This was easily my top3 burgers in Seattle. The quality of pork meat is just top. The Spectacular contains both pulled pork and pork belly. The fat of the belly is surprisingly not that greasy.Also, the lady working there was very friendly and pleasant. She alone will earn a star.

Best burger..of.my.life. Of course had to add all the fixings including the pork belly. Will definitely be back. Stay away! Theyre all mine :) PS- The owner is usually working and this definitely has a neighborhood feel. Smaller inside, so plan to take them to-go and find a spot outdoors to enjoy!

I had quite the experience. I got the blt that is made with pork belly. I mean it was divine. It had been a long time since I had eaten something that tasty. I can’t wait to go back and try some more stuff.

I had high expectations of this place given the rave reviews about the selection, food and service. The Swinery exceeded all of it. In fact, this may well be one of the few places Im willing to drive 45 minutes out for.It was my first time coming here and I came in the later afternoon. The lady behind the counter was busy slicing meat behind the counter and turned around to acknowledge me. She asked it it was my first time at the Swinery, offered recommendations and gave me time to make a decision without bothering me.I hear the Cubano is the popular item on the menu, but I was in the mood for Poutine and a side of Pork Belly. Both items did not disappoint. The Poutine was $11, but I think it was worth the price. It came in a large box with a gracious amount of gravy, cheese curds and crispy, fried french fries. It was so delicious and filling. I think this is something to be shared next time. The side of Pork Belly came in three small slices and lightly sprinkled in salt flakes. They were fried and the fat was still juicy. Everything was delicious and filling.The lady behind the counter was very nice. She recognized all her regular customers that came in and was very hospitable to new ones. Her personality was amazing and genuine.I think Ill come back for the Cubano and share some fries next time. I forgot to take home the Porterhouse Pork Chop & Smoked Bacon.

I ordered the B&B Sandwich and I was amazed. You can certainly taste the quality of the ingredients. Will most definitely be coming back. 👍👍

If you, like me, hope to find the best swine on the coast- look no further! The west seattle swinery has only the most premium swine, conveniently located in west seattle (near seattle). I went here with my family recently and loved every bite of it. My son simply couldnt stop eating, so we ordered a few extra dogs to go! My daughter told me it was the best swine weve had all year, and Im inclined to believe her! The swine was delicious, the staff was delightful, even my notoriously ornery husband enjoyed the ambiance. We came for swine, and we shall return for swine.My only advice: Be careful if you bring your son!

The food alone is worth 5 stars, but the owners are truly exceptional folks, making this an absolute superstar of a restaurant. As much as it feels like our little neighborhood spot, it seems the secret is out, and rightfully so.- Whatever you do, make sure to order a side of fries, you wont be disappointed!

Honestly, the only sad thing about the Swinery is that its in West Seattle and with the bridge out, its hard to get to from anywhere in Seattle proper or north of Seattle. Otherwise, omgosh! I got the Supreme sandwich, and it was wonderful!! The crackling on the pork belly was perfect! The pulled pork on it was succulent and perfectly seasoned! The brioche bun was soft and yummy, the swiss cheese melted just right. We also got a side of pork belly... They salted it after cooking it, and I assume they salted it prior to cooking it... So it was a little too salty. I say, season the raw pork belly, but dont salt it afterwards. Guests should salt it themselves if they like salty food. However, all in all, it was absolutely wonderful! 🥰

We came here because we heard the burgers were amazing but we were a little but underwhelmed. The guy behind the counter asked how we would like them cooked and we ordered medium but got burgers that were well done. The bun is too big for the patty and the texture of the party seemed like it have been overworked. The swine fries were good. No free water

This is just a little hole in the wall, but I had one of the best pork sandwiches that Ive ever had. This place would get 5 stars, but it is pretty expensive and theres no real comfortable seating inside, so plan on taking your food to go. The sandwich was so good though, that I will definitely be going back.

Two words: Lamb baconI hadn’t had it in quite some time and I went in on Saturday, and luckily, they’d plan to have it in today (Thursday)! They were sweet enough to set a bit aside for me😍 Just made a great LBLTA sandwich!On Saturday, I grabbed their cheddar-jalapeño sausages to tied me until my lamb bacon run!Great service, wonderful meats and well worth a visit if you’ve made the trek to West Seattle Island.

In this place you will find delicious sandwiches. It deserve 5 starts. We ordered El President and House Deli sandwich both of them were delicious. And also they have great service.

I really dont even know where to begin with this review. I think the most important advice I can give you is to simply just get in your car and drive here as fast (and safely) as possible because it would be a shame to never try this place. My husband and I ordered the El Presidente and the regular fries and while it definitely was enough food for the both of us we wouldve easily devoured a sandwich each simply based on the flavor alone. I had pretty high expectations for The Swinery and they completely exceeded those and more. Such great flavor, such great service and I already cant wait to go back!

