Wow is all I can say about this dealership. What a great experience I had when purchasing a car for myself and my family. The dealers were very helpful and informative. The finance department was super knowledgeable. They got me a great rate and a killer warranty. Lets not forget the beautiful 2020 wrx I drove off with as well.Super great company with great people working for them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
Jeff Pattschull was our salesperson and was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and humble. With ordering a Outback Wilderness there was a few month wait and the arrival date changed. Jeff was always on point with keeping me updated and answering any questions I could come up with, even on his day off. Never pushy and always friendly. If he didnt have an answer for me he would find out and get back to me in a timely manner. Jeff went above and beyond always making sure that I was informed and satisfied. I would recommend Jeff Pattschull for any of your sales needs around the Seattle area. Great guy and great Subaru!
Do not buy a car from here not only we’re we told wrong information about trading in our car it got even worse. Just for some background I work in the industry as well. After being lied to about our trade in we then we’re shown a used car fine, no problem with that. After deciding that we wanted that car as we were filling out paperwork I noticed there was a recall on the car. I asked the sales guy if he could please check with service which he assured me “if the car is on the lot it’s been complete”. He then called service and I could hear them on the phone give the same snarky remark. 5 minutes later they called back and told us the work hadn’t been done and the car could not be sold. This was after 5 hours already there they couldn’t even offer a resolution or even a loaner car for all the trouble. Instead they tried to sell us another used car that was 2 years older the wrong color and more expensive plus it had clear coat damage they said they could not fix. I love Subaru but never will I ever recommend Carter Subaru in shoreline to anyone period! This was the worst car buying experience and not to mention both the finance manager and store manager we’re extremely rude and not compassionate at all. Just a terrible customer experience
Carter Subaru Shoreline is phenomenal! My husband and I recently moved up from Arizona and - sidebar - I can’t say enough about how great my Crosstrek was the whole way. But upon arriving we had to start from scratch and it was time for a full service and a couple of recall inspections. I was close with the general manager of our AZ Subaru center, and was a little nervous going to a new place, but Betty at the front desk was amazing here and so friendly and knowledgeable. They had all of my asks done in 3.5 hours and made sure I was comfy in the waiting area. Great coffee, great service, friendly technicians… my Subaru is ready for the WA experience!
Today I went to the carter subaru shoreline dealer in WA. To buy a part for my car. I told the parts department clerk Justin that he called the day before and they gave me a different price. The clerk on the phone told me $ 420 to assemble the part and Justin in person told me $ 500. Then I pointed out to him again that the price was different and he told me let me call and call and they changed the price back to $ 465. I do not understand what is the relaxation if they want to steal my money. I am really offended by this matter and the poor customer service treatment they have. All I know is that they want to steal everything from me.
We just bought a new Subaru Crosstrek, and Josh was amazing to work with! He was extremely patient, very helpful, and always eager to answer any questions we had. We had such a great experience thanks to Josh and the rest of the team, and we love our new Subaru!
I have been in the auto service business for almost thirty years and recently had a problem with my wife’s Subaru Outback. For the first time I was on the customer side of the service process and Betty has been helping me. I work for a luxury manufacturer and my expectations were hopeful. I am not only blown away with Subaru, but amazed at the high level of service I have received. Thank you Carter Subaru and Betty. 5 stars and highly recommended!
In and out...Betty and crew deliver quality in a timely manner.
Just bought a new Forester here, and Jeff was great to work with. During my car search process, before I decided on a Subaru, he was very patient in answering all my questions and not pushy whatsoever unlike many of the car salespeople out there. In the end, part of the reason I went with this dealership is how easy and painless they made the sales process.
When swapping out my summer tires for winter, i noticed a nail embedded in the tread. i brought in the cleaned, bagged tire to be patched and left with a damaged inner wheel. multiple deep scrapes were found. why on earth would someone need to go through this effort just to patch a tire... its beyond me
This place rocks! Totally saved me when my car needed immediate attention. Mini in particular absolutely rocks. She’s knowledgeable, informed, professional, and communicative. She even stayed late to make sure everything was resolved properly. Carter Subaru, you need ten more Minis!! Such a great experience here that I’ll be driving my car here to be serviced in the future, despite living 45 minutes out of town. Thank you so much!!
