for a little more than a month. Because PNW recommends Gap Insurance, and I strongly agree with this, a terrible event has been made less awful, precisely because of PNWs approach to selling luxury cars, and Im very grateful after surviving the worst case scenario of having a total loss event happen out of the blue. I was in the market for an A7 and they had a great example. I submitted an inquiry and the next day got a message. We chatted, set a time for a drive, and then in about 3.5 hours I was done with the paperwork. We didnt mince words about price and we didnt waste time. I wanted more for my trade, which wasnt an option, so we made other adjustments and got to a good price. Also, they didnt shop my credit a bunch of times, which I made sure of before we looked for the best rate. When the final numbers came in, Drew was able to get a better rate than my credit union, which was awesome. The team was low-pressure and open in their conversational style, which I appreciated. I asked and they filled up the tank so my new car was ready to go. What could have been better? Id like more direct information on the warranty and better definitions of coverage - Im looking it over now, and not sure Im impressed with its price/value equation. Also, itd be nice if they could wash the car while the buyer waits for the financing to wrap up. As for the showroom, Id say more comfortable seating would be good to have, with better snack options. Hands down a great place to get a ride from! Priced fair and very straightforward of what to expect. No pressure to buy and will do what it takes to get you a deal. We were just kicking tires and ready to walk away but now we are buying a vehicle without thinking twice. Will come back again.

Was looking for a BMW 428i, and found one with good specs and decent mileage at the right price point here. Took it out for an inspection, and aside from needing new tires and alignment, the car looked pretty good.I will mention that they seem to be a no haggle dealer, the price posted is the price you get, but for the area, the price was highly competitive to what I likely would have gotten via haggling with another dealer.There were other places in the country that had the car at lower prices, but would have been a much bigger hassle setting up inspections and otherwise getting the car transported.Now, as I said earlier, the car did need new tires and an alignment. They did not just go ahead and sell the car as is though, but worked on treating us fairly as far as those issues were concerned as well.I will also mention that I performed copious amounts of research regarding this place ahead of time, including reviewing complaints with the BBB and FTC, and it seems like since Zach came in to manage they have really turned the place around and care about doing right by their customers.They treated us well, and aside from a longer than expected wait on signing paperwork (due to them sharing offices with their parent company, which is targeted at consumers on the lower income side of the spectrum,) it was quite pleasant dealing with them.

Nothing but great things to say about working with Devin and Zac! Purchased vehicle, which turned out to have a slight transmission issue. Didnt feel comfortable driving the car, even though they have the car in their shop getting repaired, so PNW agreed to take the car back and gave me something different. The experience was definitely pleasant given the situation. Will for sure do business again with them in the future!

Im not only extremely satisfied with the entire experience, I almost feel like I got away with something! Backstory is that Im a car nut having owned nearly 30 cars in 40 years and even worked at a dealership decades ago, so I know how a car buying experience can jade most people, including myself with past purchases, and all the car dealer stories that usually dont end well. This was by far a seamless and streamlined purchase with excellent service from the salesman, to financing, to delivery and everything along the way! BTW- This car was purchased sight unseen (w/pictures being the exception) and shipped from WA. to IL. with no problems, hassles or complications. Price was incredible and 30 days later is still the best deal on line for an Audi! Fully recommend PNW to anyone and everyone looking for a benchmark of how a car purchase is supposed to go.

I bought my BMW X3 from PNW Luxury, and it was a super easy, straightforward experience. Ive purchased cars before and its always been stressful; you worry about if the person is going to haggle with you or if what youre getting is a really good deal. I looked at a few cars, but the X3 was exactly what I needed, and it was a great, fair price. I researched the area and it was a great deal, and hassle free. Zac was super clear, easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. I wanted a couple things fixed and upgraded, and he was flexible and clear about expectations--you dont feel pressured.