The double B burger was five stars and one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had. However poutine was really really salty, both the gravy and fries which made it less enjoyable. The cheese curds in it were good though. Im from Canada and been trying to find a great poutine in Seattle :(.The woman in the store was really friendly. Will be back but probably just for the sandwiches.

Rounded up from 4.5 because the fries are SO good, but I wouldn’t have been mad if there were more veggies in the sandwich to be more filling. 10/10 will return

The customer service was top notch and the food was to die for! While I prefer my bacon to be very crispy, the flavor and freshness of the meat made for a mouth watering snack, and the fried pork belly sent me to heaven. One visit for some snack food was all it took to make me a huge fan; Ill be back for sure!

This place is more food museum than butcher shop. But you get to eat the art. Seriously. I love this place and wish there were more small businesses like them around these days. Worth the trip. From Florida.

Service was super friendly, food was super delicious! The B&B is their version of the BLT and it was divine. It is a little pricey but worth the time and care they put into their meats. Not a place to eat at everyday but a few times a month is well worth it.

Great place for a pulled pork or ham sandwich. Just by the name you can tell they focus on meats. The place is quaint and clean. But there arent a ton of options, not necessarily a bad thing but just know that if you are coming here you are getting a big stack of tasty meat. It feels very local and friendly I would go back for sure.

Yum, our first visit and it was so good. Swine fries, cold day so eat them while they are hot. Cubano (sp) and Carolina sandwiches were tasty.Seating in back on nicer days, limited seating inside, with canned and bottled drinks.

This is the go to butcher in the neighborhood. Unbelievably good meats. They give great recommendations. I didnt know that a hangar steak was a thing, now its my favorite cut. Super smokey meatballs were Hella bomb. The turkey is as good as I have ever had anywhere. Now the real deal, the kitchen will blow your socks off. Amazing sandwiches and fries that you cant beat. I think this is the best burger I ever had. And the one with pulled pork and pork belly is why you should come by. AWESOME

Amazing SandwichesHoly Jeez, the pork sandwiches here are amazing. Most of the food is super high quality, if not a bit pricey. But the prepared food is so worth the cost and the wait. Unbelievably delicious.The Swinery Spectacular is the biggest and best sandwich. Its absolutely in a league of its own and is a must-try item if you love pork. The Swine Fries are also phenomenal, dressed with pork fat, garlic, and chives. Perfectly salty.The Cubano was mediocre. Great bread, but half the size of the Spectacular (at the same price). Their version of the BLT is great as well.They offer tap water and cane sugar sodas to drink. I find their cooler meats to be a bit overpriced ($20/lb for most items).If you love pork, look no further for the best sandwiches youve probably never had.

Incredible food, everything is made in house and is exceptionally delicious. Its on the pricey side though but as they say, you get what you pay for. Quality ingredients combined with creative technique. This place isnt just a butchers shop, dont forget to check out their lunch menu too! Theyre amazing at both, good serving sizes for the menu too. Again, you get what you pay for here.

Excellent burger, cooked to perfection! Fabulous, hand-cut fries sprinkled lightly with salt and scallions. No bad reaction in the tummy. Oh joy!

Would love to pick up some deli meats next time.Between our group we had the BBQ pulled pork and the Carolina pulled pork, as well as the danger fries and the regular fries (still fried in the pork fat).The danger fries were good but really rich. If youre concerned about too much flavor, you can order the danger sauce on the side, which id do next time.Overall great food, nice nice service and a good vibe.

Yes. Just, yes. The sandwiches here are what Panera aspires to be but falls well short. There are only a few stools, so dont show up with all your kids and expect to sit. Take it to go, and enjoy an absolutely amazing sandwich that will make you question all of your previous meal choices. I wish I lived closer; Id eat here almost every day.

A West Seattle treasure. Tiny shop filled with, well, meat. Mostly, but not exclusively pork. Also a great sandwich menu. My favorite is the Carolina pulled pork, served with an authentic mustard sauce and home made cole slaw.

Their prices are severely different than what was listed on their website. Website stated their swinery buger at $7, when we went in it was $11. Big difference. But it looked amazing, will be coming back another time to try it.

Sandwich was tasty, but I didnt think the danger fries (specifically the bechamel) was very flavorful. The ground beef I brought home to make burgers was good.

The garlic fries were intense! I cant believe Im saying it but they were too garlicy. Not really sure you got $5 worth - felt more like they should have been $3. The B&B Burger was tasty and juicey. I will have to agree with everyone - it was a $13 burger that I had to pay Xtra for to get fries. I bit too pricey. Felt like the combined meal for that burger and fries should have been $15ish not $20

This place is a disgrace. Almost $20 for a Philly Steak sandwich and fries.Very little steak, sans the advertised provolone, with a whole lot of fried onions. Fries were overdone burnt ends of what might have been the waste from a fry cutting plant.Aboslute outrage at this price.