I had amazing service with Berry at this dealership, I can not rate high enough!I was traveling into Seattle with my outback making some terrible noises and Berry got me in to take a look. Turns out the axels attachment to the wheel was bad and I needed to stop driving it. Knowing I was currently traveling and living out of the car, he helped get my repairs expedited with terrific updates and communication about what was happening, what expected timelines were and what prices I should expect. They even got the car done early!
Great service, easy to work with and fair prices. We totally trust Carter. Have been a customer at Ballard location for 16 years and bought a used one from Shoreline this time aroumd.
The best dealership service experience I’ve had. Benny & Betty have always taken great care of me.
We worked with Sasha Mednikov and couldnt have been happier with the experience. I didnt feel pressured, and felt comfortable with the process. It was a great experience for my family.
I could not be happier with my purchase. Exceptional service and financing. I drive an hour to come here and am happy to make the trip.
I am in Florida buying a vehicle across the country in Seattle and my experience from start to finish was great. The sales man Brad and the finance manager Skyler did a amazing job walking me through the process, answering all my questions, they sent me videos and pictures of the car, and took the time to make the deal work. I had a great experience buy this vehicle. Hands down I would recommend Carter Subaru and their team.
This is my go to dealer. I havent been let down yet and theyve become the only one I trust. Im on my second car from them and both have been great.
Been to this location several times, while waiting, there are sufficient accomodations and comfortable seating, one of my favorite places as far as servicing
Love this place! Super friendly staff and quick turnaround for car maintenance. Overall, great experience!
Shaylon in service is the best, has continuously gone out of his way to take care of me and both if my vehicles !
Alex is great. felt like his only customer!
These sub human swindlers will say anything to sell a car. Lie, no lie.....doesnt matter to them. Do not trust anything they say, if they can lie about it, I assure you they will.
I have been a long standing fan of Subaru’s vehicles and I have purchased many over the years. I recently helped my mother-in-law purchase a 2021 Outback and one for my family as well using the Costco vehicle program. Our sales person was Rob Wheeler who I had never done business with before. After my recent sales experience with him I would highly recommend asking for him if at Carter Subaru in Shoreline. He was extremely helpful and sincere in doing what was best for us in purchasing the right car. He is not a pushy car sales person, he actually listens more than he speaks!
Overpriced parts department. Shop around if looking for Subaru parts. Dealers set their own prices and Carter parts are much more expensive than most other Subaru dealers. That being said they do have a great service department and highly recommend them for Subaru service.
I took my car in for a $66.00 oil change before a trip to Idaho and it turned into a $441.00 new battery, battery cords and the oil change. The two girls that I dealt with were very short with me and just very rude. I have taken my Subaru to the dealer for an oil change in Idaho and the people there were just so kind and so willing to help and I guess I just assumed that all the staff at the Subaru dealerships would be this way but this place was definitely not like this, I felt like I was bothering them with my business... So I will definately be taking my business to another Subaru dealership. Now people are telling me I got ripped off with what I was charged....overall a very bad experience!
Dropped off a car for service. They have a really nice and spacious waiting area along with an outdoor bench.
I leased a Subaru Forester in 2015.. traded it in for a 2018 Forester and finally actually purchased this weekend a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport. I was going to buy my 2018 but Rob encouraged me to take a look because of the new technology and features of the 2021. He was right. This new 2021 drives like a dream. Thanks Rob. Carter Subaru has be great for the last 7 years!Paul and Inocencia
Kudos to Carter Subaru Shoreline, and in particular Alex Marks, for making my first new car purchase a pleasant and stressless experience. Alex was friendly, helpful, entertaining, thoughtful and very competent. I never felt rushed or pressured. The Dealers policies around financing and bailment were flexible and generous. I highly recommend Carter Subaru Shoreline.
