A definite must stop!! The chocolate and fudge here are great! They have some wonderful flavors that you wouldnt find anywhere else. I got to taste the Banana Chocolate Chip fudge and it was so smooth and flavorful. We also got white chocolate covered macadamia nuts. My husband liked them so much hd had to get more.
Chocolate was top notch. We got a 6 pack of truffles and two peanut butter cups.
The workers have been lovely every time we visit!
Super friendly service and the truffles were so good! My only regret is I didn’t buy even more. I tried both the milk chocolate Kahlua and the milk chocolate blueberry truffles. The alley also wasn’t crazy crowded even on a Saturday so I didn’t have to wait in a long line.
Best fudge i’ve ever had!!!
The lady behind the counter helped the people behind me after I had been waiting for 15 minutes.
I could get soo diabetic if let loose in here lol!
Excellent fudge and coffee, take your time.🖤
Mudslide fudge - Baileys Irish cream, chocolate -oh my. Its worth it to make the trip for just this fudge. Their other chocolates are many and varied - sure to find one (or more) to your preference. This shop is in the Post Alley, a stones throw from Pike Place Market. It is super cute and accessible by foot with a half open Dutch door to welcome you. The truely dedicated who can only arrive by car could have a driver hover at the old alley entrance while a passenger runs in and out for a purchase.
The Chocolate Market presents like most mid-tier chocolate shops: truffles, caramels, and fudge line a couple counters while ribbon-wrapped, locally-themed treats decorate the walls. I approached the friendly staff behind the counter and asked: what separates their shop from others like it? They hesitated, looked to each other, and then offered we make the treats here, and the caramels are soft and dont get stuck in your teeth like other caramels. That first part seemed like a reach, but this was all the reason we needed to try some caramels. We grabbed a sea salt and a peppermint and totaled over six dollars, three per piece! For reference, you can get organic bean-to-bar truffles at Theo for two per piece. I cant help but feel this place is a bit of a tourist trap.
Hidden chocolate spot, must visit. Staff is friendly and the shop is very clean & well maintained. Of course, chocolate is delicious
I cant even begin to say how much my family and I love this place. I have to really watch myself there, I could spend so much so easy. Great place to buy sweets.
Loved it here. Its a nice little, almost hidden, place for fabulous chocolate. The sea salt chocolate peanutbutter cups are fantastic.
A very friendly and knowledgeable lady greeted me when I entered the quaint shop filled with delicious cocoa aroma. I can tell everything in the shop is made with lots of love. She was roasting cocoa beans from Ecuador at the moment. This shop is the real deal! The chocolate I purchased was delectable and pure.
The was the best - both the European skill and West coast help
Their fudge is soo good! The staff is very friendly. And most importantly, the store smells amazing!
Very friendly. Pretty good. A bit pricey.
Really good but not great. It is the same truffle/chocolate shop like thousands of others across the country. They are melting Guittard and reshaping it. The same brand used in thousands of superior shops in North America. It is really good - not great - not special. Start asking what brand chocolate your chocolatier uses. I usually have to ask three times before theyll give it up (if the counter help even knows). This place was the same.
The chocolate was not good. All flavors taste the same. And not very good.
Smells delicious from outside. Lots of varieties & unique combinations.
Great location and wonderful selection of chocolates and other candies.
Awesome! Great coffee & chocolates (even sugar free!!!)
I give this 3 stars because even though it was delicious my small hot chocolate was $5. Expensive!
Everything and anything. Loved this place.
Small. But nice and romantic outdoor seating
Amazing selection of tasty treats lots of variety and great pricing
Pralines are almost like New Orleans.
