Not impressed with the sales rep, did not keep me informed, forgot my information twice. Took almost a month from contact to install, granted I had to delay 5 days since he scheduled a day I expressly said we were unavailable. If this is an indication of MACs service I made a big mistake. On the other hand our field service agent, Thane, was excellent. Friendly, competent, took as much time as we needed to understand how the system works. Time will tell, I am hoping for the best.

The technician we have worked with (Rex) is so good at his job and so positive, it’s a pleasure to have him around our offices. My Alarm Center has been great to work with over the years and we greatly appreciate the car from Rex and the team!

We got the help we needed at 2 am by phone & in person several days later. We had a problem with piercing sound from one of our smoke alarms- no fire. By phone, a tech was able to take that particular smoke alarm off-line until a technician could come to our house. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and polite, and helpful with all the questions we had. He replaced our faulty smoke alarm. He sent me a link to the online manual for our system. He also showed me how to add a security code for someone to use (housecleaner, petsitter, etc) and how to delete a code. We are glad to have our security system.

Great confidence in Rex. Quickly fixed the problem after patiently talking me through the deactivation process yesterday. Went above and beyond to brave the horrible road conditions on this steep, snowy hill. Much appreciated.