I bought a certified pre-owned Forester from Carter in Shoreline. I found after buying the vehicle and driving for a few weeks that the driver and passenger side doors were bent slightly outwards at the top -- presumably the previous owner had tied something to the top, passing a strap through the cars body and forcefully closed the doors on the strap, bending them. I was pleasantly surprised that when I brought the problem up they readily fixed it and gave me a loaner vehicle despite the body work not being covered under the certified pre-owned warranty. Their dedication to customer satisfaction in response to my needs meant a lot to me given multiple awful experiences buying used from car dealerships. While, like buying any used car, I needed to negotiate (and they did come down in price) I felt that as a woman I received more respect here than at any other dealership I have been to (including the Ballard location) and have since recommended them to others looking to buy.
We bought our car here & have always brought it here for service including oil changes as their pricing is competitive & having everything in 1 place as well as loaner cars just hits all our marks!
How easy could this have been? I love this place. Great communication, flexible.
Purchased a WRX from David North and it couldnt have gone any better! Love the customer service and friendliness. If youre looking to buy a Subaru, go see David at Carters.
We’ve purchased three cars here and always get great service. If your need repairs, talk to Carlos in their service department!
Let me start by starting the obvious: I hate spending all day at car dealerships. Everyone does, right? I am an auto broker that specializes in matching the right car, to the right person (I own Barnävit Åutotek). Ive gone as far as South Dakota and driven cross country to get the right car for my clients. This dealership makes life for guys like me easy, and they will be my FIRST call from now on.I buy a lot of cars.. a LOT. This one was for the single most important customer of my career: my wife..🤣 Shes wanted a 2010+ GTI w/ plaid seats and a 6-speed since they came out. Shes supported me through starting two businesses, running a race team, and going through surgeries for degenerative disc disease and arthritis; all while attending school full time. She totally earned this enjoyment. You will not be disappointed by coming here. Whether you deal with Joe, Matt, or anyone else.. They are all nice and professional. Their establishment is SPOTLESS. Their prices are beyond competitive. No joke, it only took them 2 hours to let me test drive the car, work the deal, run credit, and do paperwork. And they didnt make us wait there. We went for dinner, came back, it was all done. They even helped me play a joke on my wife, telling her we couldnt get the numbers right..I went to get fuel in our truck while they prepped it. I told my wife that I forgot my ID, and we had to go back and get it. She was so stoked to find out it was really to go back for her dream car. They even pulled THAT of without a hiccup. One term can sum these guys up:PROS
Friendly staff who really try to accommodate your needs. Sales consultant Brad Wolff and sales manager Travis Bleken are great to work with.
Great group of service guys there. Worked with JP, and Jose (?) Both are knowledgeable and give great top rate service!
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable for service. And dog friendly. A+
I had an excellent buying experience at Carter Shoreline and took home a beautiful new Outback. This was probably the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years and was actually fun, and I hate car buying. The sales team was extremely easy to work with, no pressure, responsive to my questions and requests, was clearly COVID-careful and in the end gave me a great deal. I am completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend.
Car salesman specifically said non smoking car. I drove 4 hrs to purchase car only to find out it was a smokers car, it even had a cigarette burn in the back seat to prove it, which I could have lived with if the entire car didn’t smell like an ash tray. No apology or concession. Only in it for the money.
Avoid JP in service. I was attempting to service the gas door on my Subaru. The door wasnt opening. After I got the car home I realized the door now wouldnt close. When I went back to get the car serviced later that day a rock hit my wind shield and cracked it. He was a total jerk. Refused to take responsibility for the windshield. Told me I was ridiculous for assuming they would assist.Super disappointing experience.
These guys are amazing, They worked with my credit and advised me on how to reduce my payments a year from now. For the first time in 22 years I walked in and got the car I wanted instead of being persuaded into another vehicle. extended warranty certified 152 point check. Love these guys I will for sure go back for my next car or for cars for my kids
Bought a new car, it was great experience
My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Carter Subaru! The staff was so helpful throughout the whole experience. Sasha helped us through the process of buying a car and I can’t recommend him enough! So nice, helpful, and answered all the questions we had. After going to dealership after dealership trying to find the right car and having awful experiences at different places, it was so refreshing to be at Carter Subaru where they really do take care of the customers!
