Even if you dont have credit, this dealership is great at finding a newer car that you will be approved for! Within just a matter of days, my husband was able to sign the papers and take his car keys home. And he couldnt be happier to not have to take public transport again.

What a experience!!! I currently have been working on my credit to hope that one day I would be able to get into a vehicle. I dont know how their ratings are so high but they deserve to be shut down. They sold me a 2001 Subaru Outback in March of this year (2018) and told me the ONLY problem is that there was a small leak from the exhaust.So im looking inside the car and find needles, a dirty spoon and a lighter. That should have been my warning not to deal with them but i needed a car and it was a good deal.I understand that used cars have issues. So i paid for this car in cash. Straight up. They were really happy about that and wanted to send me on my way. Immediately upon leaving the engine check light comes on after i fill up the tank.I thought nothing of it because the opening of the tank says that it may cause the engine light to come on if its not close.So fast forward six months, i take it to the Subaru dealer (yesterday) to get somethings fixed and they tell me itll $5900. Im like what?They said you should call the dealer because there is no way they should have sold this car to you. The gaskets are leaking heavily, the rotors are warped, the axis are warped (which made a clicking sound on my way home from buying the car)This place screwed me over. The reviews must be from friends and family because these guys are crooks. Please please please go somewhere else, or youll have to pay more than the car is worth to fix it.

I was in the market to buy a car but my credit wasnt the best. Long story short, I ended up going to NW Auto Empire and met Flo and the car mechanic Dave. I had decided on a certain vehicle and signed the papers for it and drove off the lot. The next day the check engine light came on and I immediately went back to Flo. Dave his mechanic found the issue and they agreed to fix it at no cost to me. After that situation i really didnt want the car anymore and Flo agreed to take the car back after the paperwork was already signed and sold as is. So i ended up getting something even better and newer and was really happy with the whole situation. Flo and his sister are good people and I recommend going there if your a first time buyer or dont have the best of credit. Dave the mechanic is a good and honest mechanic and i would recommend him for all your car mechanical needs.

I’ve bought 3 cars from flo. 1st car was fine2nd car.sold it to me with the engine light on.3rd car sold me a car but wouldn’t let me test drive it because of a break light.. turns out it had a engine light on too and the seat movers wouldn’t work.. they fixed the seats but seemed surprised that it had a engine light on.. tried to fix it but his mechanic couldn’t. So he said he would pay for it to go to the shop.. but flo won’t return my phone calls. Literally it’s been almost a year. When he does answer he assures me he will get it taken care of.. not true.. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all it’s ridiculous every car I’ve bought came with something wrong with it that he swore he would fix but didn’t.

Recently bought my 2010 Honda from Florencio at NW Auto Empire. Extremely professional staff. I was denied for a loan my first time around due to the amount of time i had my current job. I went back a few monthd later and was able to get approved. They made sure I was happy and the few minor problems that arose after I purchased were promptly taken care of. Highly reccomend this place for anyone buying a used vehicle.
