I chose LeBlanc for my kitchen upgrade, including countertop, backsplash and refinish my hardwood floors. It was a real pleasure working with Laura. She worked with me to design and select materials, that would go with my existing purple cupboards. Having a project during the pandemic was not easy and we had on our hands a half finished work. Then we met the team at Leblanc flooring and everything went smooth. We were greatly supported and advised on options. Timing and quality of work were right on point. Floors throughout the house and kitchen counters are beautiful and the value of our house went way up. Only good things to say about the communication and the willing to understand our views and wishes and adding smart suggestions.

I chose Leblanc as most of the reviews were good. I needed the floor leveled, and the floor installed, stained and finished. The leveling, and installation went great. However, the man they said was the best cut corners and scratched the floor beyond anything you could imagine. He also did not stain it right so it looked like a zebra. I fussed, and had them redo it. He stained it again after sanding it again, and it was too light, and not the color I had chosen. He argued for 20 minutes with me, and then put another coat on. After it dried, it still looked horrible, not the right color, and I could see the scratches. Leblanc said it looked better and I should be happy. I hate it and have had two different contractors in, and both are appalled at the work. I was right, as the color is medium brown, not spice brown, as I ordered, and the scratches could have been made to look not so noticeable, but it would have taken half a day and they did not want to spend an extra half day to make it right. So, I am considering that a lesson, albeit a 9000 one, as I am having it taken out, replaced, and totally redone, correctly.

LeBlanc recently refinished our wood floors and the entire experience has been phenomenal. I cannot recommend this team enough. They responded quickly to my request for a free estimate and had the quote back to me a few days after. Kevin, Derek, Reinaldo- everyone we interacted with was friendly, communicated clearly and timely, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the beautiful floors we now have. Reinaldo came on the date agreed, and even finished a day early. He was professional and respectful of our space, cleaned up everything diligently, and his attention to detail shows in the quality of work. Derek was patient and responsive to our questions throughout the process, easy to get ahold of, and overall wonderful to work with. Kevin hires great people and this company as a whole takes great pride in the work they do. We will use LeBlanc again in the future. Highly recommend!

Our experience with LeBlanc was a complete nightmare. I regret hiring them every day of my life or every time I go to the rooms where we installed their floors. We had a horrible experience that I cant recommend to anyone. I wish I could upload a video to show how the floor moves and makes noise. We had to complain SO MUCH in order for them to come and fix part of the project. They took shortcuts to do the work and that caused so many problems. I could find the same floor online for so much cheaper but I thought I was doing a good thing by hiring someone local and knowledgeable about floors. I was wrong. I ended up having to call the floor manufacturer to figure out how to install the floor properly. LeBlanc was just a guy with a store that would hire some third party workers to install floors they sold. They did not have enough experience, they took shortcuts to do the job as fast and cheap as possible and we suffered the consequences of all that. A lot of time, headaches and money invested in a floor that we deeply hate. I would give them 0 stars if I could. It was a complete nightmare that I cant recommend to anyone.

Do yourself a big favor and go visit the local neighborhood small business of LeBlanc. Theyll take wonderful, friendly care of you.

Le Blanc did a fantastic job installing and finishing White Oak hardwood throughout the main level of our 100+ yr old home. The results are really beautiful. I worked directly with Pieter and Alexi and their level of service, expertise, and attention to detail were superb - these guys genuinely care about quality. Well absolutely be working with Leblanc again when we install the same flooring upstairs.

We had a very old and dark pine floor we hired LeBlanc floors to refinish. We are completely delighted with the result. It looks fabulous! Way better than we expected, considering its age and condition. It even matches the adjoining floor. They used a very low-toxic product so the fumes werent bad at all, and there was almost no dust from the sanding. The men who did the work were on time, considerate, professional and did a great job.

I had just pulled out all of the carpet in my house to expose the original hardwood (oak) floors. Unfortunately, they were in pretty bad shape. In addition to the scratches and normal signs of wear, there were paint stains, large nail and staple holes, and a few loose boards. The team that LeBlanc sent over were able to repair the damage and stain the floors with a beautiful finish that matched the adjoining wood floors all within a day working morning until night. The job came at an affordable price as well.

LeBlanc Floors really saved us. We had been trying to identify the obscure type of wood in our new condo for months with no luck. We had small sections near our deck door that needed to be replaced or repaired. Frustrated, my husband decided to dedicate a whole Saturday to go to every flooring company in Seattle with photos of our floor to see if anyone could identify it. He was told several times it was a type of bamboo, which it definitely is not as the wood has unique grain pattern, which their samples did not match ours. LeBlanc Floors was the sixth company he walked into and Pieter Sundgren knew the type of wood--coconut palm-- immediately.Pieter came to our place to look at the project and gave us a very fair estimate for the type and level of difficulty of our job. He worked with our condo management company to handle the paperwork and was able to schedule an installer within two weeks. Peter, their flooring craftsman (a description one cant use often these days) worked miracles with the floor repair. He was very meticulous and really knew his trade. The area where the floor abuts the door was very uneven but he found a way to accommodate for that. Youd never know by looking at it that anything was uneven.Our floor looks fantastic. Were very impressed with LeBlanc Floors work and so glad we found them to work on our project. This nightmare could have gone on for several more months. Well certainly think of them whenever we have an opportunity to recommend LeBlanc Floors to others. It was such a relief to finally encounter real flooring professionals on this odyssey.

LeBlanc installed our hardwood floors, and we are pleased not only with the quality and price, but also with their responsiveness to issues as they came up. When we need to have our floors refinished, we will call on them to do the job.