Great customer service on the purchase of our new forester spent approximately 1.5 hours going over all the options of the car showing us how everything works and programming all of the settings! The 2 weeks later spent another 1.5 hours making sure all they had set up was working well for us.Thank you Carter subaru!
Carlos in the service department is amazing: professional, listens and communicates well, broke down the car/ mechanical lingo for me, and has a sense of urgency in getting issues resolved, which I appreciate. Hes a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him or this service department enough.
I had a great experience at Carter Subaru. The sales staff was very helpful and made me feel at ease when I was purchasing a new vehicle. They were able to answer all of my questions to ensure I left with the perfect car. It was a very short process from beginning to end, which is a plus! I wasnt there for hours waiting for paperwork. I highly recommend!
To sum up my experience in a word... Meh. Ive only dealt with the parts department, and it was neither a great nor terrible experience, but it was overall negative. Sent an email, email was answered promptly, follow up emails were also answered promptly. No problems, and five starts so far.A few days after I had ordered my parts, I called to follow up on them since I hadnt heard back. Turns out the guy I was working with was out sick. Thats okay, but no one followed up with me to let me know my parts had arrived. Its like the one parts guy was responsible for my order and not the department. And since he was gone, well no phone call or email to let me know my order had arrived. Wheres the teamwork? While I was on the phone I asked if I could pay and do curbside pickup. He stated they dont do curbside and I could just pay at the counter. Sigh. Okay, so I asked how late they were open and told them Id be down to pick up my parts that day.I get there and walk up to the parts counter. Someone helps me, asks for my name and then disappears into the warehouse for 20 minutes. Im not kidding, 20 minutes. Let me say that again... 20 minutes I waited at the counter for presumably my order to be placed into a bag. Why wasnt my order already pulled and waiting in will call? Why couldnt I pay over the phone? And why did I have to wait a full 20 minutes at the counter? Come on guys, get it together!
I purchased a 2016 Fiat 500x this evening. I already had my loan in order, and Id already done all my homework over the internet, so all that was left was to go in and sign paperwork. The car was fairly priced, in the condition promised, and exactly perfect. Guy and Jacob (salespeople), were busy but still attentive and easy to work with. Because I purchased the car over a two day period, they worked in tandem to help me. There was a slight miscommunication between them, but aside from that, having two salespeople instead of one was zero complicated. When we were handed off to Dan in finance to finish things up, thats when I was truly wowed. Cant was everything youd want in a finance person and more. He read our personalities easily, and made the process simple - like he was helping his friends. He saw that we were not being compensated in a useful way for a missing key fob, so he took care of it for us on the spot, no questions asked. He was funny, charming, and entirely knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and made useful recommendations for our finance process. I would by another car from this lot in the future, or recommend them to my friends.
I had an excellent buying experience at Carter Subaru Shoreline and took home a beautiful new Forester . This was probably the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years and was actually fun. The salesman Alex Mednikov was extremely professional easy to work with, no pressure, responsive to my questions and requests, was clearly COVID-careful and in the end gave me a great deal. I am completely satisfied with the buying experience staff and highly recommend . Thank you
We got our 2020 Ascent during partial covid reopening and it was a breeze. We worked with Joe Spitz, who is knowledgeable and friendly. He is very responsive and gave me the best quote immediately, which was a stark contrast to other dealerships I contacted. There was no pressure to buy anything additional, such as warranties or upgrades. Joe is great to work with and offered to call us with detailed information about the car before and after purchase. I would recommend him first every time.
Debbie is the best! Super great experience!
Never call back from seller or financial department even did leave the message.Highly recommend that custoner services must be improved
I havent had service done at very many dealerships, but Ive found Carter Subaru to be a notch above others Ive been to. Pre-covid, they even provided snacks and drinks in their waiting room!
This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I brought my car in for a recall repair, and they also fixed my AC leak at the same time at no cost. Customer service was great thanks to Carlos who was an absolute pleasure to work with - thank you Carlos!!
I had to take the time to give a shout out Debbie & Dan. Such a great experience with them. My husband & I really really appreciate all their help and how amazing they are in their jobs. I’m definitely recommending this dealership 100%!
Carlos in the service department was amazing. Much better than any of the other two dealerships I spoke with. Very friendly, helpful, and informative. Highly recommend this dealership.
Great service & sales person, no tu pushy there all, but very helpful, specially Debbie P. Sales department convinced us & now we are driving around our new Forester.
I bought my 2012 Forester there and always use their service department. Very comfortable place to relax and wait. If needed, they have loaners. Nice people, too.
Looked at a new car and was appreciative that there was no sales pressure. Sales rep was great. Went back on 7/3 and bought the car we had looked at before. The process was efficient and straight forward. Sales Associate and Finance Person were both GREAT!!
I’m amazed that I can be at the dealership for five minutes to buy a part and leave feeling rather disgusted.
Just took my 2004 Outback(which my husband got me from there for my 2003 Christmas present) in to have the airbags replaced for free. There had been a recall on them, but it took me a while to get in to do it. When I finally did, they got me in within a week of my call, took care of the problem, and I was good to go. I now live in Everett, so I went down to Central Market to get a snack for the drive home, but Id accidentally left my purse in their waiting room. Right as I was turning around to go back, I got a text from Gary (the guy who took care of my car) saying Id left my purse there, and that hed have it waiting for me at the check-in desk. I didnt even have to go all the way in when I got back. He was waiting for me, and handed over my purse without any issues. I love Carters Subaru!
In and out quick with walk in 1/2 hour after opening this morning... great service@
The salesman, Joe, was very helpful in answering my emails. He gave me access to Carfax for the car I was interested in. He was available when I came in as a walk-in without an appointment and set up out test drive very efficiently! We could not have asked for better service. Thanks Joe!
Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Excellent work. Wont take my car anywhere else for maintenance. Our family had bought 4 cars from the dealership, intend to buy the next one there as well.
This is my third experience purchasing a car at a dealership, and my second new Subaru. Working with Wendy was a phenomenal experience. I had a 2016 WRX nearing the end of its lease with front end damage and about 8k miles over the limit, and Wendy helped me explore all my options (purchase, trade in, etc). Ultimately, I ended up ordering an STI to the specs I wanted, and Wendy was happy to track down the exact car I wanted. The finance/warranty guy (Dan, I believe) made the numbers process smooth and never tried to coerce me into products I didnt want or need. They also made sure nobody drilled license plate holes in the front bumper which was very important to me.I would definitely purchase another car from this dealer, although I do not plan to; I love my STI. Thank you so much!
Update 8/27/2020:I would rate 6/5 stars if I could. I accidentally left my CDs and phone mount in my trade-in and James was nice enough to track down my car and get all those items back for me. He definitely cares about his customers and as I mentioned in my review below, I highly recommend working with James.I finally bought 2020 Subaru Forester Limited after weeks of car hunting. I went through the Costco Auto Program and James Bennett contacted me. I set up an appointment for a test drive and made a trip out to Carter Subaru Shoreline. When I arrived, James was busy with another customer so he requested one of his assistants named Brendan to help me out. I was a little skeptical because he looked so young, but he showed more professionalism than most of the car dealership employees Ive interacted with. Brendan took down my info and filled out the form for me; I feel like a lot more dealerships should do this since filling out forms just to test drive gets annoying after a while. After the test drive, I bombarded Brendan with a bunch of questions about the Forester and he answered all of them quickly and clearly. I assumed Brendan worked there for a couple months, but James mentioned hes only been at the dealership for 1 month. The fact that James was willing to have Brendan help me out showed me he had a lot of trust in him and also had a team mentality.I finalized the price with James after the test drive and questions. There was no smoke and mirrors, no going back and forth for several hours; James simply offered a price that was well within what I was willing to pay and I was thankful I didnt have to waste time trying to get a good deal. James then sent me over to Dan from the finance department who was also a no non-sense kind of guy. I was expecting him to guilt trip me into buying extra warranties, but he didnt do any of that which I greatly appreciated.James, Brendan, and Dan were great to work with and this was honestly the least stressful car buying experience Ive been through. I highly recommend going through the Costco Auto Program if youre looking for a Subaru and live in the area.
Just got a new Forester. Plan to get it from Cater but I changed my desision since you guys want to play political game. If a business involve in politic, it will lose some potential customer. Better stay neutral.
I have to change my review. While the service I received was appropriate for my scheduled maintenance. After a few days I started getting emails from third parties that wanted to provide me services because of my recent servicing. It appears that Carter Subaru or Subaru itself is now selling Personal Data regarding their customers. I say now, because this has never occurred in the 6 years I have had a relationship with Carter Subaru or Subaru.
Good customer service. Got a oul change, tire rotation and wiper blades changed took only 45 minutes. And a free car wash. Awesome!!!
Good service.
Always the best coatumer service with Carlos Villanueva. He explains everything that is getting done on our car. Just the best service.Cant deny everyone I had deal with at Carter Subaru of Shoreline are very polite and professional.
Carter Subaru Shoreline surely a good place for car shopping and servicing. However, Alex Marks, the salesperson that helped me and my wife got our 2nd Subaru, is the major reason makes us become repeat customers. Through the whole trade-in and buying process, it was well coordinated and organized. We felt no pushy attitude like we had in previous car shopping experience. (In the past 20 some years, we had owned or leased 7 cars from 7 different dealerships.) Alex just simply let us know all the info that get us the best deal, very friendly, patient and professional. The best car sales we ever had. The great customer service continues afterwards. I accidentally left a personal memorable item in the trunk of our trade-in car. When I figured out and contacted Subaru, the car was already sold. Alex went through all the troubles and retrieved the item. Highly recommend.
Just went in to look at a car and was told the internet price was an accident- the car youre looking at is actually $2,000 more. That happens once in a while- our online prices get messed up. Sharing this with the community because this practice is actually illegal in some states and countries, and leads to many (won) cases with the FTC. Be wary if you want to go here- pretty shady practices.
I recently worked with Betty at the service center and she went above and beyond to help me coordinate working with my insurance coverage and reaching out to SOA for financial assistance with the part and repair. She was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and on the ball with everything and it went SO smoothly.
Awesome customer service
Very nice and helpful, best car dealership experience!
I just wanted to say that my experience here was great! I was helped by Rob Wheeler and he was so nice and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and more, I learned so much about the cars and the offers available. He walked me through the process and tried to find me the best deal. Thank you Rob.
Been coming to Carter Subaru for a couple years now to get my Subaru serviced. Overall Ive really been impressed them, theyve been great at communicating and very transparent with what they do and why. Great customer service. They fixed my sun visor during my last visit without me asking, which tells me that theyre not just doing the least possible to get my car out the door.Im sure its a little pricier than some other places, but I feel totally secure having my work done here.
High pressure sales and salesman was super aggressive during test ride trying to close sale. Do not recommend. Also overpriced - Subaru of Puyallup was a much better experience for my purchase.
Alex Mednikov has helped us make buying a car easy and hassle free. He has helped me buy a car for my wife and I and also one for my daughters. Thank you again. Great service and top quality.
Service Department was busy, but service was done quickly.
We met with Alex a sales representative and he was very professional and listened to what are needs were. He was not pushy at all and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this place if interested in a Subaru car.
I recently bought a used car - Audi A4Q from CSS. I called for the car and got to work with Skyler and had a great experience! A day later I discovered a bubble in the front right tire. Skyler worked with the service manager and they decided to extend me the courtesy of installing all 4 new tires due to wear and AWD dependancy. They put me back on the road with new shoes and Im happy. Great sales and service staff. Lorinda from service was great and made sure no scratches or anything occurred on those premium wheels. Thanks guys
I want to start by saying the sales team at this location is beyond awesome. My sales person always gets back to me when I reach out. HOWEVER the service department is a different story especially when you have to work with “Benny”. After owning the car and having it serviced by this location, and this location ONLY! I noticed I would lose a center cap to my wheel. After paying for two of them out of pocket. I started to paying closer attention to the wheels Incase this was a defect or to ask them if I was doing something to the car to cause the issue. I hand wash my car and use the pressure washer at a car wash to rinse it. When rinsing the car the cap would pop out. The first time I figured they didn’t put it back in correctly and I was lucky to catch it before losing it, but it fell off anyways. While inspecting the cap the next time it happened. I noticed some of the plastic prongs were bent or broken. So I kept the center cap instead of placing it back on the wheel to show Benny the issue. After Benny was wildly condescending to my partner by trying to convince her someone was attempting to steal them breaking them in the process (do people actually really steal a $30 piece of plastic to a Subaru in a secured garage?). I was then told they would replace it after he inspected them personally. As if he was the expert on center caps or smothering. So I then have to take my car to Subaru to prove to him that there were no scratch or pry marks any where around the wheel. When he inspected the other wheels he even discovered another cap that would have fallen off eventually due to the same issue. He assured me it was negligence on their end. He also told me I would have to damage my wheel beyond repair to cause the center cap to pop out. So here we are two weeks after my car was serviced, and guess what low I’m missing a center cap. Today my partner went in for a low tire, and was met with the same rude condescending attitude that she was given the last time she had to deal with this individual. He then retuned my call to further to insult my intelligence once again, and that they are not replacing a part that was damaged by them because “He’s already replaced two”. Two center caps THEY DAMAGED!!! He continued to be rude and condescending to me over the phone snickering and cutting me off as I’m trying to talk. My father was an ASE certified mechanic for over 30 years. I know the ins and outs of most cars. I have built, and restored cars, and I will tell you that NO ONE has ever insulted my intelligence when it comes to cars like this individual. Carter Subaru prides itself on its ability to provide great customer service. This individual does not posses the qualities this company upholds! I will update this post when I talk to his boss.
Drove in 1 hour later my wife was driving out with her new 2020 Forester Sport. Excellent sales, excellent atmosphere and service. Im glad I bought my wife a Subaru here. She needed it. This was the very best car purchase I ever made and the easiest. Thank you Carter Subaru
He was nice but it wasnt Ready for sale and they put no accident but not true
I must say as much as I’m happy with my outback Onyx, I wasn’t so thrilled with the service at the dealership. This is 4th Subaru in our family from carter Subaru in the last 2 years and I hope to remain a dedicated customer.
I looked here for a new car. Theyre nice people. Just dont make the mistake of giving them your real phone number or email. They will bug the hell out of you.
Friendly and knowledgeable Sales and Service staff as well as expert parts counter assistance makes this THE Subaru dealership in Seattle for your all your Subaru needs!
I was quoted a total price three times, in email, by phone. When I came in, they refused to honor it, trying to make me pay over $3,000 what was quoted. Classic bait and switch. Sleaziest car dealership Ive ever encountered.
Great service friendly staff a highly recommend Taking your car there I give it 2 thumbs up
Arrived at “Express Service” bay for a scheduled oil&filter service at 4:30 PM. Was told by employee no more appointments for the afternoon. Waste of my time. If there’s a cut- off time for drive in appointments it would have been nice to know this fact ahead of time. Nowhere on their website is a cut-off time listed for appointments. Very disappointing. Couldn’t phone service department on this particular day either. Aug/18/2020
They do a good job and are usually very friendly, only gripe is they dont have the capacity to handle ongoing demand in this region. I wish they would consider expanding their service capacity - 2.5 hours for an oil change is a little excessive...
Great people and great service. Bought my car here and get it serviced too. Love them!
